Team, I purchased Designer Vazes on June 18th and received them on June 27th, 2023 due to bad quality. I asked a rerun, which Meesho approved, and the courier guy came to my house to pick them up, but the courier boy came by bike and told me he would advise me to pick them up by truck since the Vazes were too large, and he went. I had been waiting for 10 days and no one had contacted me.
On the 10th of July, I called customer service, who advised me to resubmit the return request.
Now, when I called customer service, they informed me that my return was denied owing to excessive claims.
Meesho spent extra money on the courier, but we still paid. Meesho promised to pick it up but then denied it.

Last week I have ordered an item from Meesho.
I would like to exchange the product as it does not fit the size. But the same item is not showing in "My Orders" list for exchanging. I have done cash on delivery today (19th July). The details have been attached and shared over [protected]@meesho.com.
I request to guide me how to exchange the product and deliver it on or before 21st July.
