Medplus pharmacy in RP Road, Chrompet, Chennai. The staff since a year are telling AC is not working. Today evening I went to purchase medicines. It took more than 15 minutes to leave the shop. Like me, other senior citizens and a lady with a baby in arms, was waiting for her turn. Two fans were put on. No fan where customers pay bill amounts. Entrance door remains closed always. Inside atmosphere was hot. When the customers complained of sweating and suffocation, the staff kept the door open. That added fuel to the fire with vehicles smoke, fumes and dust, polluting inside the pharmacy. It shows your unconcerned attitude, to the health hazards affecting the customers and staff. Unless you set right this poor ventilation issue, steps will be taken to prosecute your company for causing and exposing the customers to health hazards.

    I am going med plus regularly. Today i faced an incident . I went to shop dirty cloths .the shopkeeper treated very bad. He did not support for my purchase. But another person was cool support to us. Here one point is high let. In med plus shopkeepers show as customers which dress was wared then they give respect for dress . In india most of people do agriculture . They ware their traditional dress . If he eat their cultivated products he did respect their dress . Any query call [protected]

      I'm regular customer I try to return my product which I attached file..But the shopkeeper behave was very rude n aggressive like rowdy.. So I didn't exchange n return my product. My money also loss at the sametime he spoiled my image In front of other consumers.. I really upset of his behaviour. I request u to take severe action on him..

          I received one FLAT TAWA 275MM on[protected] evening against order No.2583072 through MEDPLUS SAI TEMPLE. On opening the packet I found that the handle of the said TAWA is broken. I informed the same to the Medplus Customer Care over phone on[protected] morning and as per advice I returned the TAWA to the MEDPLUS SAI TEMPLE STORE immediately for replacement. But till date I have not received back the TAWA. Please look into the matter and arrange for delivery of the TAWA at the earliest.

            Hi MedPlus,

            My sister went to "MedPlus-Pharmacy-Valasaravakkam". She usually going to that branch shop. Yesterday she was injured by the shop door closing unexpectedly. The shopkeepers doesn't say anything about the door prob or even they didn't stick anything on the door. Another women customer only telling the door is not working, the bush or spring problem.

            This is how you provide customer service for people.? How worst your branch behaving like this. They didn't tell anything about the issues in the shop. Do u want us to hurt and get medicine from your shop itself.? This branch spoiling your MedPlus name. Take action on this branch and do best service for customers unless you will lose every customer.

              I went to a med plus pharmacy today there i asked some tablets to the worker then he denied to give the tablets and spoke to me with a rude behaviour and made an argument with me is this is the way to speak with customers pharmacy is for every one they should not talk to customers like this he denied to give give the tablets but why should he spoke in a such bad rude behaviour this is not the right way..!! i got too irritated.

                I AM A REGULAR customer of your Chennai Nesappakkam, Vanniar street, Chennai-78 branches for last 3.5 years. Everymonth I purchase an average of Rs.600 to Rs.700 [protected]of medicines/consumer items from above two stores. This fact can be verified by putting my Mob.No:[protected].
                on 17.2.17 at 8.42.03 AM I made total purchase of Rs.459.50. cr.card MID No;[protected], invoive No:004386. Another invoice[protected] dated;10.2.17 .My cust id:6813777.
                In your shop entrance a sticker displayed OFFERS OF THE MONTH. On seeing this I purchase 2 Nos. of All out liquid bottles. Despite specifically telling of 10% dis.offer, only 5% was dis.billed.When enquired counter sales persons always say that offer has not yet come to this shop.If it is true, why are you pasting tha t sticker, thus yr customers for a ride.this happened to me many times.
                Only with the good intention that the good name of Medplus brand should not be spoiled, I am making this complaint..Either u update the discount% in yr system or don"t display the nasty sticker in the entrance Glass doors.
                Hope some solution will be offered soon.My cust id will give you full picture of my purchases from yr 3 shops here.

                  Today[protected] morning around 8.50AM I Purchased One Unit of Duolin Inhaler from Medplus outlet at 75, Quide Millath Salai, Chepauk, Chennai-600005
                  This was given to my wife for inhaling it, I wased told by her that there is no medicine coming out of the Inhaler Machine. I was told this items once opened cannot be taken back, I will have to wait for the shop Supervisor to decide.

                    As per prescription[protected] of Dr.Subhakar, Pulmonologist, Care Hospitals, Hyderabad I purchased Medicines at Medplus, Guddimalkapur, Hyderabad vide Invoice No.[protected]/[protected] which include"Seretide250 Evohaler -12gms, 120 metered actuations"At the rate of 4puffs/day, it should work for 30 days.It has worked for 1week only.When I consulted doctor on[protected], he got surprised and advised me to return to Medical shop.I made complaint to[protected]and as per their advise shown defective Evohaler to Medplus, Guddimalkapur. reading was 60. when they pressed, no medicine but reading jumped 87. They did not replace. I am monthly purchaser from MEDPLUS since 2007 and my Id.6342.Pl.arrange to replace the defective Evohaler and maintain credibility.Shantha Ram, Cell No.[protected]

                      Dear Sir, I am regular customer in your Mediplus branch ( ponniamman koil ) and my contact no is [protected]. If you want you can verify. In that branch the staff ill-treat the customers with slang words like dogs / savyu kiraki. One staff by name Dinesh Kumar use these type of words and the other two staff are not even bother to console the customer. I have a oral complaint by contacting the no displayed in the advertisement and forgot his name. It is not only with myself but the same way they are doing to the other customers also. We really ashamed to visit your place especially for this reason. I hope you will take necessary action against them or else you may loose many good customers. I spoke with the manager regarding this, but how far it will be taken serious, only God knows.

                        Order # 2227885 was placed in MedPlusMart. The order status shows that its delivered to SUDHARSAN.K on 4th Jan. For the same ticket # TCK[protected] was created on Friday. The auto reply stated that the resolution will be provided with in 24 hrs. Its almost 3 days since the complaint and No resolution have been done in this regards. MedPlus Is CHEATING the customers.

                          Medplus is #. They waste your time asking for a dated prescription. My prescription does not have a date in it. My doctor has not mentioned dates. What should i do. Where will i bring dates? Are dates up for sale in the market, so that i go and buy it and put it on the prescription. The doctos' contact number and email id is there in the prescription, why cant you ask him by sending him a mail.

                          Why the hell are you wasting time of a customer?

                            I am buying Medicines since 7 Years from your Mediplus Shop. 1st Time, I have to exchange a Medicine called APCOD-OBIS.

                            When I approach your shop Located at Malkajgiri, they said can not be exchange as per Company Policy if the Date beyond One Month.

                            This Medicine purchased for my daughter. After using this, she got the skin problem. So, doctor adviced that to stop using this medicine. Entire process has been taken around 3 months.

                            Purchased in Aug 16 Rs. 1350.00

                            Return request is in Nov 16

                            Medicine Expiry date is Sep 17.

                            Incharge of the Shop spoken to me and informed that it can be exchanged with 30% Less. I argued and finally asked him to exchange.

                            Replied that my account falls under points, so medicine can not be exchange. Infact, I used to take offered discount but your staff adviced me to go for points which is helpful. Now the same become a contrain for me to exchange.

                            I request you to help to get the exchange with regular medicines.

                              I had posted my 'Grievance' on Dec.25th mentioning about Ms.surya, Medplus staff, Karayanchavadi Branch, Chennai for her "Rude & unprofessional behavior & attitude!"
                              I had sent a reminder to [protected]@medplusmart.com (No.TCK[protected]. One, Mr.Anil from H.O had informed me that a "Stern disciplinary action" will be taken against Ms.surya for her"Unacceptable & unfair" attitude towards a customer.
                              Mr.Mohan, manager of Karayanchavadi branch had called me on Dec.30th, gave me a rude shock by saying that this staff Ms.surya had been issued with several "Warnings" & had been "transfered" to various branches aswell &
                              the Karayanchavadi happens to be her 7th branch!
                              He had said that the H.O had asked him to take a "Stern action" against her & the same will be implemented by Dec.31st.

                              "5 days gone" & "No action" has been taken till date!

                              Am I to understand that there is no coordination between the H.O & Chennai branch?
                              Am I to understand that the staff with an "Unprofessional attitude" are exploiting the existing system of Medplus by ignoring "Warnings & Transfers" & continue to "Carry on" with their "Unprofessional attitude" towards Customers! Am I to understand that such staff's with "Unprofessional attitude" are available at various other branches of Medplus?

                              Am I to understand that Medplus is not so "Concerned" about addressing a "Customers grievance & Feedback"?

                              Let me see what Medplus has to say!

                              I had posted 2 complaints in this forum on Dec.25th & Jan.4th respectively.

                              The Medplus manager of Karayanchavadi branch, Mr.Mohan sent a mail stating that Ms.surya has been relieved of her duties on Dec.31st & also gave an assurance saying such staff's would not be entertained any more.

                              Please ensure that all your staff's treat your customers professionally & emphasise that they are "duty bound", failing which a stern disciplinary action will be taken.

                              Thanks Medplus for taking a stern disciplinary action against Ms.surya for her "Unprofessional behavior & attitude"

                                The medplus which is located in tondiarpet, thiruvotriyur branches is not at all providing the card swiping facilities. I am asking them for more then 30 days and they say its not working sir, the person has to come for repairing and still no one turned up and the swipe machine status is still unattended.

                                This really makes the customer irritating as every customer runs out of cash in hands now. Let us know how long the shop needs to repair the swipe machine?

                                If this problem still continues i will be taking a next level action against the pharmacy. Also the pharmacist in medplus shops are not responsible in there work.

                                  I'm a regular customer of "Medplus", Iyyappanthangal branch, Chennai. I had gone to Karayanchavadi branch, Chennai @ about 12:45 pm, 25.12.16 (today) to buy a cream. Ms.surya was the staff who lacked patience & acted in an "UNFAIR & UNACCEPTABLE" manner.I had given my credit card to Ms.surya who had said that the swipe machine was not working. When another staff had asked Ms.surya to check the machine again for which Ms.surya turned towards me & showed the machine, challenged me to check if it was working. I was taken aback for her "harsh" behavior & had an arguement with her for which she started "shouting" at the top of her voice. So, I had placed a complaint at Customer Care Complaints phone no. [protected]. One Ms.Anushya spoke to me & had said that she'd ensure that Ms.surya apologise to me. After sometime, I had received a call from the Supervisor of Karayanchavadi branch who said that Ms.surya would apologise to me. But, Ms.surya "overruled" the supervisor's recommendation & didn't apologise at all.

                                  On the whole, Ms.surya lacked 'Morality' & her attitude towards a regular customer was not fair & not acceptable.

                                  Why do a reputed "Medplus pharmacy" with a good name in the market recruit such "employees" ?
                                  DO "Medplus" really need a non-customer friendly staff like Ms.surya ?

                                  I sincerely hope that "Medplus" would take stern action against this employee Ms.surya for her "irrational" behavior towards a "Medplus" customer.

                                  She has nothing to lose but not a reputed "Medplus" pharmacy!
                                  Let me see what the "Medplus" has to say.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    I have purchased a Seretide Accuhaler 50mcg/100 mcg product with other products through online from Med Plus, 97, Barasat Road, East Rabindrapally, PO Nonachandanpukur, PS- Titagarh, Store Id.- INWBCCO00107. order id was 2168857 and Invoice No[protected] dated 21/12/2016.Receiving time in store, a huge customers were gathered and I did not check any products. When I checked, the said product was seal broken and used and found 26 Blisters instead of 28 Blisters. Next day I went to store, but they refused and did not change the product. Not only this, Behavior of Sales man (name probably Dipankar Sarkar) was rude. Several times, I have purchased lot of medicine from Med Plus through online. But I have not expected this type cheating. Please replace my product as soon as possible, Other wise my faith about Medplus will be gone.

                                    Regarding my complaint, one person called from +[protected] on 26/12/2016 at 9:31 AM and told that my medicine would be replaced at the store and also store has been informed. I went to the store today around at 11 AM and told to the store keeper in all details and requested to change my medicine. But the store keeper as area supervisor (named probably ratan) replied rudely this is customer care number and there seated all rubbished people and the medicine will not be changed at any condition. I surprised and that time I felt, it is my mistake to purchase from MED PLUS and as a gentleman, it is hurt to me and decided that I will not go to that store to replace the medicine. Please send and replaced it my home addressed as soon as possible.

                                      Beyond my several followups today again I received a call saying Metaprolol AM is not available. It was placed on 19th of Dec. Each day I am getting call from one or the other person saying one - one tablet is not available. Moreover, your customer executives are shouting at me on the call without giving a proper solution.

                                      They forgot they (Rachita and Revati) were playing with life of a person.

                                        Medplus has delivered medicines with wrong patient name (Name of purchaser in mentioned) and no pharmacists signature. Now med-plus officer doesn't seem to accept their fault of writing wrong patient name on the invoice inspite providing the prescription mentioning name of the patient and delivery adress in patients name. All over in india pharmacy bill is issued in the name of patient rather than purchaser (Med-plus being contradiction to it). Also tampering with prices by putting sticker. Blame is put on me that i approved the order, when i approved the order and not gave them permission to change the patient name and liberty to not sign on bill.
