I ordered a 10 sarees from Meesho and they sent me a very low quality and completely different sarees. As soon as I got the order I put a return request after that the courier boy came after not getting the same color saree, they didn’t accepted pickup. The same process happened 4 - 5 times. On other side I contacted Meesho help center almost 7- 8 times .They only did formalities every time and no help. It has been 1 month since Meesho did not resolves my issue and now the Meesho helpline member has said that your refund period is over as you had to submit the request earlier, now we cannot do anything. From 1 month this Meesho is just mentally harassing me and didn't give my refund which is total of Rs.2470. And after complaining in consumer forum they are sending a mail that they can’t reached by call, It’s a technique to get delay the matter day by day, so that they can blame us to not contact them on time. MEESHO is such big mastermind to avoiding issues and harrasing their coustomers at its peak.

      I have returned 2 PC's of kurti on 8th Oct 2022.Amount was ₹357/- & ₹360/-
      I received ₹357/- but not ₹360/-
      I had mailed them multiple times, but they are just replied after 48hrs we will not take the complain.
      They are not ready to callback me as I had requested them.
      Please help.

        Supplier panel is not working

        Some months ago, i joined supplier panel to sale online, but some reasons i were not able to upload articles . Now i am trying to work through meesho online . But on supplier page i tried so many time to login with my contact no and otp (provided via text) and failed to access. Please help me out via solving this issue....

        Subject :- Regarding extorting my money by forgery and fraud by the courier operator and his other associates

        Talked to Meesho customer care several times, but no solution.

        I am Virender Saini s/o Shri Karam singh, a resident of Safidon (Jind) (Contact No.[protected]

        Sir, I ordered redchief re3526 shoes from Meesho on Friday, 04/11/2022. The cost of which was Rs.1442 which was sent to me by Xpressbees courier on 09/11/2022 by a boy named Rahul (contact formula[protected] at the address ordered by me. But the surprising thing is that instead of giving me the product which I had ordered and for which I have already paid, I was given a light and cheap quality shoe instead. When I refused to take that product, he told me to place a return order. The company will refund your money after picking up your product. At the same time I placed a return order from my mobile and on the same day at 06:08 pm, a boy named Raj Singh (contact number [protected]) called me from the company and asked him to take the product I had placed the return. While taking the product back, Raj Singh said that we will verify it in our system and at the same time your money will be transferred to the bank account given by you. But as soon as he went to his office, he canceled the return order placed by me at 06:46 pm. When I talked about this to Raj Singh on the phone, he got me to talk to a boy named Ajay (contact formula[protected]who has taken the agency of Xpressbees couriers) and Ajay told me to cancel again. Place the order, we will verify it. On Ajay's suggestion, I again placed the return order at 06:51 pm. But they again canceled it at 07:04. When I tried to contact them on phone, they stopped picking up my calls. The next day on 10.11.2022, when I went to his office and met the courier operator Ajay, he said that you should place the return order again and also assured that the money will come into your bank account on today's date. But again and again they were canceling my order and finally the limit for placing return order by me was over. When I went to his office several times, the courier operator Ajay shrugged saying that you will not get your money, you can go wherever you want.
        I have neither received my money nor my product.

        I talked about this many times in Meesho also but they did not solve my problem.
        Sir, you can imagine the trouble I have faced due to his slight dishonesty. If these couriers keep the same attitude towards the customer and have faults and dishonesty in their intentions, then everyone will lose faith in the courier.
        I also have recordings of everything said by him.
        With this hope, I hope that understanding my problems, you will take strict action against the courier operator and all his associates who have embezzled my money by frauding me and refund my money.

        Note :- Sir, because of his antics, I have been walking in stress for many days. If I don't get my money back then I will be forced to take legal action and I will also meet every higher authority to get justice.

        I am attaching the screen shot of the order placed by me, the return order and the cancellation done by them.

          Respected sir
          I am romaisa from jammu and kashmir i have order baby rabit potty training seat price 673, from meesho in 28 august and i have placed return reqest many time but product not pickd up after that i have cal meesho customer care and they provide me return address for self return. I have return the product to supplier on 22 september and sent return slip to meesho mail provided by customer care for refund of product and courrier charges.
          But till date i have not recived my amount from meesho i have sent account statment of my credit card from which i have paid that the amount not reflect in my credit card but i have no resolution of my complaint till date yesterday customer care call me amd ask for ifsc code and account number from which i have made payment but i am unable to provide them these information because i have paid from hdfc credit card that have not linked with any account because account was closed after credit card recived but card is active and i have paid from card please sir i requested to you return my amount i am parmanent customer of meesho from last three years and i have face alot of problem please make my payment sir.

            Hi,

            I have purchased L'Oréal Professionnel Xtenso Care Sulfate-free Shampoo & conditioner, Sub Order ID[protected]_1 But I received different and duplicate product, Quality is poor and damage product. I had sent refund request but no refund I have got. Person come for pickup product but he was not done pickup. Invoice attached what I ordered and what I received, Ido not want this item anymore. Please check at your end and refund my money.

              I am facing problem regarding to my product i had ordered a dresss that worth of 421 rupees.
              I recieved the product too but it is completely wrong clothes i received n whne i tried to return the clothes they did not updated my delivery status of the product .
              And when i told with customer care they always says pls wait for 48 hour they told me upto 3 to 4 days. Same. Things to wait for 48 hours.
              Its has been 19 days but no resolution for my problem what the meesho is doing 😡.
              And i have some proff too audio recording when they told me to wait 48 hour. Its hass been 45 days but ist still the customer care is doing nothing pls help me
              Its hass been 50 days but they r not solving my problem.

                My parents have ordered 3 bedsheet from the meesho website but when the order delivered they received only 2 bedsheet. They raised the complaint for the same but customer care executive was not helping with the same issue.

                After getting frustrated from the customer service they have returned the entire order but still we didn't receive the refund for the missing items.

                When I checked with the customer care executive they are telling me that since my return request are high they can't processed my refund.

                Could you please redirect me to the policy where the same has been mentioned. Just because someone has returned the product in the past they are not entitled to receive the refund for missing product

                    I have received parcel from meesho of 1700 which i paid using phonepe. Inside it was just torn clothes i tired returning it but meesho app is showing product cancel and not showing delivery. Also i have returned 2 more parcels from meesho of 1800 rs. I didn't get any refund. I tired calling there help line but they simply say they can't help. In total i lost 4000 rs. And now i dnt know what to do

                      My name is payal Verma. I had ordered 12 W emergency rechargable LED bulb from meesho on 22 October in quantity 4 and total amount I paid is 956 rupees I received the product on 28 October they send me wrong product ( 9/10 w bulb ) so I tried to exchange the product but it is not processing then I applied for return and refund on 31 October. It is written in their website that your refund will reflect in 5-8 days but they didn't refund any amount and also they showing my refund amount is only for 1 quantity but I handover all 4 quantity so I called them on 8 Nov 2022 which is 8th day from return and asked for my refund and also why it is showing amount for only 1 quantity then they said their is Option for quantity. you should select for 4 quantity otherwise call in 7 days now we can't do any thing. So request them either return my money or provide me product but they said we can't do anything. My order no is[protected]. Please try to help me get my full amount of money 956/- back.

                        I have ordered 1 product in 2 quantities from Meesho order no:[protected]. While returning as I have not liked the quality of the product, I have selected quantity as 1 instead of 2. same got picked up from my address in 2 quantities. Later when I have checked that partial refund initiated from Meesho, I called them and told them the entire scenario and asked them to raise a complain about partial refund initiated from there end as I have mistakenly selected 1 quantity in place of 2. They have raised a complain that extra product handed over to their representative and as I have reported the complaint after 48 hours from the refund initiated, they are not going to refund my money. I have paid for 2 quantity and as i have returned both I should receive full refund. Please help me in getting my rest partial refund.

                            I ordered kurti on 16th Oct 22, as per Meesho it has to be delivered 22nd Oct. But on 22nd Oct delivery guy from shadowfax called me for location. I have provided land mark everything. My address is within town most of courier delivered before even without call.

                            Disappointment 1: Delivery person not deliver, when I called evening he said today time over. So attempt tomorrow, next day onwards 3 days they do delivery attempt message but no physical action.

                            Disappointment 2: I have made call to Meesho and explain the situation. They promised to deliver next day. But next day too same fake out for delivery.

                            Cheating: After 27th Oct i called customer care for either return cash or deliver product. They are very much unfriendly, it will be processed in next 24-48hrs.
                            As on today 5th Nov, no cash refund or update. When I called customer care they are not responding to the point. Proposing further 2 days for refund.

                            It is totally unacceptable for non delivered product customer waiting for 15 days + to get refund, it is not legal obligation to Meesho to return? Customer care they do this to favor me!!!

                            When I ask to escalate my complaint no one willing to do, why such relactunce? Transferring call to another unknown language executive. It happened to me twice.

                            Twice they put my call on hold never pick again so call auto disconnect after few mins..

                            It is not cheating? Finally i hope one day according to your convenience you may return Cash.

                            Pathetic experience!!! I don't buy anything from Messho here after.

                                I do reselling on meesho. I have ordered 3 quantity of silver bowl set each 157/- ( in total 471/-)

                                Sub Order ID[protected]_1

                                The order was placed on 10th October, 2022. And they delivery was made on 18th October, 2022 where they send only on quantity product which is also a wrong product of what i ordered.

                                So i called in meesho to take back the wrong item and send me 3 quantity of correct product for which my customer paid in cash the full amount including my margin (471+219= 690/-). They refused to deliver me 3 quantity products as only one was delivered to me so they asked me to place exchange for one product that came wrong and the other 2 quantity that didn't came for that money will be refunded to me by 27th October, 2022, which is 314/-.

                                But after 27th October also they did not send me the money and not even till now, after complaining they are sending me mail and saying they have paid me 182/- on 25th July which is wrong and makes no sense because the order was placed on 10th October, surprisingly they r just trying to avoid the mistake and not paying me my refund back. Also they send another mail saying they paid 157 to me on 19th October which is a complete nonsense they r trying to play as the order that got delivered first time was on 18th October and i complained the same day and they send me mail that they wl refund 314/- of other 2 quantity by 27th October. Also the stories they make do not even make sense as my refund amount is 314/-.

                                The company send wrong product to customer they mostly cancel delivery themselves you can check my account where i have pendings of complaints. And this time they r not refunding my money also. So i had to complain here.

                                Looking forward to a quick resolution from your side. I will be grateful if you can do this justice for me.

                                  Hi,

                                  I placed an order on Meesho on 18th October, 2022. The order was not placed however the amount was debited. I tried to connect with Meesho help center but to no avail. They show a message that I will be contacted within 6minutes, 10 minutes or so, but no one ever called or asked for anything.

                                  This one way communication has left me with a great deal of irritation. I neither received the product nor the money. Above all, they are silent; no number to directly call their customer service. It seems as if these guys are befooling people to loot their money.

                                  Please help me out.
