Few days back i had contacted medlife to enquire about medicine for hair fall / hair growth. The representative immediately advised amlakali - 6 bottles and immediately agreed to despatch. The consignment was received by me about few days back and i paid approx. Rs.1258 or so. I was told that 25% amount would remain with my wallet.

I could note from the invoice that my mobile number mentioned was [protected] whereas my actual mobile number is [protected] from which i contacted medlife.

On 14.08.18 a/n, i contacted medlife customer care, and i requested to correct my mobile number in your records. The lady rep. Suggested that there is only way to correct this - i should return the consignment and then would get the refund. After that i should rebook the medicine. Accordingly, 6 bottles of amalakali have been collected by your courier on 15.08.2018.

Now, i have 2 issues -
1. The first one is that you may please arrange refund of medicines returned. On 14.08, your representative has taken my bank account number i. E. [protected] gandhidham branch ifca code hdfc0000216. Was your representative's mistake who wrongly recorded my mobile number as [protected] instead of [protected] as i called your company from mobile number [protected].

2. Secondly on amalakali bottle label, it was not mentioned that the medicine is to prevent hair fall and regrowth. Suggest me the correct medicine to prevent hair fall and re-growth of hair.

    They are calling me everymonth to buy medicine from different numbers, these guys are making the fit person sick with reminding everymonth of your old disease which is cured, i have blocked many numbers of medlife but they are calling everymonth with new number. Please ban this company from doing business.
    In sake of people's good health please ban this company in india.

      Vide order no or3613tb-003a total 6 nos medicine were ordered online on med life.
      As per sms received it was to deliver by 13.08.2018 by debasish [protected]. But on dialing not able to connect as non existent number.
      Kindly note payment has already been made online for rs.1653.06.
      Request investigation and recovery for confirmaction of delivery status of medicine or refund of money.

          My name is savitri. I had put my first order of medicines on 9th august2018. I was promised that i will get delivery of medicines within 24 to 48 hours. I kept getting calls from different executives confirming the medicines. I kept asking them everyday as to when they will despatch my order. Initially they said certain medicines are out of stock n they are procuring it. Next version was that some medicines they cannot provide so those will be dropped from the list. Remaining medicines, they promised, will reach me on 14th end of the day i also received sms stating that i will get my parcel on 14th evening.in the evening i get a call that they cannot process my order because it is in bulk quantity. They only play games n give fake promises. They take customers for granted. There is no seriousness in their action. They only keep sending smss for their promotions don’t know for what. They are highly unreliable and not at all trustworthy. They should clearly mention on their website that they cannot take bilk order n they can deliver goods subject to availability. I made umpteen calls and waisted my valuable time. Horrible experience. Very frustrating.

            My registered mobile number is [protected] and i had ordered 2 medicines on 10 august which got delivered on 12th august 2018 after 2 p.m.
            On checking the medicine on 13th august2018 i found that a wrong consignment was delivered to me with different medicines and in invoice name of Joydeb dey was written.
            The medicines which I ordered was for diabetes and i require it on everyday basis.
            I had informed the same to your customer care but your executives over there did nothing to get my consignment within 15 august 2018.

              Dear sir,

              I have been ordering medicines from medlife for quiet some time. Earlier they used to deliver the shipment on their own but now they have outsourced the same to m/s expressbees courier.
              This may be financially good to medlife but they do not keep track of the shipments. Due to this courier service delaying the shipment in all the cases and non delivery many cases.
              Expressbees courier is foating messages for non delivery without physically visiing the addressee.
              In my case the same thing happened twice. Medlife is not bothered to check the facts at all leave about taking action.
              Last month i ordered losasr h tablets, i received message to my mobile from exressbee courier stating that you refused to accept the order. I took it to the notice of thier customer care at pune and requested for shipment 3 times all 3 times they sent the same message. Finally i had to complain to their higher ups to get the medice delivered to me after long delay.

              Medlife customer care is not bothered to assist me on this.

              Again this month i ordered the same medicine from medlife and same thing happened. Consignment no: awb [protected]. Invoice no: hyd[protected], dt 05.08.2018. As usual melife has not helped me on this.
              I took up the matter to expressbees service center at pune many time to get the medicenes delivered to me.

              When i spoke to local branch person of expressbees, he told me they had some problem with medlife that is why they will delay and not deliver their medicines. He spoke to me in a very foul language as i have questioned their action.

              I do not know why medlife is not taking action on this and why i had to fight on their behalf.

              I realized that i had gone through this just because i have ordered medicines from medlife for the sake of 20% discount. Now i decided against that and now on i will procure fro local suppliers.

                I am sure you are aware of the complain lodged on 30th july’18, 4th aug’18, 6th aug’18 and 8th july’18 and am still in square one as no action has been taken on both the issues of return medicines pick-up and refund for medicines in my bank account directly which were charged more but were supplied short.

                It is wonderful to see your delivery mechanism but this is the first time experience that i am having for return of the medicines and it is wonderful to find a system catering to such large population but to my predicament lot of pain is also being experienced. Would you like to do something?

                  PATHETIC SERVICES FROM MEDLIFE LABS (MEDLIFE INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD)

                  I have booked lab tests from Medlife on 07 Aug 2018 where I was confirmed a slot for 8th Aug’2018 between 8 to 9 am. I was told that technician will come to collect blood & urine samples between 8-9 am on 8th Aug’18 also advised to be on 12 hours fasting. To our surprise no one has turned up on the given time. When I called up Medlife the attending telecaller Madhu apologised & said we did not get any confirmation from our service provider Quest Labs that is why no one has come up. My question is why they have confirmed a time slot when they had not got any confirmation from their service provider, over & above they were not even bothered to inform to the waiting patient that no one is coming! The tele caller Madhu requested me to shift the tests for next morning i.e. 09 Aug 2018 & confirmed a slot between 7-8 am & given a booking reference number 39102 with an assurance that sure shot technician will be coming at the given time. This time again they have given a shocking experience as no one has come up for collecting the samples. At around 8 am I called up Medlife the attending tellecaller Madhu said yes we have already scheduled someone they will be coming any moment & advised us to keep patient on fasting. When I have insisted her to check the status again with service provider she has given me a phone number[protected] of Quest Labs Delhi to coordinate. I asked her that why should coordinate with Quest Labs when we have booked thru you, it should be from your side. She said we will also call but you also call & check the status. She said your booking is on & technician has already been assigned.

                  As advised by Madhu I was continuously calling Quest Labs on the given number but no one was responding. The called was picked up at around 9.15 am where the attending executive asked me to get in touch with Medlife only & they have not assigned any technician as there is a procedural laps from Medlife. I have insisted & requested her to let me know the gaps from Medlife. She said they are not checking their mails. We have requested Medlife to mail us the Lab Test Codes for the required tests but they are not reading our mails! So there is a fault from Medlife Team. Please speak to them only.
                  I was damn frustrated & called up Medlife attended by Purnima & explained her the matter she said that she will arrange for a call-back & escalate the matter to senior management. She has not given the phone/email of their Operation Head in spite of asking many a times. She has only given the name of their founder Mr.Tushar Kumar.

                  At around 10.40 I got a call from Medlife Personnel named Javed who apologised on the whole issue & advised me to write a mail on their id [protected]@medlife.com. He has also not provided any contact number or mail id. of their Head of Operations. I have even told him to take my criticism as feedback which will help you in improving our services let me have a word with your Operations person but he has not given any contact detail neither connected me to Operations Team. He re-scheduled my appointment for 10th Aug 2018 i.e. tomorrow. Let us see if someone is really assigned for tomorrow.
                  I have also ordered for Medicines thru their website where I got a call that it will be delivered within 48 hours! But they took 5 days to deliver. My Order No. was OR8890DR-001A dtd.04 Aug’18 which was delivered on 07 Aug’18.
                  SO OVERALL MEDLIFE EXPERIENCE PATHETIC & FULL OF FALSE COMMITMENTS. THEY ARE NOT AT ALL SENSITIVE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THERE ARE VISIBLE GAPS & PROCEDURAL LAPS BY MEDLIFE TEAM, NO PROPER TIE-UP OR COORDINATION WITH THEIR SERVICE PROVIDERS.

                    Ordered medicine on 1st aug 18 on medlife ordered no or0546zq-001a, on 4th delivery boy come with damage medicines without packing, so i have returned the same & ask him to deliver on monday 6th with fresh medicine. Ignoring this he have deliver same damaged medicine only this time medicine are well packed. When i realized i have called up to call center they said they deliver medicine asap & ordered fresh medicine from there end. Now they demand additional money for fresh medicine & not yet picked up damaged medicines so
                    No refund.
                    Not getting medicine & refund also
                    Please take this on priority, as the medicine are need to take daily & for me they costly too

                          I placed an order on 7th of june for 10 imferon injection (10ml). I didn’t have any prescription so they fixed my appointment with doctor, and order was placed. But, on 10 of august i received a call from company and they said that, they were unable to provide injection because they didn’t have stock.
                          So, if you didn’t have stock then you shoul informed the coustmer before submitting his order. So he can’t depend on pathetic service of medlife.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have ordered joinfast tablets : quantity 60 tablets.

                            Mrp of this product at medical store 475/- för 30 tablets. Similarly i saw similar price on medlife while confirming order on sunday 6th august. With 25% discount total amount to pay was around 650/-.

                            Now after 2 days i received a message that i need to pay around 1450/-, i tried cancellation of this order but it’s not possible.

                            This is really ridiculous service with customer.

                            If this order will not cancelled then i will take this complaint to consumer court for fraud with customers grabbing extra cost than mrp.

                            I hope i will get positive response from medlife team.

                              Or4258qo-006a - this is regarding the captioned order.
                              The order was delivered on 4th and when opened its all damaged. The baby milk powder was damp and soggy and cannot be used. Its an old stock stock or reject stock. Spoke to the customer care and was told about refund and getting back, but no hear.
                              I ordered 5 bottles and all the 5 bottles were of same condition.
                              It could have been fatal for my baby if i used it.

                                Hi team,
                                Sub :-medlife unfair trade practice by keeping original prescription - or7824wf-015a

                                I ordered medicine in medlife dated 26th july 2018 1st time. Then without any intimation order is getting cancelled. Then i gone for 2nd order 31st july 2018. Then after calling them every fine morning one executive informed me that unless i will produce original prescription they will not supply me medicine. Then again after repetitive call they send one person to collect the same. But after taken away my original prescription they have denied to dispatch me the medicine. Suddenly they cancelled my order and kept my original prescription with them on-hold.
                                My father is 75 years of old of severe heart patient and recently had brain operation. So we are unable to buy medicine in local market as prescription is deliberately kept with them.
                                So if something un-usual has been occurred with my father shall med-life will be responsible for this?

                                After calling them time and again they hardly responded and denied to dispatch my prescription. They told me that they have no medicine in their stock. My question is:-

                                1. If they don't maintain reorder level of stock why they provide the list during the time of ordering the medicine.
                                2. Why they have been ask for original prescription although soft copy uploaded in their portal
                                3. Why they cancel the order. Order is having 8 item
                                4. This is not commodity goods. They should dispatch the original hard copy if they don't supply medicine within 24 hours.
                                5. Out of 8 different types of medicine they suppose to deliver few of them. If all are not available i am hardly surprise of their business.

                                  I ordered medicine to medlife online and paid an amount 7915/- on 19.04.2018 through paytm link provided in the medlife online system to get an additional 10% discount. But the payment was declined as attached. But the amount was deducted from my pnb bank account. Then delivery boy delivered the medicine and i had to pay cash on delivery as he said they did not received the payment. Then i contacted the bank and they confirmed that the money was deducted. I contacted customer care, they said the money will be credited in due course. But till now i didn't receive the payment.

                                    I had made a purchase of rs.1885/- for my mother sita dhir on 29.7.18 and made online payment from paytm wallet through the link sent on mobile by medlife. The transaction id of paytm payment made at 12.48 pm on 29.7.18 is [protected]. I was assured a cash back of 10 % max. Rs. 200/- if payment is made through paytm. Telephonic inquiries made are not specific. Every time a query is made they keep extending time for credit of cash back. A period of more than four days has already elapsed but cash back assured has not been paid as yet.
                                    Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Both orders rescheduled no. Of times without any intimation or updates to me, while all so called supervisors made false promise thrice over to have delivery arranged latest by 28/7/18 eod!!!
                                      Today i was made to hold my phone call for 7 minutes awaiting escalation team to attend but i was not attended!!! May heaven's curse befall on all, who have tormented a patient and me!!!

                                        Medlife services are hopeless and horrible. Medlife does not live up to commitment of delivering medicines on committed time. This has happened 2nd time in succession in 1 week. I am trying to cancel the current order number or4789mj-007a but unable to cancel as app is not accepting cancellation. This is worst services of medlife and purchased medicines from retailers

                                        Pharmacists are sended a wrong medicine and also used medicine. I am already inform to medlife customer care but they are no response.till today. If they are no response to tomorrow, I will. Going to. Consumer court.
