Refund not received fully

I ordered wallet and belt quantity 2 but i received 1 quantity so i raise a exchange request i clearly mentioned about quantity issue . Then 25 july 23 received exchange product this one also 1 quantity then i decided to return. I raised return request i got refund of one quantity only.

Meesho not accepting the pickup for wrong delivered product

I have ordered and paid for Womens tranding kurti with pants but, I received one top which is totally different from my order. Then I put a return request, but Meesho pickup is not done yet, they are saying that they will not accept the product.
I want my money back.

Received torn saree instead of suit

I ordered a chikankari kurta set from meesho on 14 july 2023. It got delivered yesterday. And on opening the package i got a saaree in it...that too a torn and stained saree. I contacted messho help centre immediately but it was of no use. She asked me to call 2 hours later. I called them in the evening again. Meesho did not refund the amount

Defective Product Received

Incident Details:-

I ordered the Night Suit for Baby girl on 12.07.2023 at payment online mode .Product received at 18.07.2023 and when we open the packing, found defective product as per attached below image .Then, I raised the return request but they did not pick the request and did not process the Return request .Kindly processed the request as soon as possible .

Meesho not accepting the pickup for missing and wrong delivered product.

I have ordered and paid for two clothing set but, I received only one product. Then I put a return request, but Meesho pickup is not done yet, they are saying that they will not accept the product.

Return is not reflecting

I purchased a Top Name: TPB PATCH and Sub Order ID[protected]_1
from messho. After delivered, I realised that the size is not correct so I returned it. The return was scheduled for 18 July, but it was pickup on 19 July.
Also the returned pickup is not reflecting on my meesho app..

Return and refund of unordered item from Meesho

Today morning 20/07/2023, I received an order from meesho on my name and address which I didn't placed. Order no. Is[protected]_1. I paid Rs. 590 for the same. Meesho account has been blocked

Hi Team,
I have ordered 4 items on 9th july 2023 in Meesho.I received 3 products on 14th july which are totally wrong and used items and one product is still pending to receive now my account has been blocked. For which I have called to customer care, they are saying that many of the products has been returned due to which your account has been blocked permanently. After paying money product not delivered

Hello

I have ordered item through online shopping with Meesho Website and paid for the same thru’ my credit card on 8th July. Login ID : [protected]

But there was no update regarding the order in the meesho application and no information on delivery details. (Online payment discount 20 and non refund discount[protected] = 467

but there was no response till date and when i called the customer...

Received wrong product with different color and design

I order a saree from meesho sambhalpuri jacquard silk saree worth 1157/- with order I'd[protected]...I received wrong product with different color .I order red color but I receive pink color.I want to return this product but the delivery agent deny to pick up my order sue to mismatch of color. I have not registered my email as a supplier on Meesho, but someone is using my email [protected]@gmail.com to register as a supplier in Meesho and I am getting regular emails, i want my email removed ASAP...

Not returning wrong product

I have bought a saree from Meesho but the product delivered to me is completely different and of low quality. I have tried to return it thrice but everytime delivery boy denies to take it and cancel my return. Even the customer care services are ver poor and they are straight away denying to help me out with my problem. According to them the product delivered is correct. Team, I purchased Designer Vazes on June 18th and received them on June 27th, 2023 due to bad quality. I asked a rerun, which Meesho approved, and the courier guy came to my house to pick them up, but the courier boy came by bike and told me he would advise me to pick them up by truck since the Vazes were too large, and he went. Delivered wrong size and still not accepting the return and refunding my money

Hi Team,

I ordered a (full side tower pant 4) (Order ID[protected] for my son on 30th June 2023. And found that Size is too small for him. I ordered for 6-7 years old child and I got it delivered for 3–4-year kid size which was too small. I raised an exchange request for the item and again I got the same size 3-4 years. Whereas I ordered for 6-7 years old child. Now Meesho is not allowing me to exchange the product...

I ordered 5 pieces for two products but only one piece delivered of each product to me. I contacted their customer care but I found they are the most unprofessional people sitting on other side. They were just taught to say “ we are sorry, we can’t help you”. Who will going to resolve the issue if they will not even listen. Who will going to bear the loss? I guess its a worst e-commerce platform and the biggest thief emerged from nowhere....
