At the very outset, it's very disappointing that 3 times I shared my concern that inspite of returning both the yoga mats, I have received refund of only one yoga mat. It was not updated in Meesho app as when I clicked on return amount was showing Rs 1700 approx. I was under this impression that I have click on consolidated return as it was delivered from same vendor.

Their customer care is pathetic in handling these kind...

My product was delivered on 6th May but delivery status was not updated yet so I'm unable to return the product because of delivery status was not updated
After 15 days there I was raised many complaint but the resolution was not provided the delivery status was not updated...

this is my 3rd experience with meesho that meesho offered products at cheaper rates and delivered products are damaged. i have requested for return on 6th may but their courier partner Xpressbees and shadowfax never...

I had order for luxurious attractive floral 04 seater cotton center table cover on 19.05.2023 and payment also made at the same time. But the order regarding the is not showing in your online portal. Either accept the order or refund the amount paid by me i.e. Rs 188/- at the earliest....

From Meesho, I got a product I have never ordered and the Invoice Order ID and Order number are missing. They have done it smartly to make sure i can't even return the product. and also the product packaging was done so smartly that, We can't even find if the order is actually is from meesho.

Only when i speak to curier service, I got to know it is from Meesho.

This is to bring your notice regarding the product I ordered but did not receive the same. However, the same is marked as delivered.

Connected with cx care they said they have taken the complaint against this but did not receive any inputs post that. Later when I called to cx care again to know about the status of my complaint. They said the complaint was not registered at all.

I ordered a kurta of rupees 623 from Meesho App. The sub order ID of the product is[protected]_1. I have received garbage item in my parcel that was seal packed. Now Meesho customer care is not catering to this problem and they are saying that as per verification of their records, they are unable to process my claim, as it is not meeting their policy guidelines.

I want my refund of rupees 623 for the garbage that have received...

Neither did I get a call nor a solution. I have raised complaint against it multiple times but they didn't take any action. I didn't get the refund till now....

I received a product which i hasn't ordered, someone may have ordered it through their device and sent it to me on cash on delivery, I received the product thinking it was ordered by some of my family members but no one have ordered it and no one has this order on their phone. Please help....
