A packet of 10 insulin u-100 syringes that was wrongly sent to me in my consignment instead o[censored]-40 syringes that i had ordered vide order id or7178gk-008a supplied under your invoice no. Ixe[protected] dated[protected], was collected back by your agent on[protected] after my complaint & follow-up with you.
Till today i have nor received refund amount of rs 60/- pertaining to this.
Kindly expedite the refund.

My name is Kartik Gupta and I have ordered medicines vide order no. OR6631TR-003A on 6th of Oct, however, the medicines has not been delivered till date. You are requested to update me regarding the same or else I will cancel and buy from somewhere else as the due date of delivey was 8th Oct and I am without any medicines.
Dear sir/maam,

Medlide never deliver medicines in time and not only that their delivery guys they don't even bother to receive your call they simply disconnect your call what sort of service is this i want yiu to take strict actions towards this please help

    My order or3722vu-001a dated 07/10/18 has been cancel without any intimation & my permission. By rely on your delivery system i had not bought the medicine self. I requested many times that stocks are nil. Please sent it early. But ultimately cancel. 1st experiance was too rough. I never refer any one even i will try to disgrace your name in my locality. And my friend circle. If the medicine not supplied i will go to consumer forume.

      I booked my medicine through online portal, by uploading doctors proscription. Recently i underwent angioplasty and stint fixation
      For one hundred percent blockage in heart. I need to complusarily take proscribed medicines. I booked for medicines on 10.10.18. I even made payment for medicines ordered by way net banking. Until date no information about delivery of medicines from the company. I am unable to reach them on phone, purposefully avoiding. My money gone and cheating done by not delivering the medicines

        I have ordered r-89 against the order no-or9099hu-001a for rs.238/- but after opening the cartoon i found the bottle of r-88 insted of r-89. I conveyed the message to customer care 04 times but they says they are checking the record and not booked the return order even at my 4th call. They said that we will call you but nobody called me till date also they suggested to call me after 23:00 hrs as in day time mostly line was not free.

          I have complain on 28.09.2018 for wrong supply delieverd against order no. Or8393yq-005a to medlife. For the same the medicine is picked up from me on 03.10.2018 by pickup recipt no.[protected] dt-03.10.2018.
          After this 3-4 calls are coming from medlife account department but still my payment is not refunded to me.
          I have already complain them for 2-3times but no responce is coming from them.
          Please do the necessary to refund my payment.

            Ordered medicine on online portal - www.Medlife.Com. order no or5132ie-002a dated 5th october 2018. I prepaid rs 2500/- and ordered four vital medicines on 5th october 2018. The medicines were supposed to be delivered to me by 8th october but they have not done so. They do not accept my phone calls. I tried to cancel my order but i was refused on the website. I just want my money back. I was harassed in the last several days by aggressively cutting my call without giving a solution.

                My order number is or3589dj-002a. I am supposed to get a refund of rs. 1, 179. It has still not been issued.

                Delivery date: 09-oct-2018

                Issue: refund related

                Description: i had ordered for a set of medicines on 06-oct. The order got delayed due to unavailability of 1 medicine. I asked the delivery to be done without that medicine. I was told that the money will be refunded. However, no refund has reflected at my end. I feel i am being cheated by med life.

                I am not able to get through customer care and there has been no response from med life. They also mention that there is no escalation or nodal number to reach them in.

                It appears as though med life is trying to loot customers?

This acct # [protected] johnny martinets is his brother in law and he takes care of him for all his needs. He us currently in nursing home and has alizermires. We got him to sign for the paper to be filed and now you say that you did not get.

                  I had ordered medicine at medlife with the order id of OR1516EQ-004A . Order had been placed on 2nd oct and ithe 6th oct till now you people cant able to deliver my medicine so dumb service given by medlife so unhappy with the service.

                    Ordered medicine to medlife, but received only available medicine and no information on other medicine. Even calls are charged and no executive picks the call, loosing money in that. No curtasy or mercy towards customer or patients. Only need to cell they have and even not informing on other medicines. Simply waste of time and money in calling. T hey don't have toll free number and automated answering machine holds our call till we loose all balence of mobile currency

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have been taking medicines for myself and my wife Mrs. Sudha Chaubey for the past 7-8 months and must have purchased by now Rs. 10, 000/-worth of medicines.
                      On 3.10.18, I ordered some medicines and the amount was paid using Phone Pe on 4.10.18. I got the confirmation from my bank as well as from Phone Pe that amount Rs. 1034.79 was paid against Order ID OR4638Zi-013A( Photo Attached)

                      But the medicines could not be delivered on 4.10.18. as there was no up-dation of payment to the courier boy. From 4.10.18. to 6.10.18. I talked to number of executives and Supervisors Mr. Omkar and Mr. Saha who confirmed that the payment was received by the Accounts Depptt, however, the system could not be updated at courier end due to some technical error.
                      Till 6.10.18. they could not rectify the error nor there was any information from Medlife.
                      Ultimately the courier boy delivered the medicines after cash payment. on 6.10.18.
                      I again made number of calls registering my complaint and request for Refund of Rs. Rs. 1034.79.but there is no response till 10.10.18.

                      This is a great torture to an old customer.

                      I request to take proper and immediate action and refund my money.

                        After ordering the medicine janumet 50/1000 mg on oct 08, 2018, i was first asked to make a payment of rs 1866.77. Soon as i made the online payment, i received another message to pay another rs 143.60. I paid that too online immediately.
                        The next morning, through a sms, i was informed that invoice has been raised and i should pay another rs 173.63 cod at the time of delivery. The link provided for tracking delivery is not working.
                        I want to understand why ask payments three times, why not in one go? Also the the total price now being charged is not working to even 30% discount as widely claimed at your website.
                        And where are the medicines at the moment. It is already more than 48 hours since the supplies were ordered.

                        I paid RS 754 for my order no OR2423CU-001A but they sent medicine of RS 584 only and not refunding my remaining amount. Even my delivery was delayed and I had to call and write to their customer care at least 15-20 times. The worst customer care they provide.

                          I have ordered some medicine on[protected] by Medlife international pvt ltd company delivered on[protected] Order id:OR5246VU-001A It's really fake company for online order & some employee are really cheap like pawan kumar sinha mob:[protected] who have major role to blame medlife international pvt ltd. Inki karname agar company bhi sunegi to unko bhi apne upar sharm aane lagegi jo delivery kam bhejte hai or bill full amount pay karne k liye dhamki dete hai, jiski maine call recording bhi kar li hai kyonki inke executive inke executive/delivery buy ki maine call video recording bhi maine bna li thi or uska statement bhi likhwa liya tha uske baad jab usne mere phone se baat karayi to maine uski saari baat recording karli, jisko sunkar company bhi bolegi k kis nalayak ko hire karke rakha hua hai ek to chori karte hai upar se seenajori bhi karte hai or baat tak karne ki tameez nhi hai. I hope you must take strict action against that employee & company.

                            Order id: or6928tu-001a - i have given the order for medicine and co committed to deliver by 08.10.18 between 6 pm to 10 pm i have waited for the medicine but till time it not being delivered who is responsible for this what can i do should i have to take the medicine in the morning why these co will play will the ill people if they doesn't have the medicine they have to reject the order.

                              On 22nd order medicines but haven't received, but in status it shows as delivered.

                              When i am following up with the company "customer executive" tells me that they are awaiting replay from the delivery agent.

                              Yesterday (8th oct'18) forces customer executive to transfer my call to concerned (Escalation department).

                              Escalation department: tells me my the packet is delivered to neighbour. Where as i have cleared stated that i am not accepting the order.

                              Now my money is also stocked and medicines.

                              Current request : need medicines or money detriment urgently.

                                I booked my above order on 30/09/2018 with your company till 08/10/2018. Today i received a phone from your side to collect my medicine from some other place as my address is not correct. But i am to clear that in address i have mentioned my pin code as 141120 which specifies the name of sahnewal in ludhiana and not difficult to diliver medicine there. So pl make sure to deliver the medicine at sahnewal otherwise cancel my order. I am again giving my address as-dr. B. N. Sharma, tianwala maholla, near masjid, purana bazaar, sahnewal, ludhiana. Pin code-141120.

I have ordered medicine on 30th september 2018 and payment was done online on the same day but when courier partner came with the medicine he was asking for payment, saying that it's cash on delivery and when i said that i have already done the payment. He said that ask the dealership i will not give the medicine and he went. Till now he has not delivered the medicine... Thats ridiculous service from medlife.. And now i cant even cancel my order neither i will get my refund amount.. Kindly assist?

                                    I have ordered medicines from medlife on 02/10/18 the estimated delivery date was 04/10/18. The invoice was generated on 03/10/18 and i paid the bill online on 04/10/18. From 04/10/18 i am receiving msg from medlife that the product is out for delivery and will be delivered today. But today is 06/10/18 and still the medicines are not delivered by them. I have contacted their customer care numbers but they are not replying my calls and sometimes after picking up of calls disconnect the calls. I have raised the complaint but no response is received. Due to the delay in delivery of medicines i am suffering. They are just making fool of me. Sometimes they says that medicines were not delivered due to non availibility of medicines. How can they generate invoice without having medicines in stock. I want to raise a complaint against the company.

                                      Hi team, i have an emergency n i ordered medicines online. Firstly i got the date as 2nd oct delivery, then 4th now it’s furter delayed. I want it on priority can’t they sent the rest it one medicine is not available. Also is the service so slow. Below are the msgs i received “thank you for ordering with medlife, we will review and confirm your order details by 01 oct 12:00 pm, dear kirti kumar thale, your order or7432nu-001a has been confirmed and is estimated to be delivered by 03 oct 11:00 pm. Order update: dear customer, full stock of torvigress and 3 more are not readily available. We are trying hard to source the same from anywhere in india. You will receive further communication by 5/10 07:30 am. Inconvenience regretted”

                                        I ordered medicines on 30 september 2018 of patient ajay goyal... I need medicines on very urgent basis and today is 04 october 2018... But till date i dont get medicines.. It seems like fraud and its very annoying. So i request you to deliver it as soon as possible or just cancel my order..... I will be very thankful to you...
