Hi,

This is regarding to the discount related complaint against the medplus shop id inkarblr00247.
I have purchased a tablet called ultracet semi mrp of 94rs, i ask for a discount as i have use the medplus id for discount purpose but the shop staff is telling that his manager as instructured not to give any discounts in shop and also told that is applied for all medplus around country anly points are allowed and staff is telling that it is from the head office notification which he was received from manager is that ture where the other medplus is allowing get a discount why not the nagadevanahalli medplus shop.
My question is that without any notification to the customer regarding the discount cancellation is that news is true or not?

Hope i'll get a reply for this complaint.

I have buyed this product earlier many times in all Medical stores and took bill.
No GST has been taken till date.
I want proper justification or else I will file a complaint at consumer court .

    I want to book a rice cooker in medplus as I am having flexi rewards..from Dec 15th 2017..after calling alot of times to customer care they booked it on Feb 27th 2018...but till today I didnt get that...I called customer care 30 times they are not responding properly...today date is 27april 2018..it's about5months...but I didnt received my rice cooker...medplus flexi rewards is really a fake...and wrost customer care...I request u to help me to get my rice cooker as soon as possible

      Customers are not attended properly. The personnels, working are lazy, gossiping among themselves and customers are to wait long time to get their medicines and paying their bills. It seems, there is no supervising staff to see them working. I have repeatedly pointed out this deficiency to the staff but they ignore this. Today, when i asked whether timolet od eye drop is available, one lady replied after 2 minutes, no. When i asked to check in the system, if available to order for tomorrow, she told no, no need to check, i know that its not available. I found it available online and ordered for 4 pieces.

        I visited medplus at 60 feet road, nri layout, kalkere, bengaluru. There was no proper response in the first case for the medicine asked. The boy who cleaning the floor with broomstick tried to give medicines with the same unclean hands when asked to clean hands and then give; misbehaved by giving taunts;
        If the medical shop cannot maintain minimum hygiene standards should be allowed to continue???

          Today, i bought a whole month's worth of diabetes tablets from a medplus store located in dlb archade, vidyanagar, ramnagar-500044. I had taken the previous month's empty tablet's sachet for reference. After paying i was looking at the bill and didn't pay much attention to the packing, also the store was empty back then. After coming home, i realise they had only packed the empty sachets i took there, i had come directly to home and also there were no holes in the envelope also the empty sachets were still there, so i rush back to the store. They in no way accepted that they did not pack the tablets though i showed them what they had packed. I spent almost an hour there arguing and am just entering home. I've also tried calling the customer service on my way, it was around 9pm, it said that the service is available from 8am to 10pm on all weekdays and the call was cut.

            Sir i bought three strips mymi d tablets from medplus mart in mint street, sowcarpet, chennai. It's one month dose prescribed by the doctor. We used the tablets for 11 days due to health factor doctor advised to stop that above said tablets. So we requested medplus to exchange it to some other tablets. They accept 10 only and denied for remaining 9 tablets. As a customer such a long period with medplus please exchange it with some other tablets. If it is in the medical shop may be used by someone. Do the need to customer. Dont waste our hard earned money.

              An order was taken by medplus stores at 21st. Main road, annanagar west, chennai 600040 for cardiac medicines on 13.04.2018.in spite of repeated reminders, they are not able to deliver till today. Normally it is delivered next day.
              It appears that order has not been placed sofar as understood from customercare.
              This is negligence on the part of the staff at the store.

                Yesterday i have ordered medicine through medplus application online.

                Online they charged me:

                Gluformin g2 @ 157rs and ferium xt @ 127

                Original product i received from medplus and mrp price is:

                Gluformin g2 @ 143rs and ferium xt @ 118.

                They are robbing our hard earned money, please beware of such...

                Shopkeepers in the jakkur medplus outlet does not attend and provide the medicines faster. They will be doing some other work instead of attending customers and delay in providing and billing medicines. It takes half an hour to come out of medical store just to buy 3 or 4 medicines. Also print out of the bill they do not give it properly. It will be blurred.

When i checked with your call centre, they informed that iam having two accounts. I never opened two accounts.

                    I have redeemed my points and booked gift on 21 nov 2017 though medplus. That time the customer care executives said that gift will be available in 15 days but till time after 4 months i didn't any news from them. Also i have faced following problems.
                    1. Customer care executives every time says that it will come in 2-3 weeks but no chance.
                    2. Customer care executives says will call back after looking back tha database but not a single time they respond.
                    3. No updates fro medplus regarding gift although they have our phone numbers, mail ids but no chance

                      I purchased tablets for my father which costed 7500 RS 30 tablets chemotherapy. MY father died and no one can use those tablets. Already submitted a complaint but no use they are not taking the tablets

                          I have ordered for steem cooker at at tarnaka branch. I received phone call the product is ready for delivery than visited the branch the employee asked for id card i have produced id card he demanded for xerox of the id card the xerox center is for way from the location. The employee refuse to give the product the product is not giving to me free of cost the employee is behaved such a rudely as if he is i am a survent to him i am purchase is the every month about 10000/- worth medicines for which the the product is giving to me not at the free of cost.in future i have decided not to purchase any product from medplus the discount is giving other venders also thair no need to purchase from medplus only the behaviour it continues the no will come to medplus. So i boight medicines for 6 months and accumulated 1950 points and now they say, bags arent available. So whats the point of buying medicines.                               Customer 4262124, m. Padmanabhan. Mob [protected]. Bill amt. Rs989/ dt. Of purchase 6.3.2018 by 13.47.06 hrs. Card had been swiped; only printing receipt had not come in shop's swipe-instrument. Again swiped second time. Fate till now not known. Apart from those two swipes, sales person told, he is not confirm about receipt. Hence collected cash from me (The customer/purchaser). But sms received from the banker states:- rs.989/- debited in my account against pos @ medplus. Repeated requests made to salespersons since 6.3.2018 are not responded.                                   On 2nd march at around 8 pm i had been to buy althromycine/erythromycine/ medicine from padmanabhan nagar madiplus branch, bangalore - 560070,
                                  I took 3 tablets - costing 20 rs, i gave 50 rs at the counter and the person receiving the cash did not return me 30 rs saying he do not have change, he paid me only 20 rs and made me wait for 15 min to get the remaining 10 rs. When i enquire how can they just make me wait for just 10 rs of change for so long?.. He responded saying its not his problem, "if i don't have in my drawer what can i do"... He answered me very rudely.. Its was a very bad experience, they did business from morning till evening and at 8 pm they did not have 10 rs change.. Looks so strange..

                                  Ritecheck GLUCO strips are not available inediplus store.The store rep proposed to exchange machine with another one for rs 200 and GLUCO strips at rs 510.The machine has to be issued free of cost.Mediplus has to own the responsibility for the non availability of strips.

                                  Mr. Muralidhar actually NO-ONE will Give Free Replacement for Old Purchased Used Product, atleast MedPlus is Providing New Product with a Very Min. Amt. Charging of Rs.200/- & Providing a Complete New Product to you, I think it Shouldn't be a Problem to you or any one 'coz everybody is accepting it..

                                    Very very worst bad language and worst behaviour by your staff o[censored]dayakumar
                                    Hope you will respond and take immediate action on mr. Udayakumar who working in ground floor: no.1/180, mariamman koil street, mugalivakkam, chennai, tamil nadu 600125.

                                    Untrained staff and worst behaviour people are behaving very badly with customers. This will be very dangerous for society in our regular customer.

                                    Even though, co staff member is telling, the idotic not listened.
                                    In our staf[censored]dayakumar send one bad word msg to me. I upload that msg in ur photo file.

                                    MedPlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    This particular shop refused to give me blood pressure tablet in spite of my doctors prescription in my mobile saying I had to show them the hard copy and behaved in a very rude way I am a bp patient and in spite of it he made me get tensed unnessarily This was my second bad experience with the shop kindly look into it

                                      My flexi rewards order no OTNRW[protected], MY ORDER is doqtar diabetic sandal black size 10 but I received doqtar diabetic sandal brown size 8 on 02/03/2018. which is nobody can use. please replace item or return the flexi reward points to my account. I expect earliest action from your side. when i enquire your customer care but not satisfied from your reply. please take immediate action .
