We are getting repeated sms that the medicines are not available with you even though you confirmed the order on 7.9.18 and it supposed to be delivered on today. We can no more wait for you with such uncertainty. Hence, please cancel the order and confirm cancellation with sms. We will get the medicines from nearby store and will no more accept your delivery. Thanks

    I called the helpline number for some enquiry. But after 10 minutes of that call also none of the helpline executives are receiving the call. Is this how you people respond to customer. I'm very much disappointed because of this issue. I called more than 3 times, and still none of the executives picked up the call. Please resolve your helpline first.

      But i have received only 50 tablets in 01 box.. Same time i have inform to customer care but till date i m not getting solution from your side..
      Your customer care rep called me 04 time but there is no solution.. Now i m fed up with your talks,
      Please confirm are you refunding my money or not. Or i rise my complaint to consumer court..

        Sub: medlife order id or1753sp-003a.

        I have place order on 31 aug 2018 with medlife application.
        The order contain 2 bottle of lukoskin oral solution medicine for vertigo diseases.

        I received the order on 1st sep and made online payment of rs. 769.61 but in the order i got one empty bottle (Cap is intact and sealed).

        I have writen and called many time to midlife life customer and complained eveyday regarding same.

        Customer executive replied we have initiated return and once return received to us we will refund amount but till now nobody came for pickup return and everyday i getting message that our delivery agent couldn't reach you.

        Sir, because of there insufficient in system i getting trouble for money refund and getting frustrated calling customer service and getting mentally harasses.

        Please help me for the same.

          I have just order the accu check active kit with 10 strips free tomorrow that is 5 september. And today i received the order accu check active kit wuthout 10 strips. And when i called the medlife customer they said that it will take 7 days to return the order and replacement. Is the way you are giving services to the customer. And when i again call the medlife customer care they said that it will take more than 7 days to replacement and refund process.

            I have ordered "gestofit 200 sr tablet" but wrongly medlife have delivered "gestofit 200 capsule".
            In prescription there clearly mentioned that "gestofit 200 sr tablet" even when i ordered there also showing as "gestofit 200 sr tablet"

            Its my reqest to please help me to return the "gestofit 200 capsule" and provide me the correct medicine "gestofit 200 sr tablet"

            Hi,
            Medlife emailed me on 11th Sept'18 that they will return my wrong medicine and refund back the amount which i have paid for the medicine.
            But till now they have not return my wrong medicine. Pickup boy never came to collect the same. And every day i have emailed to medlife for the update but they never respond my email.

            Request you to please help me to get back the same.

              I have been a regular customer of medlife but the non co-operation about producing timely bills of invoices of the medicines purchased has irked me to a great extent.
              Upon telling innumerable times to produce the bills with the doctor names which i had provided them during booking the medicines they aren't able to do this simple activity. They print their doctor names who had called me regarding the medicines.
              Secondly upon calling them 4 times and reconfirming the doctor names i still await the invoices of the medicines purchased.

              Medlife is misleading customer .Doing business at the expense of customer's life .Delivering outdated medicines . I had ordered Udiliv 300 mg on 28 SEP 2020 n delivered June 2019 product After raising complaint they r only providing false assurances .so dnt purchase from this site .

                I have an strict issue regarding discount of midlife pharmacy. Issue is that my father is a suger patient. And we are from middle class family. I always purchase medicine on 25% discount and we had purchased too many medicine from them. They ensure that they will give us medicine always in 25%. We also said to them that we will increase your customer but here they only give us medicine in 20%. This is not an issue that we have to buy this particular pharmacy but this is an issue regarding company reputation. Give me a proper response as soon as possible.

                  My medicine delivered was wrong. It was a heart disease tablet ordered by someone else. It was delivered under my name where's i had ordered a acne wash. The bill on the packaging was on my name but the product of someone else. I have heard a lot about this site so i ordered but i think i will not be ordering the next time because this is a serious issue as it can cause serious damage. I hope you understand the complexity of the situation.

                    I had ordered for medication for my husband who is a heart patient on the 10.08.2018. On the 14.08.2018 medlife delivered a wrong parcel bearing order ID OR6154UO-004A dated 14.8.2018. This parcel was meant for one Mr.jhonny living in my neighbourhood. I paid for this parcel because the name or address of the recipient is not onthe parcel.I have made several calls to medlife to take back the parcel and to refund the money I paid.Its now3 weeks no action has been takenbymedlife about it

                      Worst service. They don't understand the importance of medicines. I was promised that i will get delivery of medicines within 24 to 48 hours. I kept getting calls from different executives confirming the medicines. I kept asking them everyday as to when they will despatch my order. Since last 3 days I am getting the same reply that "your order will be delivered by today". Because as per the App till now order is in process, not updated as out for delivery. When I asked for this justification the customer care representative started fumbling. So I am not going to buy any further medicines from such a fraud company. They don't understand the importance of medicines and value of time. Worst medicine provider. So kindly do not buy from such, irresponsible people. They wont deliver within 48hours, Be careful about delivery person they misbehave also, They create lot of head ache to customer due to very poor service

                        I have ordered medicines on 15 Aug 2018 via their website vide order number OR1518IO-003A. they promptly delivered it on 17 Aug 2018. found one of the medicine was not as per my request so asked them to take the return which they promptly obliged on phone. but till today i made 10+ calls and spent hours together in each call, and everytime they promise within 48 hrs the return will be picked up and refund will be processed, but nothing is happening from their end to honour the return. when i asked for any Managers to escalate they refuse to provide any details or contact numbers. why won't customers have right to reach a Manager??
                        Their call center is pathetic,
                        1. it is not toll free,
                        2 when mobile operators providing free calls to every one in india, medlife calls are changed, spend Rs 300+ only follow up on my return request for 20 days which never done by Medlife.
                        3. takes minimum 20 minute per call in case you can get through someone.
                        4. they are not heard of escalation matrix, you cant reach anyone other than CC agents
                        5. their return process is not automated, you have to keep on calling them but always they promise within 48 hrs action which never happened at least to me!!

                          Placed order (Order ID : OR0552FR-001A) in medlife for medicines for my father and mother on 24th Aug aroung 10pm and received call after 10min and order was taken over phone and next day morning 25th Aug 2018 received call from Doctor and confirmed as order processed and will be delivered medicines within 24 to 48 hours.

                          Received message on 25th Aug as consignment delivery by 26th Aug before 10pm by delivery agent phone number [protected], phone number is invalid and then I had given call to customer care and informed same but they dont have outbound calls to check whether delivery boy number is valid or not and they have informed as medicines will be delivered next day (27th Aug 2018) without fail and I had to agree with it.

                          On 27th Aug medicines didnt delivery, again different agent number provided which was also invalid phone number, again I reached to customer care and informed same.
                          customer care appologized and informed as medicines will be delivered next day (28th Aug 2018) without fail and I agreed for that as well.

                          Today( 28th Aug 2018), delivery agent (phone number [protected]) called me up at 4:47pm and informed as medicines will be delivered next day (29th Aug 2018) and disconnected call.
                          again I had to reach customer care and raised complaints as usual but same answer again as medicines will be delivered next day by customer care.

                          What is delivery policy followed by Medlife? is it 24 to 48 hours or delivery medicines whenever your delivery team wish. if not today, then tomorrow, if not tomorrow and then day after tomorrow and goes on? and day we receive medicines, we should shut our mouth and receive your medicines?????????

                          is Medlife give medicines on charity free of cost? dont medlife follow delivery policy? if something happens to patients as medicines not delivered to within agreed delivery timeline, who will take responsibility?

                            Thn.. Pls don't do such promos n add all that..
                            U have delivered purposely wrong medicines which is actually lesser mrp than charged in bill. Received medicines with correct name as per prescription. But in invoice charged for similar kind of another medicines which is more than double of delivered medicines.
                            Big cheater...

                              Today morning my order was sent my home with the delivery boy who came without machine to collect the payment. As we do not pay cash and asked him to wait which he refused and went to other area. After 35 minutes the payment was made by BHIM App for Rs.830.78 paise against order no. OR0099ML-006A. Yesterday when your customer care called up I asked them to send the link ahead of delivery but unfortunate to me your agency send the link and delivery boy at 9 am when did not made the payment. But now when i called up the boy just after the payment he said the he will come at 5 but now he not seen now..

                                Through app, i ordered on 19th aug for a medicine (Order no. Or7492xr-001a). Its delivery date was 21st aug. On 21st aug, due to delivery boy, the order was cancelled without informing me. I approached to customer service of medlife & again they reordered my medicine (New order no. Or7492xr-002a) & same was supposed to be delivered on 22nd aug. Same was confirmed to me. But, now i got the massage that again the order has been cancelled. Now customer service is saying, may be there is some system issue! This medicine is very important for my wife. I have already got medicine through medlife at same address. Then why i am facing so much trouble now? Even customer service is also not replying me properly. It will be very helpful for us if we get appropriate communication from medlife. I. E. If they are not able to provide medicine to me, they should inform the same. But instead of that, instead of that, they are making false statement that i have requested to cancel the order.

                                    I have requested to take back the medicines which were actually not ordered on 25/07/2018 for the delivery made on 24/07/2018. But there is no response at your end regarding the refund of money and the medicines have not been taken back. From previous 10 days we have been calling to your customer care no, but every time we hear the same reason that the next day your medicines will be collected and money will be refunded back.                                       From above order i ordered 4 medicine out of this one medicine send by company is wrong medicine, i called several times to customer care but customer care note every time fresh complaint but no action taken by company, it seems that there is no any complaint systems exist in this company.I m very disappointing from irresponsible behavior of the company. Due to this incident my valuable time waste and also mental tension given by company.

                                        Terrible online pharmacy website initially they will give offer and take order and these # will later modify the order themselves and leave with the msg ur order is modified.. Who the hell have given them the rights to modify or cancel the order. First place if you cannot procure things then why the hell on earth you guys have to take order. Basically they take order give discount s and when there procurement amount is more than the selling amount they will cancel the order..
