Yesterday Night it was Raining and I visited the store which is located in Madinaguda Ramkrishna nagar.The store was about to close and one customer is present in it.I requested for Antibiotics. They refused me to give and reason is system shut told please take the money and bill tomorrow as there is urgency but all in vain .I requested them but they didn't listen and closed the store . I told him to get medicine I need to go to 3/4 km but they didn't listen .Really this is the way they are rendering the services to Customer ?

    My mob no is [protected] resides at p&t colony dilsukhnagar hyderabad 500060.just now purchased medicines from ol at p&t colony amt 1800plus as of now purchased more than 70000 worth of medicines.when i purchased medicines 2 types of medicines not available. requested them to provide, the ol people said if you pay cash medicine will be av by evening if you order it will tke time .simp;y they started block mailing when i contacted customer care she has cut down my call when i start discussing on the matter.no respect from ol and at the same time from customer care .and they introduced point system and says 15 percent will be giving on points and customer may get gifts .the gifts they are offering are local brands and not branded items .if you check and analyse these are getting good discount to the medplus and if you caliculate on this actual discount to coustomer comes to around 8 percent in turn they are charging and delibarete cheating in terms of gifts and started harassing too with behaviour and oathetic customer care and no training to people at outlets might be hiring cheap manpower.and cheating customers in all angles if checked by officer concerned every thing will be visible to all that might not happening.

      Hello sir, i am new to hyderabad. As i lost my glasses i approach near by medplus optometrist. Road number 10, banjara hills branch and its phone number is [protected]. There i ordered glasses on 25th june 2018, but my glass frame size varies which i picked in the store. Frame is too loose so i cant handle them for at least 2 minutes. I request them to change. But there are behaving very rude to me. Blaming me to the cause. It's not at all fair. They cut my calls after my recognition. I need justice. Plz help me, sir.

        Purchased 6 tab on 28-6-18, after that patient felt vomething. Our doctor said stop the medicine. I returned to medplus with 5 tab strip for exchange. They said no exchange. First thing am regular custemor for medplus. But they didn't consider that. If any one asked same drug 2-3 tab they give. But exchange no. Why this.in the receipt also they didn't mentioned terms and conditions. This is creating inconvenient to custemor. First the drugist should inform there is no exchange these tablets to me. This is not done. This is very cheating yo custemors. Complainted to custemor care they repeated same answer. I decided never go to medplus in my life

          My mother suffered a stroke and i regularly buy medicines from the above mentioned outlet in chennai -43. But unfortunately there is no air conditioning (Got repaired two months back) awfully feels like hot oven. We are worried about the quality of medicines kept in such a hot atmosphere and also worried about the health condition of the people working there. I have taken up the issue with the staff there but they are helpless. It is shame that a company of your calibre pays such scant respect towards the health of their staff and quality of the medicines sold from such outlet. Hope better sense prevails and immediate measures are taken towards the proper air conditioning of the store takes place immediately. A reply is highly appreciated. G. Srinivasan,

            I had received damaged medicine in unusable condition.

            In spite of repeated follow ups for order no. OMHMM[protected] & wrong work & attitude on your part, i have till date not received a penny as my refund..
            Instead your staff replied me with a screenshot of transaction id which no never shows that the payment is made to my paytm account.

            Your staff asked me to follow up with my Bank & also with paytm... i did that also... but my time was wasted...

            Thank you for the unnecessary harassment. i shall never order from your medplus in future & shall also encourage my friends to avoid medplus purchase.

            Please dont call me back saying refund is already done... blah blah... nonsense. i have had enough of your lies in the past.

              I'm writting this with extreme disappointment.

              Very very bad behaviour of your staff members at rp road, hasthinapuram, chrompet chennai - 44, since 9 months i have been observing the behaviours, they behave in extremely rude manner and they dont respect any customers and i'm also one among them. Though you are a big pharmacy company, you are surving only because of your rates, but please understand that we cannot sell our self respect for your competitive rates

              Very very irresponsibile and they have very casual attitude towards customers, they will chit chatting within them and they are making us wait for more time. This is not the first time its happening like this, this is repeadted issue thats the only reason that now i'm highlight this issue.

              Yesterday (25/06/201), around 6pm in the evening i was standing at the counter for almost 10 mins with my kid in my hand to buy a cerelac for my kid there was lady who was wearing spec showed off her face and there were around another three men standing in the counter and i was looking at their face for response, there was no response. No one even bothered to ask me why was i standing there with my kid.

              This is not the first time that the lady who was wearing spec behavimg this way, around 20 days back when i went to buy a polo, another lady staff said there is no polo but the lady who was wearing spec, went aside and brought me 2 polo which was almost near expiry and when i brougt back and saw the date, i simply threw it off, without complaing or going back and asking for it.

              Me and my husband has been purscasing from medplus since october 2015 at different location where the staff were extremely generous and polite, but after shifting to this new location hasthinapuram, we have been purchasing from october 2016, but whenever we ask whether the number is registered they say the number is not registered, you chrck it from your end whether its registered or not.

              On the whole the entire staff members needs to be trained on cutomer value.

              The lady who was wearing spec and other male staff are exteremely rude.

                I had purchased a bp check unit from medplus, rajajinagar ii block branch, (Near vijaya bank), rajajinagar, bengaluru.

                Since it was not working, i gave it for service at the above mentioned branch, about three months back. But, it is not yet serviced and returned back to me.. The warranty period is up to september 2018.

                Shivanna, the incharge of this branch, is saying that, the concerned person has gone for a marriage and will inform as soon as it is serviced.
                Hence i request you to kindly look in to the matter and get the
                Serviced unit back

                  Today at around 9:45 pm in sajirhat branch i faced misbehaviour from one of your retailer of that brunch. So i just want a strict step for it.. So that further the customers should not be harassed. You can also check the cctv footage i[censored] can as soon a possible. He was just using unusual words and then hh was not giving me my medicine which i told him to give he snatched the medicine and the bill from me as soon as i paid for it. As per their present promotional scheme the purchases made by customers are either discounts on spot or points which they can use to get certain items chosen out of company's list. I have accumulated certain points so that I could opt for electric rice cooker. I was directed to contact customer care and was told that would be sent after two months after two months, I was told again take two more months today. I am fed up with cheating by this company.

                        I bought pampers small & medium 86 packs in medplus store located in hastinapuram. Store id : ininmas00136. While purchase i inform in billing that i might change the pack after going home from small to medium, they asked to me bring in a week. As thought earlier medium was the correct one and i went to store for returning the pack... There pampers cover was torn a little, very little not even a inch, they lady at the store was very rude and refused to exchange. Now it's waste of money for me. On the day of purchase printer was not working and they did now give me the bill, i adjusted with that. But now they won't exchange. Not sure how the torn occured. Kindly exchange my product. Am a regular customer there and my arpm is 5000/rs0

                          I have paid a ₹500/- note, the boy in the counter refused to take it, i asked him the reason since it was neither torn or pen marked. To my surprise he said its his wish. I told him that due to his limited education he is indirectly insulting me as if i have given him a fake note. Just then the incharge jumped into the scene and started to threatening me that he will not have given me the medicine if it was his own shop. I have been a regular customer to this shop aith my id 5630313, ph [protected] (Mothers no). If no steps were taken i will move to court if required. I will not digest this insult. Mind it

                            My order no: otnmm[protected]. Booked online by your staff of thiruverkadu outlet. At the time of booking i have asked for home delivery and the counter person informed that the order will be delivered next day in the evening. After giving a call to my mobile number the delivery person will come and deliver the medicine. I have received a message the evening that my order number is otnmm[protected] and i can collect it from the outlet. Last time also even though the order was delivered at home next day, such a message was received like this. So i waited. But unfortunately the order was not delivered till forenoon of 28/05/18. I contacted the customer service and explained everything. She told that she will enquire with the outlet and inform me shortly. But not contacted. Again i contacted but nobody replied.
                            This is to insist you that your people the outlet as well as at the customer care were not cared about customers and their way of talking is rough and tough. Advice you people to be coyrteous and reply to customers queries,

                              I gone to medplus shop near hanuman temple at chaitnyapuri / near jain mandir to purchase medicines. The supervisor me ramesh behavior with me so resiculous. I given my name and medicines list along with telephone no. Prior to this i provided my cell no that was written in their register along my required medicines. Even after the sales men and supervisor both asking my cell no again and again and writing wrongly in computer making me irritating on this issue. One thing my no is with them in their register as well the slip i provided to them. So advise your sales staff to be curtious towards customers and repeatedly don’t ask again and again telephone name etc. M v deekshitulu [protected] and also pints also not added

                                Test Complaint Cleared.
                                When i am tracking my order it showing "your order has been delivered"but i was not received that order and the time as time of delivery is showing 1131 hrs but not time i was in office.when i talk to customer care he told me as status showing oder has been delivered i can do any thing.this is totally fraud company never try it.

                                  Customer id-[protected] - invoice no_[protected] dt;[protected] bought - ketosteril tabelts - 20 nos. Actually i need only 10 nos. But shop people said a strip will come as 20 nos. I used only 10 nos.
                                  While purchasing other tablets, kindly take this 10 balance ketosteril &
                                  Adjust the amount. They refused it take back.
                                  Already complient lodged in toll free no, but no action.

                                    I had placed an online order on 5th of may. The order was cancelled by customer care on 6th of may as one of the products added in the order was not available. It showed available when order was placed. I thought they will only cancel the product but they cancelled the entire order.

                                    Its been 9 bank working days and 11 days since the order has been cancelled but i have not received my money back.
                                    I have been daily calling at customer care since 5 days and there has been no proper response.

                                    Please refund back my money.

                                      I venkatesh made a purchase of the product of lactogen-2 with a cost of rs.277 in medplus ayyappa nagar branch, krishnarajapuram, bangalore 560036. The medplus asked the mobile number for the phone pe app transaction. I received the sms for the payment request and made a payment for the same with a transaction id :t1805160857279793081646. But the executive replied as the amount not received due to the server issue and asked again for a debit card transaction against the serieal invoice no : [protected], cus id:30910581 against the store id : inkablr02028.

                                      Kindly revert back one transaction made with phone pe app against the transaction id :t1805160857279793081646 dated 16/may/2018 payment of rs.277.5

                                        Today morning i went to medplus, kumaran nagar, padi, chennai. I brought 2 set of tablets. Its worth around rs.16. I gave rs.20. Due the change not available their are forcing me to buy again 1 pc of extra tablet. Even though the bill cost is rs.18. For remaining rs.2 again they gave a rs.2 chocolate.

                                        I don't know who is genius here. You are selling the products to the consumer. Why you are cheating us for this kind of activities.

                                        Who asked you the chocolates for the remaining cost...?
