      Order of a dress dated (Order ID[protected]_1) 16th Sept git delivered on 24th Sept & had to be returned but in their app it showed undelivered till about 20-25 days (despite same getting delivered), call center execs kept saying it will get updated but it didn't get changed, finally when i tweeted about the same on 15.10.2022, they changed it to delivered and said it will get picked up and later they confirmed that refund will be initiated, but unfortunately nothing happened. It's been more than 2.5 months and they have just fooled me by giving multiple ticket nos[protected],[protected] and no refund has come yet. I had written to cos MD (Visit Atrey) as well but no action/reply from his end as well.
      Such insensitive cos must be penalized, and their authority holders must be sued.

          I have ordered two products from Meesho app but both products are wrongly delivered. I have ordered two dresses but I got wrong products, one contain undergarments and some dirty stuff in torn condition and second contains a rough piece of cloth that is only 0.5 meter. Now meesho refused to handle my complaint and they even don't answer my calls and emails in proper way.

          I had ordered dates and fig via order I'd[protected]_1 and[protected]_2. I paid for the dates and fig cash on delivery but when I opened box only fig was there. When I call customer care they disconnect the call or give false confirmation that amount has been refunded . Please look into this and resolve

              Description and Details

              I ordered two suits and they delivered me two dirty torn sarees.
              I called and wrote mail to meesho on same day 17th December(with in hour) and explained the products quality. I filed return request as well with completely wrong products.

              Now Meesho's pickup boy is saying that image is not matching I can't take this product . How the image will match if I received wrong products? I said to pickup boy but he refused to pick my products and mentioned wrong reason customer not contactable although he met with me.

              Initially They were saying we will pick these products as soon as possible

              Now Today when I again called customer care executive, he said you received garbage you have to call us within 48 hr and instead of saying wrong products you should mentioned garbage although I continuously calling Meesho on the day of delivery with full condition of products how I know this products comes under garbage or wrong products .

              Again Called customer executive Today he said no your product comes under wrong product . Delivery boy will pick up this order.

              All Customer executives are giving different answers . But My products are still pending for pickups

              I have all the recordings and CCTV footage (how product deliver to me ) as well as full unpackaging video and call recordings (with customer care executive and pick up boy). Due to limit I uploaded videos only

              Resolution-

              Messho please take your sarees and refund my money

                Order placed for both on 9th dec, also showing product delivered on 14th Dec, but not received.

                Called at help line thrice and third time the customer executive says no complaint registered. No resolution. Not even saying if anything can be done at their end regarding this or not. Executives says resolution will be delivered on email. But nothing satisfactory.

                They dont even trace the delivery agent neither any refund assurance.

                Meesho I always doubted for their products and services before any purchase and now I know the reason, wish not to be part of it.
                So ridiculous and non friendly to customers, who are the one for which company is all about..

                  Purchased item from Meesho ( ID no[protected]and delhivery courier service delivered the courier, while paying on-line payment by gpay it was showing processing did not move to paid status, the delivery boy said pl make payment again or he will have to make payment from his pocket, so made online payment again, this time showing paid, . Soon they first payment went to paid status., so double paid. Now Delhivery courier service is saying they did not receive and the payment is with Meesho and they will have to pay refund.Meesho has received payment twice. Atteched screen shot of gpay status and bank statement, still no response.

                        I had ordered 6-7 products from meesho, I have been a customer since long time so did not think that some fraud can be done. 2 orders got delivered, and one is completely different. I ordered salwar suit and a torn hoodie type tshirt is delivered. As soon as I opened app to return it, the msg popped up saying user validation failed. When called to customer care, they said nothing can be done.

                          I've ordered two hoodies and paid the amount of two but I received only 1 item.
                          The incident took place on 16/12/2022. My sub order ID is[protected]_1.
                          I tried reaching out for Meesho help centre support, instead of listening to my problem they kept my call on hold for way too long which was really very disrespectful.
                          I just can't support this scam and I need the whole refund.

                              There was a payment made to the meesho portal for placing an order on 9th October 2022. Then I received a product and it does not met the expectations. So I returned it and they issued a refund. However, till now there is no update of refund. I have contacted my bank that is SBI but they do not have any information about the same. Contacted Meesho multiple times, however, they use to give time frame, nothing more. Also once I received a call from a fraud person says that he is from meesho backoffice and will be refunding my amount that is pending. He was having all my meesho details and then he hacked my account and 19999 was debited from my credit card. It is a safety concern that meesho is not safe. Also I lost my huge money and no refund is done till now of any amount.
