Medplus india — rude behaviour - thiruvotriyur branch.
I went to buy medicines from medplus, at abouve mentioned branch today. The behavior of your sales man in this outlet is so bad that no decent person will ever enter this outlet again. When i asked him about myrequirements he was talking like a big boss without any respect and with out understanding who he is and to whom he was talking. I used to buy at least rs. 3000 medicines every month from your different outlets. I will never again enter your medplus outlets and i will write in all social medias about your salesman to take revenge of the insult i have faced today.

    Sir/ma'am,
    It's with great pain i would like to bring to your notice that one our your sales man from med plus, bondel gate, kolkata 700039, had misbehaved with my elderly mother, when she requested to give her the medicine bit fast, as she was not feeling well. The sales man name chandan sarcastically told my mother 'do you want us to arrange wheel chair for you', he was very rude to my mother and also threatened not to visit that counter of med plus in bondel gate again.
    So, i was shocked to here that from my mother. Is this the way to behave with a elderly person. Please take some action against that sales man chandan. Now it's becoming a regular practice of misbehavior by the sales person of that unit of med plus in bondel gate to almost all the customers.

        I have been waiting for the choice of products for my reward points to be redemption. But there are no sufficient or nil quality available and have to wait for long.

        This is repeatedly happening at the store at kc halli, btm layout, billekahlli store, and the behaviour of the staff is so ruthless and irresponsible that is causing more disappointment and irritating.

        My customer ID has been blocked from long time Pls release the I D
        I brought medicine on Oct10 2107 time:6.35 for Rs 735.for such amount I given my debit card.and he said ur card decline.so I payed by cash.after I reach home I received message for the amount of 735.i went to medplus he told me that you have to wait for a week but still I am not able received any amount so plz

          On october 6 2017 we made a debit card purchase of rs.904 in medplus medical shop, anakaputhur branch, chennai. As the bill was not generated, we were asked to enter the atm pin again and the amount was debited twice from my account. The extra amount is yet to get refunded. This one is quite disappointing. I request the accounts department to look into it and refund the amount as earlier as possible.

          On enquiring in medplus medical shop, they checked their records and confirmed that they got the money only once and I was guided to check in my bank. Did it and money got refunded. Wonder how the refund got stuck and I had to raise requests for getting the money back!

But i didn't received my ordered medicine after i got message from you. I have reminded them many time. But as of now they didn't supply my ordered medicine.               The medplus store on Manewada Road, Near Dhyaneshwar Main gate has provided me wrong medicine 3-4 times and they do not feel guily about that this is ridiculous
              I asked for 6tablets..they refused to sell and gave me total strip.. Which is not required..

                  I have been purchasing with medplus for the past many years now. Recently i moved to pallavaram area in chennai. For the past more than 2 years i have been purchasing my monthly medicines from mdeplus store: no. 59, darga road, pallavaram, chennai 600043 store id: intnmas02042. I purchase an average medicine for nearly rs. 4, 000 to 5, 000 a month.
                  This afternoon when i purchased from the shop i suspected that the bill amount was a little high. When i checked in the shop i found that the quantity of the medicines were more than what i have asked for or what was packed. I have asked for 100 nos creon 10000 but what was billed was for 110. Asked for 5 units of actrapid insulin and the quantity in the bill was 6. The total bill was rs. 4361.00. When i brought it to their notice the lady at the counter said that while billing it would have considered the entire quantity in a batch. She had no answer when i asked how could the number of quantity could will be more for both the medicines and why hasn't she corrected the quantity manually while billing. She silently returned rs. 485 and said that it was charged extra. I asked her for a revised bill and she said that a revised bill could not be given. She gave another bill which stated that i have returned the medicines and they have refunded the money. I was checking the previous bill that i have brought from them for months. I suspect that there were quantity errors in those as well. I either buy 50, 80 or 100 creon 10000 tablets and 5 units of actrapid ins. But once a while i see that there were 60 or 90 number of creon and 6 units of act rapid. This does not seem to me like a mistake but appears like a deliberate act. I suspect that there could be a scam behind it. I have attached the bill along with this complaint. Please note that i will never visit this store again.

                    While purchasing the glasses i was told that the glasses are scratch resistant. After using the glasses and normal cleaning it started picking up a lot of scratches. To check what the warranty covers i went to the same showroom at jp nagar 5th phase. Unfortunately the gentleman who sold the glasses was not there. The person available was mr. Punit, the moment i explained the issue in a very load tone he started explaining that this is normal wear and year and that the lab won't provide replacement. He then gave an example of a car, saying if it gets any scratch company doesn't replaces it. I said if you tell me it's not covered i would have just walked out of there but you should understand your customers and give examples which makes sense and control his tone, because it seems he is fighting. To which he tells you gave me a wrong example by mentioning lenskart. It is a fraud company and i have mails supporting it. I said i have nothing to do with lenskart i just had a good experience with them and i told about that.

                    This person has no respect for customers and is absolutely rude. When someone compares an apple to an apple he goes and tells you are wrong and you should not talk about our competitor. Being a customer i don't think i did anything wrong yet this person seems to have no work ethics and no knowledge of customer support.

                    On the medicine side i have never had any bad experience with a medplus staff. This guy is a disgrace and should either be given a strong feedback or removed from this role.

                      But medplus sent message shows my payment rs.2155.00 for order no.[protected] was unsuccessful.
                      Kindly help us to purchases my ordered medicine rs.2155.00 from you as early as possible because it is my life saving medicine. Thanks.

                      After I gave the above complaint just one minute a person call me (mobile number[protected]we speak from medplus we recieved your complaint .we will refund your amount Rs.2155.00 immediately. So give me your ATM card 16 digit number, expiry date of ATM card ATM card backside secret number.I gave all particulars .He said a OTP come from your Bank immediately told me be wait online. OTP came and gave the OTP number. Again and again TOP came I gave the number.he drew 10 thousand rupees from my bank account. In between time a lady call me (mobile number [protected])said we are medplus staff you will give the OTP number .
                      So the medplus staff link with the culprit and give message about particulars.The medplus general manager and medplus perssonnels search culprit andhandover the police.
                      After gave the above complaint just one minute a person call me (mobile no.[protected] we received your complaint we will refund your amount Rs.2155.00 immediately so give yourATM card 16 digit number, expirey date of card
                      ATM card back secret number.l gave all particulars.He also tell you will get 0TP from your bank immediately said to me please be online. I told OTP Again and again he got 0TP from me. At this time a lady call (mobile no.[protected] We are call from medplus you will tell the OTP without fear.Every OTP he drew 5000 thousand rupees at the third time the bank BLOCK my ATM card.
                      So the medplus staff link with this culprit managing director of medplus and other personnel search the culprit and save the medplus image.

So we are requesting to exchange the tablets, i am a regular customer to this branch having an id, 26873079. Since more than a year.                           I went to buy medicines from medplus, 5/5, purasawakkam outlet today. The behavior of your sales man in this outlet is so bad that no decent person will ever enter this outlet again. When i asked him about the discount structure he was talking like a big boss without any respect and with out understanding who he is and to whom he was talking. I used to buy at least rs. 4000 medicines every month from your different outlets. I will never again enter your medplus outlets and i will write in all social medias about your salesman to take revenge of the insult i have faced today. A piece of advice: if you keep this type of people, no one will enter your stores because there are many other medical stores with friendly and cordial atmosphere with decent sales force. If you have to survive in the present buyer's market give your sale force some training to behave with the customers or send them to other medical stores to learn to behave with customers..

                              My registered mobile number is [protected]. On 11th september 135 flexi points was cut from my account with out my knowledge. When i complained about it they told that it will be refunded with in a week. But that never happened. So again in 26 the september i called the customer care number for which i was rudely told that it will be refunded with in 10pm on the same day, which never happened. So i have decided to register a complaint in the consumer court regarding this

                                I have purchased two numbers of betaloc 25 mg tablets from medplus triplicane branch (Located near post office triplicane chennai) on 12l06l2017 at 16.15 hours. I attach the details of the above. I approached the said branch for the last two months to exchange the tablets. But the staff are refusing stating that the supply is not from the branch. Hence i request you to exchange the tablets. For your information, i am regularly buying my medicines from medplus only.

                                  When i went to pick up my ordered medicines on 25th sep to their (Medplus) thirumalai pillai road branch chennai, their billing system was not working and the staff was insisting me to take the delivery of medicines without bill. Of course, i refused it. Today, when i made a complaint with their customer care team, a lady from the same branch called me in my registered phone and asking me in a rude way why you have gone to customer care? She is not in a position to accept that selling the medicines without bill is a offence. Subsequently, i received a sms saying that if it is not picked up within two days, the order will be cancelled. Since, i was going to be out of station till friday, requested them to cancel my order and decided not to go for any medplus. First they must teach them to their staff that how to speak to a customer and selling medicines without bills is an offence.

                                    I wanted 2 bring medicines from india to canada. So went with a list 2medplus n got some medicings on d day of flight n only 4 of d items listed in my list were not of much stock. So v told medplus to cal us wen they get those 4items n came to canada. Wen my fat her went there to ask about d stock, med plus has billed al d items which v have bought already and billed for rs. 6000/-. V have already brought sufficient medicines with us. They can't send such a heavy weight medicines through courier and even if he sends we can't use so much. It will be a waste. Pls help us by taking back d medicines n refunding d amount. Pls help us

                                      I don't think this is right time to book a complain. I am suffering from dengue right now.. You can imagine how angry i am.. Religare is the second largest company in chemist shop. I am doing this only for company becoz i am also working as a purchase manager. Today i went to satyaniketan branch at 10.35 pm for purchasing glucon-d. I asked to pay from paytm becoz you are giving 15% cashback schem... They first totally denied.. That system is not working.. After that i told him, in this month i came 4 or 5 time and you always told me this not working.. Then tried once and said the same thing. Then i asked him any cash discount. They refused.. I asked this becoz last time, they gave me 10% discount only when i will not take bill. After then cashier looking at me so angirly. I asked him his name. Then supervisor came and told me (Naam jaankar kya karloge?). After this i got angry with staff.. Right now i am feeling not well. So i cant explain u everything... I need a call from your side or i will go to the consumer court and i will teach the satff how to do job within sunday. This is my number. [protected]

                                        Sir, hitherto I had high faith about you. But todays incident shocked me a lot.
                                        I went to puchase one sheet of B complex tablet and one wicks. First he refused to accept card since the amount was 60/ he told, and minimum bill amount should be more than 100/. Then i paid 60/ and asked for thereceipt. He said that if recipt is issued, I have to pay more 3.20 as tax. I was shocked to hear this even this age of Digital India, a reputed firm like you are selling without paying tax, and also when no tax is levied, then I believe it is substandard product. This happened in Mysore Siddharthanagar outlet, which remained closed for months together for such illegal activities.
                                        However I will lodge separate complaint with Drug Control Authorities and well as GST authorities. Shall I expect early action and transparent inquiry ? Bill number [protected]. shop number 1&2 Vinayamarga, Siddharthanagar, Mysore.
