My 1600 rewards points were redeemed by unauthorized person having different surname but same first name. The identity proof submitted at the time of redemption was not correct and it was submitted at some other area shop of medplus. Medplus didn't verify the authenticity of the proof and handed over the gift to wrong person and deducted reward point from my account. No solution to the complaint for more than 2 months.

    Hi sir
    My self jainik from ahmedabad. At near my home a medplus store located i m regular customer of medplus i always refered to buy a medicine in medplus to my frds and relative. But before two days i m stnding in medplus but nobudy available staff in store. Then i came out from store. Then i see the store keeper wash his car in front of store i m wait of 15 minutes but he was came to give me medicine. So i decide to never any purchase in medplus again and i sprade dismarketing of your store.

      Medplus pharmacy at rvavaneendra miyapur hyderabad 500049 is always ill equipped with basic medicines. Like derma creams anti allergic cough syrups basic blood pressure medicines etc. Staff is also not trained at handling customers. One medicine takes the staff 20 minutes to provide. It creates a long queue and regardless their speed does not increase. I dont see the purpose of opening a branch which does not fulfill basic requirement of a pharmacy. I would recommend an apollo pharmacy or any local pharmacy to take its place as its useless to have medplus pharmacy for the people

        Hello!! There is a medplus in 210 mg road thakurpukur. Pin 700063. There is a pharmacist name mr partha kayal who misbehaved. Only two customers where there but he rudely talked to me and told me that it will take half an hour. Altough it took less than 10 minute, and when i asked why he talked to me like this... He ignored me. Please train this person how to behave with customers. If such behaviour persists.. I will make serious action against this fellow

          I purchased medicines from medplus, whitefield store, on monday 11th dec. They had a power outage and hence could not generate the bill. So ii handed over the details of the patient with them as described in the prescription.

          Today, i. E on friday 15th dec, when i went to collect the bill.. They had the bill with incorrect patient name and they refused to give me a correct bill. I did call up their customer care number[protected]... Who did not revert...

          MedPlus Team, thank you for the prompt response.
          Could you please advise the MedPlus Store located at Whitefield, Bangalore, landmark is "Opposite CSI Church" to make amends and reissue a new Bill with the correct patient details. I can visit them today.

          The bill value was Rs.1386/-, delivered on Monday 11th December. The mobile ending with xxxxxxxx 850.

          The complaint has been logged with the Customer Care ...

          I cannot disclose any additional details on an open platform...

            I am p sudhakar reddy. I booked a trolley bag in aug 30th 2017. But till today i didn't get it. I called customer care more than 20times with in this 3mnths but they are telling u will get this by weekend.. But till today i did nt get it.. Almost its about 3 and half months.. I am fed up with this flexi rewards and waste of money.. It's very bad experience.. I am expecting to resolve my problem as soon as possible

            I got a call from mediplus on 12 dec 2017 after giving complaint here ..We get stock within one week to hyd and after getting we will send it to you ..This overall process takes 10days they told..Will see...Whether i get even after this 10days or not...Hope for good
            I placed a order, got half medicine, placed again the order n now past 10 days they are not responding my calls, m getting info bout my medicine that they have reached but the store agents are not communicating, i visited the store, medicines are there but they denied for home delivery n also the behaviour of the staff was very very bad.

              I was regularly buying medicines from medplus store near to my home. Today (6th dec 2017), i went to med-plus-pharmacy-kphb-colony-near-malaysian-township-kukatpally store to buy medicines then the salesman in the store looked at my past transactions which are happened in another branch and told me that, he cannot sell any medicine to me. Then i asked what is the reason, why you will not sell medicine to me. He told if you buy all the medicines which are brought in the past from other store then only i will give the medicine otherwise, go to your regular branch where you are buying regularly.

              I was really surprised, salesman clearly see that i am long time customer of medplus. Just because i am not buying medicines regularly from this branch near-malaysian-township-kukatpally, he was not ready to sell medicines to me.

              And, he gave me an option... If i buy all other medicines which exists in my history of transactions then he will sell the medicine.

              I suggest, people should not visit that store, they are completely commercial. No respect for customers. They don't know the value of customers.

                Purchased a list of tablets from med plus tabaram, chennai, instead of the tablet written by doctor, med plus rep given me tablet which has to be used for cancer, i had taken this for 1 week and suffering from severe stomach pain and unable to eat any thing.
                While we approached our doctor he said that the tablets are changed, the same was enquired to med plus rep but they are not responding to our problem.
                Need a clear answer immediately else i need to approach consumer court by tomorrow.

                We said them to take the affected boy with them to a good doctor and treat him,

                    1. May be im not your regular customer,
                    When i have been to enquire avout the insurance details to outlet near valasaravakkam,
                    The staff said that u need to call the toll free number for details, if it is new insurance our head will deal with it,
                    Since is it from 8 months old we are not responsible, amazing response by the team,
                    2. I dialled up the toll free number - they can only speak english telugu and hindi, except tamil, great we need only business from tn not customers relationship, i got impressed about the business mind that u had. Well the lady shared me a contact number of insurance.[protected]
                    3. I dialled up again to the above number,
                    Waited on phone almost 1 hour and i was keep on dialling, no response.
                    Should i consider it as day light robbery

                      Your store manager in arekere mico layout, bangalore is very insensitive. My family has been buying medicines work nearly 3000 a month got the past 12 years from your store. I am cancer patient. My doctor recently changed my medicines. So, i returned three strips one of silybon 140 mg, with 9 tablets, one strip of folvite full, one more strip of folvite with about 70 tablets in it. I wanted to exchange with the new medicines i needed. Your store manager had told me that i will get a call from hyderabad the next day. It is one week now and no one has called me from mediplus hyderabad.

                      Therefore, today i called your toll free number. Then i got a call back. The lady made me speak for 15 minutes and then said she will transfer my call. The second lady again wanted me to explain the whole thing. I told her to talk to the first lady and understand my complaint and then call me back, rather than make me speak for another 15 minutes. She hasn't called me back. Overall, mediplus looks very poor quality and very unprofessional company. Call me at [protected]

                        Online order placed 3 days back and still not received the medicine. After call with store and customer care and escalation next level. Got confirmation that medicine delivered to store with 1 hour but after 2 hours got sms as order cancelled.

                        Again need to call customer care and ask for the reason means they saying mistakenly cancelled and re-ordered behalf of me.

                        Now asking me yo wait to process all the steps.

                          I have had an transaction issue recently when i was trying to make pay an amount of rs.748 by swiping by debit card. The money got deducted from my account, as soon as i swiped my card in the medplus store, but they claimed that they havent received the money and they made me re do it telling that the first transaction was declined and the amount would bounce back to my account very soon, but unfortunately i have not received the money till now and the medplus people (Vontikoppal, mysore) say that i should contact my bank for reimbursement. But the bank people are saying that the money has been credited to medplus account and they cant do anything about it. So please look into this matter immediately and help me in getting my amount back. Since i live in a different city i m not able to visit the medplus store too, so kindly consider this as a complaint and do the needful at the earliest.

                              Order number otgmm[protected] has been cancelled with a reason stating prescription data is not matching with one medicine. I have ordered for telma 80 where as my prescription is stating that telma 60. I have searched for telma 60, but there was no medicine available. So i chosen 80mg tablet. Intead of cancelling one tablet, executive has cancelled overall order. This is something a bad service from medplus

                                I have received the order by making paytm since the store did not had credit card.
                                Double payment has been received as the counter sales person asked for otp thrice and he was not equipped to handle paytm transactions.
                                The order value was rs. 1621/-.

                                  2. Used iob debit card to make payment

                                  3. The same amount deducted thrice (3 times =rs.1596+1596+1596)

                                  Kindly look into your accounts and guide me further in order to recover my money which was wrongly deducted 2times additional.

                                  as per your representative advice submitted complaint with my bank also.
                                  the bank requested me to wait for 10 days for getting the money back.

                                    I am a regular buyer of medicines from your reputed stores in Bangalore and some points were allotted to my purchase. I had recd. a message also in this regard to buy redeeming the points some selected medical items and the last date was 30/11/2017. When I went to Mediplus shop and enquired about the same, I note that the same has been deleted and Mediplus shop people told me to send the message for release of the points. Kindly do the needful and oblige. You may please note not only me a regular buyer and I have introduced many of my relatives and friends your Mediplus shop for purchase of medicines. Considering the above, kindly release immediately without fail.

                                      Medplus india — rude behaviour - thiruvotriyur branch.
                                      I went to buy medicines from medplus, at abouve mentioned branch today. The behavior of your sales man in this outlet is so bad that no decent person will ever enter this outlet again. When i asked him about myrequirements he was talking like a big boss without any respect and with out understanding who he is and to whom he was talking. I used to buy at least rs. 3000 medicines every month from your different outlets. I will never again enter your medplus outlets and i will write in all social medias about your salesman to take revenge of the insult i have faced today.

                                        Sir/ma'am,
                                        It's with great pain i would like to bring to your notice that one our your sales man from med plus, bondel gate, kolkata 700039, had misbehaved with my elderly mother, when she requested to give her the medicine bit fast, as she was not feeling well. The sales man name chandan sarcastically told my mother 'do you want us to arrange wheel chair for you', he was very rude to my mother and also threatened not to visit that counter of med plus in bondel gate again.
                                        So, i was shocked to here that from my mother. Is this the way to behave with a elderly person. Please take some action against that sales man chandan. Now it's becoming a regular practice of misbehavior by the sales person of that unit of med plus in bondel gate to almost all the customers.
