1. May be im not your regular customer,
When i have been to enquire avout the insurance details to outlet near valasaravakkam,
The staff said that u need to call the toll free number for details, if it is new insurance our head will deal with it,
Since is it from 8 months old we are not responsible, amazing response by the team,
2. I dialled up the toll free number - they can only speak english telugu and hindi, except tamil, great we need only business from tn not customers relationship, i got impressed about the business mind that u had. Well the lady shared me a contact number of insurance.[protected]
3. I dialled up again to the above number,
Waited on phone almost 1 hour and i was keep on dialling, no response.
Should i consider it as day light robbery
