I ordered a product from Meesho which I did not like as a result I put it for return on 11th July. Almost a month after that its still not picked. I have raised a complaint 5 times, and it didn't resolved yet. They said they tried the pickup but I was not available at my location, which is clearly a false thing. What's more surprising is I received another order from the same day I received an sms stating I was still not available at my location. Clearly nobody is attempting a pickup.

    ORDER ID :[protected]

    Ordered 6 sarees on Meesho via
    Order Id:[protected] on 17th july 2023.
    However, on the date of delivery, 23th July, only one saree in a single package was delivered. When we provided the OTP, all the 6 were marked as delivered. The one saree which was delivered was a wrong one as well. We immediately reached meesho chat support on the app, they asked us to raise a refund immediately, which we did.

    . A few days later, a collection agent came and collected the only saree which was delivered. After a couple of days another collection agent came to us asking for the remaining sarees which were not delivered in the first place.
    We tried reaching meesho support via emails and phone calls but none of them are replying or even acknowledging. The people who attend the call listen to our complaint, say that they are checking it and put us on hold for a few minutes and the call disconnects automatically. We have been calling and also raising callback requests multiple times everyday for the past 10 days. They don't listen to the query at all and just put us on hold or disconnect stating there is a technical issue. It's very frustrating.
    Having been a go to app for my family's shopping, this delivery negligence and lack of customer support is very degrading.

    Whether it's meeshos delivery partners fault or meeshos own fault, the lack of support seems like fraud. Now I have no sarees, meesho has my money, no option to raise a refund as the support is very bad.

      I made 2 purchases on Meesho on 5th January 2023 and I did not like the quality of the product so I opted for the refund option and they picked up the 2 items from me but made refund for only 1 item and since then I have raised several complaints in Meesho regarding the same but they ignored my request. It's been almost 8 months now since I made the purchase but no solution has been provided to me . I'm attaching details of the product below.

        Hi Team,

        This is related to two products in order placed on meesho. I have requested a replacement of a jeans the delivery person got the jeans however never uploaded on system. They never share any slip after request too. Though it was a rainy day and dwlivery person came on bycycle I didnt make him wait however the result was they harrashed me by calling 20 times in a day early morning pickup call for the same product i already handed over and informed the same to their concerned employees.
        I waited for almost 2-3 months but no result received. I am sharing bill as well.

        2nd item was top which was placed for 2 quantity, I got the one out of 2 so I raised the complaint for the missing time. And i requested a replacement for the 1 i received but the customer care team was not listening that the order was miasing and 1 too is not delivered and payment has been done.

        I am really disappointed as it happend earlier as well but as a customer and being a married women we don’t get mich time to write a complaint.

        Now I am looking forward for a resolution from ur end as it is not about only money it is about the scam they are doing with the cuatoners and harrasing them by calling numver of times nd not delivering the correct quantity and product.

        Please do the needfull. Sharung the required payments and orders number.

          I am seller on meesho, I am selling stationary products, one of the product was returned as a missing items(fake reason), sub order number is :[protected]_1. My product was green color envelops of 50 Nos and weight of package was 125 grams, price was Rs:109 including shipping fee, for this product meesho is charged me Rs:1071 for return shipping fee, and raised many tickets still not response and closing the ticket as call not connected but my number is in working, I want my money back

            Flagged meesho account

            My meesho account is flagged since july 31st.
            i ordered a total of Rs 7803, and got Rs 3168 in returns of the product.
            but now rest of money (Rs 2803) is with meesho.
            payment of Rs 7803 was done online on 26th of july.
            i request meesho to accept the return of non delivered things, refund it and return the rest of my money....

            I ordered a Rayon Anarkali gown from Meesho order id[protected] on 26th July. I received a package today 2nd August at 10 am. There were multiple envelopes inside and finally in the last package inside there was an old saree. I immediately booked a return request as “Wrong product received” but the pickup man refused to pick up because “the product was not the same”. Obviously. That WAS my reason for returning. I spoke to customer care and they said they can do nothing and there is no escalation mechanism. This is straight out fraud. Please help me get my refund.

              User verification failed after receiving wrong product

              I ordered one top 5 months ago and when it was delivered it was completely different product. Also when I try to return it the delivery agent refused to pickup just because it was different product. Also i explained consumer support also I sent an email to them explaining everything along with the screenshot. Also now they have banned my number and I'm unable to login in that app. Even customer support clearly said that they could not help...

              I I have ordered for 2 packets of auravita-cz through Meesho.
              each packet consists of 2 bottles of 30 tablets costing Rs.244/-
              I paid rs.488-/- for 4X30 tablets.
              I received a package which is having only 60 tablets(30x2) costing only rs.244/only
              I should gave received 120 tablets (4x30) as I paid rs.488.
              This should be solved immediately.
              either another 60 tablets had to be supplied (2x30)
              or rs.244/- to be refunded.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I am writing to file a formal complaint against Meesho Technologies regarding an unresolved dispute regarding a recent purchase from their platform. Despite my numerous attempts to seek resolution directly with the company, I have been met with unsatisfactory responses, and my consumer rights have been violated. I kindly request your intervention to address this matter.

                  On 14/07/2023, I placed an order on Meesho's platform under order ID[protected]_1 for a dkurta set priced at INR 769. Upon receiving the package on 22nd july 2023, I discovered that I had been sent a completely different and incorrect product. The item I received bears no resemblance to the dress I ordered, indicating a clear error on the part of Meesho.

                  Immediately after discovering this mistake, I contacted Meesho's customer support to request a return and refund. To my dismay, the company consistently denied my return requests, asserting that they had sent the correct product. They even asked me to cancel the return request and create a new one, only to block my ability to initiate a return altogether. This arbitrary and unfair treatment has left me frustrated, helpless, and without a resolution to my problem.

                  Also when they generated a return request with no quality check...still they sent photos from the catalog to the delivery partner for quality check and thus he didn't pick the product up.

                  As a consumer, I have certain rights that should be protected. Meesho's actions have violated the following consumer rights:

                  1. The right to receive goods or services that meet the advertised standards and specifications.
                  2. The right to a refund or replacement if the received product significantly differs from the one ordered.
                  3. The right to fair and reasonable treatment as a consumer, including respectful communication and prompt resolution of complaints or issues.

                  In light of the above, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this dispute. I am seeking the following remedies:

                  1. Facilitate a full refund of INR 769 to my original payment method, as the incorrect product received was a result of Meesho's error.
                  2. Ensure that Meesho acknowledges their wrongdoing and provides a written apology for the inconvenience caused.
                  3. Take appropriate action against Meesho to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future, including implementing stricter quality control measures and improving customer support practices.

                  I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter with Meesho directly, but their unwillingness to address my concerns and honor my consumer rights leaves me no choice but to seek your intervention. I trust that the Consumer Care Forum will thoroughly investigate this case and take the necessary steps to ensure a fair resolution.

                  I have attached copies of all relevant documents, including order details, communication with Meesho's customer support, and photographs of the incorrect product received, for your reference and consideration.

                  Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt response and a resolution that upholds my rights as a consumer and restores my faith in the consumer protection system.

                    I ordered wallet and belt quantity 2 but i received 1 quantity so i raise a exchange request i clearly mentioned about quantity issue . Then 25 july 23 received exchange product this one also 1 quantity then i decided to return. I raised return request i got refund of one quantity only.

                        I ordered a chikankari kurta set from meesho on 14 july 2023. It got delivered yesterday. And on opening the package i got a saaree in it...that too a torn and stained saree. I contacted messho help centre immediately but it was of no use. She asked me to call 2 hours later. I called them in the evening again. He told me to initiate the normal return process with thw wrong product received option. I did it but today morning the delivery man rejected the pickup. I contacted help centre again and he told me if my return section in the app doesn't show 'product missing in the package' option..they can't help me. I updated the app and initiated return with 'didn't receive the product' and added images of the saree. But it wasn't showing on the app when i clicked check status. I repeated the whole process again but still it wasn't showing up. Please help me.

                              I ordered the Night Suit for Baby girl on 12.07.2023 at payment online mode .Product received at 18.07.2023 and when we open the packing, found defective product as per attached below image .Then, I raised the return request but they did not pick the request and did not process the Return request .Kindly processed the request as soon as possible .

                                Meesho not accepting the pickup for missing and wrong delivered product.

                                I have ordered and paid for two clothing set but, I received only one product. Then I put a return request, but Meesho pickup is not done yet, they are saying that they will not accept the product.
                                I want my money back.

                                I purchased a Top Name: TPB PATCH and Sub Order ID[protected]_1
                                from messho. After delivered, I realised that the size is not correct so I returned it. The return was scheduled for 18 July, but it was pickup on 19 July.
                                Also the returned pickup is not reflecting on my meesho app..
                                Following person came for the pickup.

                                Still it is not reflecting on the portal.
                                Kindly check and initiate the refund process as soon as possible..
