Hi,
I placed my order in meesho on 9th dec 2021, my amount 178 rs had been deducted from my bank account. But my order is not placed in meesho. Please refund my money back as soon as possible.

      I have made an order on 8dec 2021 on meesho but my amount has been deducted but no order is placed neither it is showing on the page of meesho.I tried to contact on customer care number but they didn't pickup my call.kindly help me in return ing back my money.

          I ordered 2 numbers of combo offer of dress, only one quantity delivered remaining three quantities undelivered. Very bad about meesho. Worst, please dont order from meesho. It is a prepaid order i didnt even get my money back.

                  Last Month i had booked a saree from meesho which was shipped by xpressbee tracking no [protected] and 20 nov 2021 the saree was delivered. The saree was not upto my expectations and i had return the saree and pickup was done after 2 days of delivery. refund was initiated on 24 nov 2021 with bank transaction id: txnh[protected] and refund id no #[protected] for Rs 629. i have checked with my SBI bank still the amount has not reflected...

                  I placed an order Meesho through prepaid mode for Rs. 228 (order #[protected]) on 17th November and the parcel was shipped through shadowfax courier (tracking ID: SF[protected]FPL). It was falsely updated on 24th November as the order was delivered whereas I was not even contacted to attempt the delivery nor got the parcel. I asked everyone in the campus and neighbourhood and it was given to none. I contacted Meesho immediately the next day itself and a complaint was registered on behalf of me with complaint No. 18412465 and I was said that the team will contact me within next 48 hours through mail for verification of the issue and the full amount will be refunded soon. But it is 8 Dec today and no communication is initiated till date. In between I called Meesho support team again 4-5 times and they just requested me to wait for just 48 hours and said that my complaint was highlighted. I tried writing to Meesho from the developer option on Google Playstore also as they have no customer help mail ID. Not a single response is there to my mail also. I wrote the issue as a review on Playstore also then only they replied back as my concern will be paid attention to and be solved soon; then again no progress on that. It's very disappointing and frustrating now; neither I got the product nor the money. I will never dare to prepay on meesho for any order and will advise everyone not to do so as they don't take the responsibility of the problems their customers are facing as the payment is done once. But it really matters to us and gives us stress. Please help me!!

                      I ordere a dupatta set order no. [protected] on 24th November from Meesho app. It was delivered to me on 28th November. It was loose in size so I put this order on return through meesho app. But till now no pickup man has come to pick this returned order. When I complained about this to their customer care, they told me that in their system it is shown that the order is not delivered yet. They told me to resolve the problem in 4-5 days. But today in app it is showing that the delivery man was unable to deliver the order and the order has been returned to the supplier. And now I am unable to return this order and get the refund.

                        Supplier name: Nordic creation.

                        I ordered jewellery set from meesho which cost 441 and they delivered Rs. 10 duplicate chain. I made return process none of the person assigned to pick up the product. Each and every time, when I made call the Ecom express persons says that the order will be pickup as soon as possible. They never provide any local delivery persons number. The Ecom site and meesho never provides mobile number for return pick up person. If customer missed 1 call they just just leave the place. Not even try to make another call. I am fed up with the customer care of meesho and ecom site. They are highly qualified cheaters. Kindly banned this site

                              On[protected] placed order for a shirt OrderID:[protected], Received after a week, poor quality and size is not adequate. But Paid Rs.356. Immediately informed them, they had asked my account no then they credited just Rs.1(ONE). then their E-comex courier guy picked up the shirt (I returned).                                   Hello, i had ordered one dress but when I get it, i was not satisfied with it because the size was big . Then, again i exchanged it but i didnt get the correct size and color of the dress . I wasn't satisfied . So, i chose refund on 27 nov 2021 but today is date 7 dec 2021 i didn't get my money back . in Message it was mentioned i will get it within 2-3 days but i didn't . Return me my money please . It's a request.

                                    I order in meesho id for banarsi Silk Saree code no. [protected] through COD. And the Company send the item Through Shadowfax.
                                    My tracking ID is SF[protected]SFL.
                                    I make the payment through Phonepay amounting for Rs 504.00 and UTR no. is[protected]. But the Shadowfax Agency ask for the money on Delivery. They are not updating the payment. I provide all details to Shadowfax.
                                    Yesterday on 06.12.2021, the courier person called me to deliver the Courier. Due to not updating the payment, he is refusing to give the product to me around 5:30 PM. Around 6:10 PM, he called me saying that Payment is updating, can he come for the delivery?
                                    At that time I left the office. Then he told me that he is coming tomorrow morning (07.12.2021).
                                    I checked the status by tracking ID, then there the message reflected that Product is delivered on 06.12.2021 at 6:12 PM.
                                    But i have not received any product. Please do the needfull.

                                      I ordered this product on 22nd November 2021 and it was delivered to me on 2nd Dec 2021 but the delivery guy delivered the product some other place and I didn't receive anything on 2nd dec so on 3rd I called customer care for this reason I got no response next day I called again they registered my complaint then till now there is no resolution regarding my complaint nor I received my refund that is 370 rs, I would like to request please look into it it's a urgent matter
