I ordered a combo shirts but has size related issues so I have raised exchange request. It is approved but it is getting delayed a lot and showing the reason as unavoidable issues at costomers location . Please there is no issues I have been getting other things but not this ?. Please slove it

Dear meesho the reverse pickup is done but in the app it is showing the reverse pickup of the product is delayed due to unavoidable issues at costomers location

    I have placed a order on 12th Dec 2021 at 10:01am and paid from Gpay Rs.445. The next day i received a message that my money will be refunded. I waited for a month and call the help centre, they bluntly said to contact the merchant i asked them for their details but they didnt provide it. Please help me

        I ordered a product today and paid amount via Google pay. and debited money from my account. and also i got confirmation mail from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
        But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.
        I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

          Amount was deducted

          I ordered a towel bath today and paid amount via Google pay. and debited money from my account. and also i got confirmation mail from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.

          I placed an order on meesho, via google pay of rupees 158, the money was debited but the order was not placed. Kindly revert back and refund the money. I have attached the screenshots of the same.

                Freeze the account

                I have purchased a suit from them in 1285 rs for someone and now after delivery in the morning. Now they have freezed/Closed my account by saying that i should read terms and conditions whereas i have not done anything wrong.

                Now i want to return this product and they have 7 days return policy but they have freezed my account so i am not able to do that.

                I am feeling like I have been cheated please help me....

                I'm a Supplier in Meesho and We have had 10 orders in the last 14 days but all are going to the old address, in our profile, there is our new address, and all orders labels have an old pickup address. They are only telling us please generate tickets that all are. we also have over 10c to 15 tickets on my order was not picked up that.
                we are also given many penalties to the meesho.

                  Order id #[protected].pickup over yesterday around 2.30pm but still in app not updated pickupover.pickup is done by shadowfax courier awb Num:R[protected]FPL.but yesterday they updated customer not contactable and rescheduled Pick up today and today showing out for pickup today but in real yesterday itself they collected pickup parcel and updating wrong status.from yesterday calling meesho and asking to take action against this but meesho help centre they are not ready to take complaint by saying one or other reasons and to wait 24hrs then will take but now when calling to help centre 1s time after 24hrs over they asked to wait they will chk but no reply.2nd time when called disturbance only no reply from other end.
                  Please meesho solve problem with shadowfax and arrange refund soon.we tried shadowfax number([protected]) from which we received call yesterday to keep parcel ready for pickup but now they are not receiving call

                    I made an order fro Rs 450, on 4th january 2022 in meesho app through google pay, the money has been debited from my account but the order has not placed by meesho when i checked the details in the app, so the next day i called the customer care of meesho their was not proper response and they said the money will be debited in 4-5 business days but the money has not been refunded by messho till date. please kindle do the need full . Thank You.

                        Shipment scheduled but no pickup for any of the order and unecessary charged us penality. Since the time we enrolled with meesho we have recieved total of 35 orders and none of the order pickup by them . They ask us to schedule the order but their logistic partner bluf[censored]s by putting remarks in their system that the parcel is not ready. We are in loss and want our money back to our account immediately from meesho.

                            I ordered a saree from meesho app. They were not the same as i ordered so i returned them. I made online payment for theorders. After returning the parcels they processed my refund from their side and told to wait for 5-7 working days for the credit to reflect in my account but its been 1month but there is no amount credited. I made conplaints with my bank and also with meesho customer care but no response from their end. The order ids [protected] amount is 685. I have been approaching everywhere to seek help but no resolution from anywhere. It was completely your mistake for getting my refund. Because the delivery person did not give the pick up slip which is completely not my fault . Even after so many calls to the customer care there was no solution I want my refund amount total amount is Rs.685/- which is not a less amount

                              I order Shoes Oxford Synthetic leather formal shoes as shows on web site on dated Nov. 26, 2021 and I had received the shoes on dated Dec. 05, 2021. Which are not leather shoes and different form web image, its synthetic leather shoes and not up to mark in quality.

                              I am initiated return with image on same day Dec. 05, 2021 at 2.19PM
                              Meesho app showing me messing that Pickup initiated within 2-3days Tracking Id R[protected]FPL Dec. 05, 2021, 4:46PM
                              I have received an call from Jaipur meesho on 7 Dec. 2021 for pick up an order at 1.15PM at office time and I requesting for day after.
                              08 Dec. 2021 at 12-58 PM I received in message that reverse pick up delayed and pick-up initiated within 2-3 days which I have in meesho App.
                              After this There is no customer care contact information shown in Meesho App and I have search out no. from Internet which is[protected] and I am tried to contact on this

                              But no response I am Received From Meesho after all I am search out from Meesho App customer no have option for request call back option I received call back on Dec. 20, 2021 at 13.30 and registered my Complained to return initiation with Complain no. 19716663 and return Id [protected]_1. But after completion of four days no call back or Initiation take up by Meesho.
                              Then again, I have chosen call back option on dated Dec.-23, 2021 at 8.30PM and wants to knew about Complained no. 1971663 and fellow told me your complained has been resolved but I told him that there is no return take-up. So he registered an new Complain on dated Dec. 23, 2021 with Complain no. [protected] for return initiation.
                              But after all on Dec. 27, 2021 I am received an email from Meesho that your return initiation is not possible because after 7 days there no policy to return order but dear Meesho When I am initiate same day return and Continue contact with you and due to your fault I am facing mentally and Economically problem.
                              Why Not I am Submitting this case in Online Customer Shopping Complain plat form

                              Take is seriously and hope your cooperation’s.

                                Again and again I keep on correcting that there were 3 returns initiated, and my product was picked up with the second tracking ID.

                                And as I've also shared screenshot earlier, I need a resolution with next 24hrs. Alraedy waited 10 days and still there's no resolution from your side. I've also tried contacting the customer care but they won't even talk. Is this the way to treat your customer. I need this issue to be highly escalated and need a reply as soon as possible. I am literally fed up with how you treat your customer.
                                As I've also texted shadowfax courier company, they too clearly said that my product was picked up and sent me the tracking link. But you people can't see that or what ?
                                Again the tracking ID is R[protected]FPL.
                                Please check and refund my money

                                    I had ordered 9 pairs of Mojaris from your respected Meesho online Shopping application on dated 20.12.2021 from brand called named 'Versatile Women Juties and Mojaris' with size 4 - 2 pairs, size 5 - 3 pairs, size 6 - 2 pairs, size 8 - 1 pair and size 7 - 1 pairs, total 9 pairs through cash of delivery. The per amount (price) of product/mojari is of Rs. 255/-. The total amount of products are of Rs. 2295/- (Rs. 255 X 9 = 2295).

                                    The 9 products/ Mojaris was delivered in on cartoon package on dated 28.12.2021 and I proceed/paid the payment through goggle pay. But due to wrong sizing, I requested for refund and all the 9 products/ Mojaris packed in one package was picked up successfully by the agent on dated 29.12.2021.

                                    Hence, I have checked on my Meesho account details it shows that only Rs. 510/- payment has been process to transfer on my account. Whereas, I paid total amount of Rs. 2295/- and Rs. 1785/- is not added in my account.
                                    I have called many times on Meesho customer helpline but the costumer support agent clearly stated that I will not get the refund of Rs. 1785 /-.

                                    Therefore, kindly see the matter as soon as possible and refund my remaining amount.
