I have ordered 6 medium size kurtis on 5/12/21 bearing order no-[protected] from meesho
2 orange
2 yellow
2 pink
I again ordered 7 kurtis(4 large and 3 xl) bearing order no-[protected] on 6/12/21 from the same seller on meesho.details of colours as bellow
Orange -2L 1 Xl
Pink - 1L 1 XL
Yellow 1L 1Xl
In total I have ordered 13 kurtis but received only 2 of them in two separate packs.one pack read it contained 1 kurti.the other read that it contained 12 kurtis, I had paid 4160 for 12 kurtis but it contained only one kurti.
I immediately contacted the delivery person.he said he is not related to the issue and told me to raise a complaint and with great difficulty I made a complaint with complaint no[protected].
Now after 1 week of constantly calling the help line, they said that backupteam checked and everything is fine and no money will be refunded
