One of the leading medical store in bangalore medplus, denied me the medicines when i went for purchase. The shopkeeper said either i should take the whole strip of medicine of tablet budez cr, which costs 14rs per tablet.
Medplus didnt give 2 tablets, and where forcing me to buy the whole strip.
When i refused to buy the whole strips, they misbehaved and denied the medicine and the contact of the manager of the shop.
The action was completely unacceptable and a matter of medical negligence.

Request you to do the strict actions against the retailer, since they have polluted the medical ethics. Also request you to revert if any further fir has to be filed.

    I am an old customer id 5336121 from chennai. Although govt. Has reduced the rates of medicines pertaining to sugarsince march 2017 as declared vide media. Your outlet at chennai slinvoice no [protected] receipt voucher no. Ot no dtn[protected]. Medicines supplied are of mfg 2016 valid till 2018. But the reduced rate of the medicines from 2017 not implemented. Kindly verify and do th4e needful

      I had been to whitefield, bangalore 560066 med plus. My experiece was very bad. I had to buy caridiology medicine for my mother., though there were 3 guys to supply no one bothered to attend the customer. I had to ask him multiole times to give medicine. But no bothered to listen to me. Finally i had to go other medical shop to buy my medicine.

      If this continues no one will buy medicine from your shop.

        Hi placed an order on the july 17th... I still have not received the products but the order says delivered.

        Customer support says will be delivered today.. This is the statement i have been since last friday..

        When questioned for 2 weeks delay, getting a response i twould take time to deliver the placed order. Then why do they mention saying it will be delivered within 24 hours to 48 hours....

        Hi,
        I order monthly 4000 rs medicine from medplus. Out of which my monthly requirement for mucinac 600 is 90 tablets which cost 1800 per month, from my last order i rcvd damage medicine, i ignored as that was on the last pack which i open, but this time entire rcvd 4 packs were damaged/melted inside the packet, from outside it looks exactly fine, when i spoked to customer service the denied to replace the medicines as those were delivered on 4th and i called on 16th, how one can know and check the medicines inside the pack is damaged unless open it for having, when from out side there is no issue, need immediate action on this, need the replacrment or refund for the entire lot.           I am ordering medicine with med plus from April '17, monthly 4000 rs medicine I order, for medicine Mucinac 600 my monthly requirement is 90 tablets which cost 1800 rs, from my last order started receiving damaged medicine, I ignored 1st time as it was only 3 medicines, this time the entire lot is damaged melted. When I called customer service they denied to replace saying order was delivered on 4 and you've called on 16th, how one will know that medicines inside the package is damaged without opening that, we can come to know only if we open it for having, f from outside package every thing looked fine, what kind of quality check happens in med plus before delivering to customer . That they simply despatch damage medicine, need an immediate action and replacement of refund of that medicine.

            Hi,

            Today i have visited medplus india outlet in rajarajeshwari ragar branch bangalore, where i am purchasing medicine from last 2 years.

            Usually they never used to ask for prescription, but today they asked for it, since i went directly from officethey i dint carry the prescription.

            I just asked how come rules suddenly changed today, staff started speaking very harsh and started behaving like gundas when i started asking, their valid license, and owner information they started threatening.

            I just took photograph of their license, which seems to be expired on 2016.

            I request to cancel franchise for this owner and demand apology in written from medplus company and rajarajeshwari nagar branch staff.

              I have purchased medicines costing about 3485/- on[protected] vide tax
              Invoice no:[protected] at old santhe maidhan, madras bangalore road, kolar-563101.
              The medicine mixtard 30 hm penfill 100iu 3ml inj which were supplied are damaged (3 pieces in out of 10 quantity)
              And i approched to the shop on 10.07.2017. They replied that it is the fault of yours
              And they could not replace it and do what ever you like.

              If i buy less we wont get offers so i'm buying bulk but it will be in plastic containers so i cant check inside.

              In this connection i am the regular customer of your shop for the last
              2 years and every month i used to purchase medicines of rupees 3485/-.
              It is the responsibility of the sales man to replace the medicine when he has taken money.
              May be it is a small amount the reply given by the sales man is highly reprehensible.
              I expect a proper reply for my complaint at an early date otherwise it is presumed that you dont have any answer to my complaint.

                This is raviteja m regular customer of medpuls kondapur rto office morning i asked delivery boy to give thyronorm 125mg but he gave me tablets thyronorm 25 after going home i observed that he gave the wrong tablet again i went and him to give the thyronorm 125 he told it is not available in this it's available in kondapur store i'll it by evening after 5 hours time i went to kondapur rto medpuls for the thyronorm he told drive is not you go and get it i told i[censored] would have tell me i would have go and get morning it self now ur telling me i told then he told drive is not ur wish i[censored] want u go r else wait for tomorrow. The way of talking is too rude

                    Ordered my monthly medicines on 30th June and got a message that it is ready for pickup on 1st July. Today i.e. On 3rd July to collect the medicines in MedPlus Keelkatalai, chennai, Tamilnadu - 600117. But the sales person told me that medicine is not available and told me that order is cancelled. This is never acceptable and very disappointed with Medplus. I am one of the customer for more than 3 years and didn't expect this from Medplus. But I would need the ordered medicine by today EOD at any cost.

                      Hi sir/madam,
                      This is regarding the non delivery of my order with med plus. I had ordered some medicines with med plus with order id - 3207493. The customer care executes say that it has been delivered however i never received the order.
                      I had been chasing the delivery guy since the delivery that and the response was "it will deliver today". Suddenly, one day, i received a message saying the order has been delivered. I don't understand where the order has been delivered and to whom.
                      I am really disappointed with the med plus services and there has been no positive results after series of complaints.

                      The order value was appx. Inr 2900.

                        I had purchased 18 strips of gepride m-i tablets on 1st feb 2017 for the use of my son. I have been the regular customer for over 2 years. Recently his doctor has prescribed some other tablet hence i wanted to return 16 strips of 10 tablets which were lying idle with him.
                        When i approached for return of the tablet they are refusing that they will not solicit return after 90 days of purchase. The expiry date of the tablet is aug 2018.br...

                        I went to mediplus pharmacy which is located in subramaniapuram, trichy 620020 on 22/06/17. I asked for medicines to the customer service person. He not even answered to my query if the medicine is available or not. I was waiting for more than 10 mins there is no response from the service person. I have never seen such service persons like this worst experience i had. I decided not to go to med plus any more and i will not recommend this pharmacy to any one.

                          I had been to medplus store on 20th june 2017 located at d. No 2-91/12/am/5&6, shop no3 sanjeeva enclave, whitefields kondapur, hyderabad. When i asked for sanitary pads, the person addressing us in the store said that it's not available. When i asked him to recheck he said to search on myself. Being a shopkeeper it's his responsibility to check and give that. It was available when i checked later. When i questioned them regarding this the other person in the shop said that they will not search these kind of things. I don't really understand that what does he meant? It's women who is responsible for him to be alive now. I need immediate disciplinary action and response on this and on them. Don't let the other customers suffer like we did. Thanks.

                            I went to med plus
                            Adress : krishnapur, baroaritala, ac - 358, kolkata.
                            I asked him for azulix 1mf medicines.
                            He instead gave me a wrong medicine very confidently and when i ate it and later on thoroughly checked it was a different medicine with much higher power.
                            I want an action to be taken immediately.
                            This is the life of the patients and they cannot take it for granted.

                              Doctor had prescribed the sugar tablet jalra 50mg. I had been to medplus, ideal homes, rr nagar bangalore and was provided with the wrong tablet i. E., jalra m 50mg instead of jalra 50mg. The content m was added in it. This was done by the the supervisor (Nagraj) of the store. When i questioned him about the change of the drug, he convinced me that this is a new version of that tablet. Due to this my mom started suffering from loose motion and tiredness.

                                I have used debit card at your medplus kestopur on 11/06/2017 at 19:50 hrs
                                The amount of rs.1326.50 has debited from my account but since slip not generated they refused to give medicine. Please refund my money paid.
                                The overall service at medplus kestopur is not satisfactory. Swipe machine is very old type and internet connection is most of the time failed

                                  I am one of the customer from last 8 years and 2 weeks before i visited to medplus branch, devasandra, k r puram branch in bangalore. I asked one of your executive by name "shravani" for some medicines. She misbehaved a lot, she spoke very arrogantly. She showed lot of attitude. She throwed the medicines. Which i didn't like. I don't want this to happen to any other customers in further. Waiting for your response and action. She is telling she is the most senior and we can't do anything to her. I think you people have cc cameras please go though it and cross check once.

                                    I have purchased medicines costing about 2500/- on 25.05.2017 vide tax
                                    Invoice no:[protected] at vijayapuri colony, vanasthalipuram hyd.
                                    The medicine carnisure 500mg tablets which were supplied are damaged and i approched to the shop on 01.06.2017. They replied that it is the fault of the
                                    Manufacturer and they could not replace it and do what ever you like.

                                    In this connection i am the regular customer of your shop for the last
                                    6 years and every month i used to purchase medicines of rupees 2500/-.
                                    It is the responsibility of the sales man to replace the medicine when he has taken money. May be it is a small amount the reply given by the sales man is highly reprehensible.

                                    I expect a proper reply for my complaint at an early date otherwise it is presumed that you dont have any answer to my complaint.
