My car, which is just 2 years old and been driven only 9000 kms faced a tyre damage. The reason given by Mercedes Benz is that it is an external damage however the preposterous quality of the tyre of a car which costs 60 Lakhs is a cause of concern. It is impossible to drive a car whose materials are of such a low grade that they are getting damaged in the normal driving of the car. I claim a refund of the amount I have paid for the tyre on 31st October, 2020. Was this information helpful? |
