Sir, hitherto I had high faith about you. But todays incident shocked me a lot.
I went to puchase one sheet of B complex tablet and one wicks. First he refused to accept card since the amount was 60/ he told, and minimum bill amount should be more than 100/. Then i paid 60/ and asked for thereceipt. He said that if recipt is issued, I have to pay more 3.20 as tax. I was shocked to hear this even this age of Digital India, a reputed firm like you are selling without paying tax, and also when no tax is levied, then I believe it is substandard product. This happened in Mysore Siddharthanagar outlet, which remained closed for months together for such illegal activities.
However I will lodge separate complaint with Drug Control Authorities and well as GST authorities. Shall I expect early action and transparent inquiry ? Bill number [protected]. shop number 1&2 Vinayamarga, Siddharthanagar, Mysore.
