I received a damaged Buddha Statue in the month of November. Upon making a return request, a delivery boy came to pickup the product but denied to take it back with him because as per him, in the app, he was not able to see the picture of a damaged buddha. Although, I had uploaded a picture of the damaged product and on false grounds, the return request was denied. Later on, for the entire 1 month, I kept calling Meesho's customer care service but I got no resolution but only false promises that your money will be returned. Tbh, this is the worst service I have ever encountered on any online shopping app/website.
I am so disappointed that I will neither shop on Meesho again nor recommend it to anyone.
I need my hard earned money back Meesho.
