I purchased the product name fancy designer women tops tunics price 364 on 23 nov 2021. I pay it through Google pay and also the amount got deducted but the my order is not yet confirmed. I request you to do something for that...

I placed an order on meesho on 23rd October I received the product by 27th October but the color was different.So I raised a request for ecca of product.The product was picked up by 28th October.It's been over a month but I didn't receive the product.I filed complaint with meesho support system many times but they didn't help....

I am Dr. Deepa Somanath, a regular customer of MEESHO.
I placed an order of 4 packs of Liberty adult diapers (each containing 20 pieces) by SR Traders and paid Rs 2466.00 by online transaction.( Order No: [protected]) on 4th Nov 2021. But I received 4 packs, each containing 10 pieces on 14th Nov 2021. Hence I placed a request for the rest of the products to be delivered, on the same day itself.
There was no response...

I ordered a dress in meesho app on 11.10.2021 (Order #[protected]). It was a Pre-paid order of amount 454. The expected delivery date was 20.10.2021. The product was not delivered but the app shows it was delivered on 18.10.2021. No notification or sms regarding the delivery was received.
I contacted customer support on 20.10.2021 ( within 48 hours of delivery time shown in app). The executive who talked to me said...

Ordered in Meesho App on 23-Nov-2021 for Rs 274 my amount is deducted but my order is not placed on Meesho App.
I want refund of my money....

I had ordered a table from Meesho and did not receive the order yet as the expected date was yesterday, very disappointed with the poor service by Meesho. Customer care number doesnt work....

I ordered a proud from meesho which was delivered in poor conditions. I returned the product and it was picked up by them. I received a message for the same. When I opened the app it shows pick up pending. I contacted the customer care and they said it's because of some technical issues and their panel is not updated. But I'll get my problem solved soon and get the refund. It's been so many days I've not gotten any help or any money. Please...

Today around 8.00p.m. a delivery girl came to my house and abuse me.
She has delivered my order to another person 5 days before.
Today she pressured to take parcel . When I refused to take part and she starting to abuse me.

I have order kurta plazoo set on meesho on 18 October 2021 I have received garbage clothes instead of kurta plazoo set I have received my order on 24 October 2021 on the same day I have filed complain against my order whichever I have received secand day i call once again and filed complain and they all time lied abut my complaint has been raised but they already completed their 48 hrs and on 1 November after 48 hrs they filed my complaint...

I have ordered women cotton solid Mustard kurti from meesho for rs 175 money is debited from my account but order doesn't placed...

My RTO courier from Meesho was initiated on 10th Nov 2021 and showing Delivered with WH Handover status on 19th Nov 2021. But i didn't receive yet....

Incorrect products dispatched. Given to return request but struggle from last 20 days.

Very poor customer service. Call 3-4 time but not resolve the issue.

I received wrong colour and size product on Order #[protected]. No action taken by Meesho even after multiple calls and mails.

Their application also had a glitch because of which they did not let me place a return request online.

I have been chasing them since September 2021 for this order exchange with correct product or to give me refund by taking the product back.

Please help me in recovering...

I have not received the refund for the Order #[protected]. The product was not delivered to me stating that i was jot available at the address and i did not respond.

The delivery executive never came to my address nor called me. Even after multiple calls to their call center I didn't get the product or refund till date. Please help me i am struggling to get my money back from them....

Hai sir, I have ordered women polycrepe frill dress order no:[protected]. For this order payment happened twice, but I ordered one piece can make arrangements for the amount which is detected from my account. Make it ASAP...

Sir I had ordered trackpants from meesho order no([protected]).I also paid ₹430for it from paytym. The expected delivery date is also passed .And now it is showing your order returned to supplier and not showing further information about refund or delivering the product. Sir please do something about this....

I have booked a Lehenga from Meesho which was delivered to me on 9th November. On next day i placed a return pick up, because of quality issue. No one has come to pick up, but the pick up was rejected by xpressbees courier company saying Location issue, which i had no idea. Since 10th November till date I m calling Meesho customer care regarding status of pickup and everyday they are giving me a new date for pick up and they are not picking...

Please find the attachment. I have ordered this item on 15th Oct 2021.
I didn't receive the product. I initiated refund 15 days back but still haven't received itthe amount yet in my UPI linked account

Kindly refund my money ASAP...
