Hi,

I would like to inform you, my personal contact number is updated on medlife website as a delivery person contact number. This is not the first time i am facing this issue, this is the second instance happens with me.

I have connected to the customer care executive and the executive has disconnected my call while conversation and now i am not able to connect them again.

I am very much fed-up with such non-sense activity and this time i will be taking up the legal action against the website very soon.

    My order i. D is or2570jp-001a. 7 items
    From that stanlip 145mg 30tablets for replacement request placed (Dr. Has changed) within 3 days.
    Till today 20days over nobody has come to collect the medicine. 2times received phone from med life. But my issue still pending. I have found risk next time new order to medlife. My first experience with medlife is very bad that i have share with facebook friends and ask them no to go medlife. Med plus service best. Medlife people must learn from med plus.

      Dear medlife,
      You are doing fake promises to your customers .
      I have generated 3 orders for my Borther- Ankit Srivastava, my Father- R b Srivastava and my Son- Avyukt Srivastava on 17 & 18 July 2018. Today is 21july. Daily I am checking status and daily you are changing the status of delivery rather than deliver the important medicine on time. You don't bother that how important medicines I have ordered through your app.
      I have received SMS that your order have been packed and still waiting for delivery yet.
      I have called on your customer care 2 times. But no one is giving me complete solution. While receiving order confirmation from your operator, I have mentioned urgent delivery that time. But you don't have to worry about customer priority.
      May I know who will bear the problem without medicine. You or my family?
      Ridiculous services by medlife.
      Shame on you medlife

          My name is rekha and I had ordered medicines from medlife and had prepaid the order. Order number is OR1667WO-001A FROM mobile number [protected].this order was never delivered to me or I got any call for this. Now the system says the order was delivered. I have called customer care at least 10 times but could not receive any further information. Please refund the money that is paid. The money paid was rs1791. I HAVE NOT GOT THE ORDER EVEN IF THE COURIER PEOPLE SAYS IT'S DELIVERED.

            So i ordered my medicine after uploading a prescription and received wrong medicine on 23rd June.Ever since then am following up with your customer care to pick it up and refund my money.Pathetic poor service everyone make false promise of medicine to be picked up within 24 hrs but nothing has happened till now.
            In spite of around 20 complains and so many call they have not done anything and have not even given any complain no.

            Such a bad experience that I will definitely never using your service again nor will ever recommend it to anyone.

            However my only request is please return me money back and take up your medicine for this time.

              I had placed an order for certain Diabetic tablets and Isotroin 20 and the order number generated as ORD577LK-20A & 21 A. with quantities as specified. I get a call to confirm the order with the quantity, the Pharmacist termed Isotroin as tablet for the heart ailment which I corrected her. At the time of delivery I was surprised to find the my order with renewed quantites and with order number 22A, and shortly I received tow more orders 20A & 21A. In both the orders the quantities and my medicines were completely mixed up and but the charges were duly attached separately. I called the Call Centre but staff on line was adamant that they can do nothing about it and to return the order, my request was that I take the required medicenes as required. To add Insult to injury, I get a call from the Customer care by name Ruhi, who calls to apologise, when I asked to address the same by E-mail she pretended that she could not hear me as if my network had been isolated and she disconnected the call.

                My order is OR4377BP-002A ..one of the medicine is not in stock and the other one which is there is for diabetic patient.its been so long I have ordered and I am not receiving the other one also which is in stock..the patient is not able to take medicine just coz of delay.everyday I am getting message that I will get medicine the next day.i need the other medicine urgently..even if that digene is not available and deliver it soon.i want trigkynase 2mg to be delivered urgently

                    Ordered medicines on 7th July. It has been more than a week now, nobody has yet come to collect the prescription.I have been calling customer care team daily. Made about 7 calls to customer care. They keep raising complaints but nothing happens.Medicines crucial as for diabetes, required urgently.                       I order 2 medicines, when I order the price was 1368/- but I got changed to 3115/- just before delivery. Out of curious I checked the price of the medicines in medlife and medplus. Price is showing as 1368/- only. I called CS they are asking me to pay 3115/- and later they will refund. I asked them how can they change the MRP, for which they don't have an answer.

                        I ordered medicines vide order no. Or3461mb-013a. I recd msg that delivery boy is out for delivering medicines on 9th july 2018, but medicines were not delivered. Next day morning there was an automated call asking if i had rescheduled delivery and i said no. After that i recd a msg that delivery boy is out for delivery on 10th july 2018 but still medicines not delivered. I lodged a complaint through phone call and requested for a call back, but no call back has been received. Now my order has been cancelled. Is this a company or fluke just troubling customers. I can be reached today on [protected]. Matter urgent. Also advise why medicines have not been delivered.

                            I bought medicines from medlife some time back for my wife. Order I'd OR3663AN-001A. On 11-may-2018.

                            While we about to start the medicines, she got some other problem and visited some other doctor, where we were busy using medicines for some other problem. And we totally forgot about the medicines that we ordered from midlife.and it crossed more than 30 days.

                            Now her gynecology doc told her not to use those medicines and prescribed her different medicines.

                            And medlife is now reluctant to take back medicines showing return policy. While buying there is no mention of return policy any where.

                            All the local shopkeepers saying they would have taken back if those medicines would have bought from them.

                            I would like you to take necessary action on medlife and make sure they will take my medicines back also they need to advertise the return policy properly.

                            This is very bad. I would never buy medicines from online. If you buy from local retailer. We always have option to return them back i[censored]nused.

                              On 26th June, i had placed an order with Order ID-OR1164AN-005A in which the box that was delivered was in a tampered condition. Placed a return request and Medlife had placed a new order automatically with new order id-OR1164AN-007A on 28th June. Today is 7th July till now medicines did not get delivered. Everytime i call the customer care they revert me that the medicine would be delivered today, but that today has not yet come.Even not received the refund of the order ID-OR1164AN-005A.

Im order Tugain 5%solution in midlife app. I'm ordering time paybul amount 435 rs but delivered time paybul amount showing 460rs. What is this. I have screen shots I'm ordering time taken.                                   We booked an appointment at home for a couple of tests from medlife. Was told we ll receive the reports by mail within 48 hours. Its been 72 hours and there's no sign o[censored]pdate from their end. We had booked doctor's appointment thinking that we ll receive the reports on time but had to cancel it twice. The customer care service is also pathetic. They only give excuses and ask for a couple of hours or tell their server was down. Extremely disappointed. Won't ever get any service from medlife nor will i recommend anyone.

                                    Hi my name is ria dutta. After booking the order your customer service called us, that time they told about the medicine and i said yes ok.. Then after the paying time i saw that his medicine ka dam 51 rupay hain waha pe 1533 dikha raha hain. Mazak chal raha hain. Kaise logo ko bithate hain app log kam pe... Aisa harash karte hain logo ko. Paisa kya fokot se ate hain. Kamana nh parta kya.. Worst site. Third class..

                                      I had requested for return of medicine three days ago, and had clearly mentioned that the plastic of the medicine is torn, that time ull had said the person will come to collect it, today the person came and he's saying he can't take this medicine it is torn i tld him i had already told them, he told me to call medlife i have been calling since afternoon everytime the person is hanging up, this is not the way. And that person left and later i'm calling him he's not answering my calls. Are you guys going to do something or no.
                                      I'm not going to order any medicine from your company. I'm very upset with your service, it was your mistake cause of which i have to suffer i had called for rota capsules not inhaler.

                                        Hi i have booked a consultation at medlife and also paid 150rs. Got the notification that doctor will be calling me between 12 to 1 p. M. But no one called and when i tried to cancel the consultation to get my refund back, medlife just completed the order and sent an invoice without even giving any consultation. I spent 150 rs and i want back because i just kept on receiving sms from medlife in and out for 2 hrs that so and so doctor called and yet no one called. I also wrote to them multiple times for refund but received no response. They are highly unprofessional and should be shut down.
