    The payment was made from paytm bank and the amount is deducted but still order confirmation is not there . Kindly check the matter as soon as possible

      I have raised a refund and return for 3 products ordered with order number [protected]. 2 products were picked up but one of them was returned today stating someone else will come and pick it up. I am left with 2 products that are not picked up and refund has not been processed.

      I have tried calling explaining on their help line number atleast 11 times. Their hindi and english helpdesks are not manned. tamil helpdesk tries to trf the call to english helpdesk where no one answers... executives who understand english hang up the call without resolving the query. Worst experience ever.

      Pls help me get my refund

        I ordered jwellery product of 1065 rupees from meesho and cancelled next day but after three days I got product delivered and paid the amount as it was cash on delivery from bluedart. And when I checked the product it's a saree not even worth. I wanted to return the product but unable to because I already cancelled in meesho. If I contact meesho they are saying that there is no way to return as it already cancelled, if it's already cancelled then how the product got delivered. And meesho people saying that bluedart is not their delivery partner. My question is how did I get the product with same order date and same price if it's already cancelled? Who sent this through bluedart if not meesho? Whom do I return this product? Who taken my money if not meesho and bluedart?

        And the product is delivered from Bluedart and sold by Krupa Impex, when I asked to meesho guys about seller they are saying that Krupa impex is not their seller then how they sent me this product with exact price and ordered date?

            Few weeks back i ordered a bottle from meesho, but the product I recieved was damaged. So I exchanged the product, but the exchanged product which i recieved too was a defective piece. So, on the same day that I recieved my product, I called for meesho helpline and conveyed my problem. But the helper told me to try again. But it didn't happen
            So after that too I called many time but they said that the time for complaint has crossed 7 days so I should have informed later. But I did inform them on 8th itself. I called many times but no one could help and didn't even register my complaint and told me that they did. I want my refund back!! I have the call recordings too.

              Return picked up - 13th December, 2021.

              Its been 5 days and my refund amount has not been initiated yet.

                I have requested for a return, daily am following up with the meesho customer care which of no use, this is the kind of online fraud they are doing, return is canceeld after a week and there is no reason.

                        Size is not mentioned properly and then on returning the product they have flagged my account.
                        Now not accepting return and not providing refund.
                        How irresponsible behaviour by the company and customer care does not have any solution for this even the management.
                        They are saying sorry sorry.
                        No numbers of returns are mentioned in the policies they're are fake

                            My account is not working since morning I have called customer care they are saying this is because of highly return and highly cancel but there is no number mention in the terms and conditions. And the product shown in image's are different in real. And they have written that the size of that lehnga is 58 but it is 42. Delivering the wrong size items. Now removing account you all are just faking. Please initiate pickup and do all my money refund.

                              Wrong display of prices of products

                              When we open the app, the price of product display is different from the price when we open that product page. This is totally wrong and not ethical. Work on it....

                                  They have cancelled my order on Nov 6 2021 but still dint initiate any kind of refund back to my account. Whenever I call their customer support services they r just asking me to wait for 5 -6 working days, it has been 2 months now, I still dint receive any form of refund from Meesho. It's Completely cheating public, in the name of refund initiated, but.i found nothing in my account. Very Bad online Shopping App. Please don't place orders in their Meesho app, very poor response and if order is cancelled from their side too, refund will not be returned. Worst experience with Meesho. My order number [protected]

                                      My order number is [protected], Complaint number is 12985424. Please try to understand the main issue i.e. when you people reflected the 570 rupees on 22 July on that period, the number which i have added is "****************", This is the my Atm card number which i entered by mistakely . Moreover, the amount which you credited on 22 July cannot be added to my atm card, so that amount has not been credited to my account yet.

                                      The correct bank account number is "***********" . So kindly refund this account.
                                      Kindly request for a refund As soon as possible. I have already checked "my payments" in my app and yet no response from your side.

                                      I have even asked the same in my bank branch, even though they said that it has not been credited, please try to contact meesho itself, they said. I have been waiting since July month, called many times yet with the same sentences that I need to wait, that's it. I'm really getting frustrated by this.
