Today morning 20/07/2023, I received an order from meesho on my name and address which I didn't placed. Order no. Is[protected]_1. I paid Rs. 590 for the same. I am trying to contact them for return and refund of this order. Tried calli g them but they dont support on customer care number now so I wrote 3 mails to them till now but they don't care to reply. I received a system generated mail saying Email support is closed. I didn't ordered this product and there is no customer care support from Meesho. So I am very pissed off and need a resolution. Kindly help me in getting the refund.

    Hi Team,
    I have ordered 4 items on 9th july 2023 in Meesho.I received 3 products on 14th july which are totally wrong and used items and one product is still pending to receive now my account has been blocked. For which I have called to customer care, they are saying that many of the products has been returned due to which your account has been blocked permanently. "once the account is blocked we can't do anything its helpless".
    Although I have already drop an email to their escalation team but yet to receive any update from them. I just want that I want to track my ongoing orders and refund status. And want to return poor quality product. Actually they should warn or block on my upcoming orders but I must have access to my existing orders.

    So team looking forward to your support. Please help here.

      Hello

      I have ordered item through online shopping with Meesho Website and paid for the same thru’ my credit card on 8th July. Login ID : [protected]

      But there was no update regarding the order in the meesho application and no information on delivery details. (Online payment discount 20 and non refund discount[protected] = 467

      but there was no response till date and when i called the customer care, they are responding irrespectively.

          I order a saree from meesho sambhalpuri jacquard silk saree worth 1157/- with order I'd[protected]...I received wrong product with different color .I order red color but I receive pink color.I want to return this product but the delivery agent deny to pick up my order sue to mismatch of color. Please take necessary action .

            I have not registered my email as a supplier on Meesho, but someone is using my email [protected]@gmail.com to register as a supplier in Meesho and I am getting regular emails, i want my email removed ASAP

              I have bought a saree from Meesho but the product delivered to me is completely different and of low quality. I have tried to return it thrice but everytime delivery boy denies to take it and cancel my return. Even the customer care services are ver poor and they are straight away denying to help me out with my problem. According to them the product delivered is correct. They even misbehaved when I asked them to divert my call to higher authorities, they put my call on hold for 30 minutes and sometimes they hang up in between.

                Team, I purchased Designer Vazes on June 18th and received them on June 27th, 2023 due to bad quality. I asked a rerun, which Meesho approved, and the courier guy came to my house to pick them up, but the courier boy came by bike and told me he would advise me to pick them up by truck since the Vazes were too large, and he went. I had been waiting for 10 days and no one had contacted me.
                On the 10th of July, I called customer service, who advised me to resubmit the return request.

                Now, when I called customer service, they informed me that my return was denied owing to excessive claims.

                Meesho spent extra money on the courier, but we still paid. Meesho promised to pick it up but then denied it.

                  Hi Team,

                  I ordered a (full side tower pant 4) (Order ID[protected] for my son on 30th June 2023. And found that Size is too small for him. I ordered for 6-7 years old child and I got it delivered for 3–4-year kid size which was too small. I raised an exchange request for the item and again I got the same size 3-4 years. Whereas I ordered for 6-7 years old child. Now Meesho is not allowing me to exchange the product stating that you cannot request for further exchange and also, they are rejecting my refund request multiple times. I am selecting the reason as wrong size delivered. Their customer care representatives are not supportive at all and just saying we cannot return it as per company policy. Whenever I re- connect with them, they just keep my call on hold and later it gets disconnected. I do not understand what is company policy of Meesho here, do they want us to accept wrong sized products forcefully. This is really a pathetic demonstration of customer service. Kindly look into the issue and help me with the refund as soon as possible.

                  Hi team,  

                  Last week I have ordered an item from Meesho.
                  I would like to exchange the product as it does not fit the size. But the same item is not showing in "My Orders" list for exchanging. I have done cash on delivery today (19th July). The details have been attached and shared over [protected]@meesho.com.

                  I request to guide me how to exchange the product and deliver it on or before 21st July.

                    I ordered 5 pieces for two products but only one piece delivered of each product to me. I contacted their customer care but I found they are the most unprofessional people sitting on other side. They were just taught to say “ we are sorry, we can’t help you”. Who will going to resolve the issue if they will not even listen. Who will going to bear the loss? I guess its a worst e-commerce platform and the biggest thief emerged from nowhere.

                      Completely different and old saree delivered and meesho is not accepting return. They are saying that they have delivered correct product. Meesho is fake, they play with customers.It is very disappointing.

                          I've ordered 3pcs kids tshirts of quantity 11 which is of 2, 431rs but after opening the packet there is only one quantity of 3pcs of kids tshirts, when i tried to return the product they are not accepting the product and saying like they have delivered me full quantity of products .
                          This is the worst service by meesho i tried to take help of customer care number also but they are saying like it was updated as 11 quantity only but I've received only one quantity I'm not getting why the delivery boy has updated it as i received 11 quantity but i received only 1 quantity . This is not at all fair that I've paid 2k but received 200 worth products and not able to get my money back.

                            They are not returning the product and they have delivered a totally different product.
                            Still they are not returning and refuse to refund also. They are not ready to take the product back.

                              They are not returning the product. They have sent me a totally different product and still not returning it and not refunding at all.
                              All most their every product has an issue but this time they send completely different product and not returning it and not giving my refund.

The outer package invoice has the correct details but the inside package product is different. it was a prepaid order. i placed a return but the pickup was rejected...

My return was rejected twice, even though i genuinely received a wrong product, in the reasons of return i listed completely different product (Different size and design) delivered. I called meesho service center 5, 6 times to clarify they said that in their system it shows that correct product was delivered but correct product was not delivered to me. I received black heels. Meesho service is not providing e any resolution. They are believing the system over the customer. They are saying that return the correct product and refund or exchange will be done, but how can i return the correct product when i received the wrong product. They are not providing any resolution, i even told them i can send picture proof but won't except that the system info can be wrong they are not letting you talk to their supervisor they put you on hold and then cut the call i called many times, and they are not admitting their fault. My mistake as a customer was that i ordered prepaid and received a wrong product which is 4 sizes bigger than my feet and they wont return or refund when they sent me the wrong product. This is my last request to return and refund or exchange, since i am losing hope in meesho service and will be choosing other e commerce platform at least they have faith in customers and accommodate them to provide a response. Its a genuine mistake it can happen that a wrong pair of shoes was delivered, i understand that but now no one is responding to my calls or messages on the app.

                                    The product received is old and used and inspite of repeated complaints no delivery agent came to receive the return back.
                                    The help center is the worst they do not help at all and to make it even worst they disconnect the call when you ask for solution and they dont have any.
