I have made the payment to meesho on 19/12/21 at 11:15am . Even after the payment my order is not confirmed nor even seen in the order section. Ki dly look into the matter

Few weeks back i ordered a bottle from meesho, but the product I recieved was damaged. So I exchanged the product, but the exchanged product which i recieved too was a defective piece. So, on the same day that I recieved my product, I called for meesho helpline and conveyed my problem. But the helper told me to try again. But it didn't happen
So after that too I called many time but they said that the time for complaint has crossed 7 days so I should have informed later. But I did inform them on 8th itself. I called many times but no one could help and didn't even register my complaint and told me that they did. I want my refund back!! I have the call recordings too.

Its been 5 days and my refund amount has not been initiated yet.

I have requested for a return, daily am following up with the meesho customer care which of no use, this is the kind of online fraud they are doing, return is canceeld after a week and there is no reason.

I have placed an orderfor a maternity dress, and meesho app has deducted money from my bank account. But order is not confirmed.i nees my money back.

Placed order on 17th Dec 2021 from seller- Fashnear Technologies pvt ltd on 11.23 am.
top purchased of Rs.409 debited from the account but order is not placed, item still appears in cart.

Size is not mentioned properly and then on returning the product they have flagged my account.
Now not accepting return and not providing refund.
How irresponsible behaviour by the company and customer care does not have any solution for this even the management.
They are saying sorry sorry.
No numbers of returns are mentioned in the policies they're are fake

I booked nighties combo on 14th december 2021. Payment was done through googlepay UPI but order was not placed. KIndly refund!

My account is not working since morning I have called customer care they are saying this is because of highly return and highly cancel but there is no number mention in the terms and conditions. And the product shown in image's are different in real. And they have written that the size of that lehnga is 58 but it is 42. Delivering the wrong size items. Now removing account you all are just faking. Please initiate pickup and do all my money refund.

When we open the app, the price of product display is different from the price when we open that product page. This is totally wrong and not ethical. Work on it....

Money got deducted order not placed as I have ordered Black sweater

They have cancelled my order on Nov 6 2021 but still dint initiate any kind of refund back to my account. Whenever I call their customer support services they r just asking me to wait for 5 -6 working days, it has been 2 months now, I still dint receive any form of refund from Meesho. It's Completely cheating public, in the name of refund initiated, but.i found nothing in my account. Very Bad online Shopping App. Please don't place orders in their Meesho app, very poor response and if order is cancelled from their side too, refund will not be returned. I am a regular customer of meesho.i ordered bhojal utensil drainer basket of 298/- on 13/12/2021...but the order could not be created and amount is debited from my account .kindly refund my amount

Please try to understand the main issue i.e. when you people reflected the 570 rupees on 22 July on that period, the number which i have added is "****************", This is the my Atm card number which i entered by mistakely . Moreover, the amount which you credited on 22 July cannot be added to my atm card, so that amount has not been credited to my account yet.

The correct bank account number is "***********" . So kindly refund this account.
Kindly request for a refund As soon as possible. I have already checked "my payments" in my app and yet no response from your side.

I have even asked the same in my bank branch, even though they said that it has not been credited, please try to contact meesho itself, they said. I have been waiting since July month, called many times yet with the same sentences that I need to wait, that's it. I'm really getting frustrated by this.

I have purchased 12 items on Meesho on 12 Nov 2021 and have received them on 23 Nov 2021 but I received only 2 items in two different packages and it was mentioned on the package sticker as" this package contains 8 items" and the the other package has "this contains 4 items" but what was actually delivered to me was just 2.

Since then I have been raising several complaints and none of the person is able to resolve my issue...

I ordered a purse via meesho app. On the day of delivery, without any reasons the order got cancelled and returned back to the supplier. I emailed 2 times to this email id - [protected]@meesho.com on this issue and requested for the delivery. But no proper response was provided. It is not even possible to contact the customer care service provider. Meesho has the worst customer care service.

Today, I placed a order of stud and earrings worth 290, after making the payment by paytm i found that my order was not placed but the money was already debited, i hope concerned authorities would take an immediate action to resolve this and i ll be refunded Thank you

I have ordered a dress of cost 534 rs from meesho and amount has been debited from my account but my order has not been placed nor my amount has been recredited.
