I have ordered medicines on 15 Aug 2018 via their website vide order number OR1518IO-003A. they promptly delivered it on 17 Aug 2018. found one of the medicine was not as per my request so asked them to take the return which they promptly obliged on phone. but till today i made 10+ calls and spent hours together in each call, and everytime they promise within 48 hrs the return will be picked up and refund will be processed, but nothing is happening from their end to honour the return. when i asked for any Managers to escalate they refuse to provide any details or contact numbers. why won't customers have right to reach a Manager??
Their call center is pathetic,
1. it is not toll free,
2 when mobile operators providing free calls to every one in india, medlife calls are changed, spend Rs 300+ only follow up on my return request for 20 days which never done by Medlife.
3. takes minimum 20 minute per call in case you can get through someone.
4. they are not heard of escalation matrix, you cant reach anyone other than CC agents
5. their return process is not automated, you have to keep on calling them but always they promise within 48 hrs action which never happened at least to me!!

i so many time try to call customer care but all in vain.
as per the Internet findings WhatsApp also not working
