While purchase i inform in billing that i might change the pack after going home from small to medium, they asked to me bring in a week. I had placed an online order on 5th of may. The order was cancelled by customer care on 6th of may as one of the products added in the order was not available. It showed available when order was placed. I thought they will only cancel the product but they cancelled the entire order.

I have been ordering medicines monthly for myself and my mother online. Of late iam finding that many medicines are shown as out of stock while booking online but when we go to the shop it is available. I have purchased a tablet called ultracet semi mrp of 94rs, i ask for a discount as i have use the medplus id for discount purpose but the shop staff is telling that his manager as instructured not to give any discounts in shop and also told that is applied for all medplus around country anly points are allowed and staff...
