This is regarding frequent power cuts in the area Monkeystand new cross road. MESCOM has been helpful in responding over calls to CC however frequent power cuts due to power trip, jumper cable repair, etc is getting too frequent and causing inconvenience to tax paying citizens of the area…

Request you to please check the issue on grounds to see if there is a permanent solution for these power trips as part of “SMART CITY” Project…

Power Outage for long hours is being frequent in Surathkal -Thadamabail- Marigudi area.. When we call upon their number for repairing, they don't pick up. Electricity charge is high here compared to other states and very bad service.. It's high time somebody addressed it and filed a public grievance complaint to court.

The thing is - Day time power cut at the time of rainy season is Ok. But this is not the time of power cuts at night.
And how the Dim / High power ia happening at night.!!!

S. O of Karnad, Mulki not taking any calls & Morning 8 power got disconnected but the whole day they didn't find the fault & again whole night there is no power due to carelessness of line mans. And the Line mans in the Mulki Mescom are Untrained except Somappa.
And the reason we are facing this type of situations still paying double charges as a bill. And as a main branch Mangalore this time you must take strict action on them specially on S.O of Mulki. If anyone is serious on matter, if any short cercuite, who is responsible???? S.O is sleeping or may be he is unconsious!!!
This is my 10th complaint on Mulki Mescom... Please treat this as serious & take discplinary action on Mulki S. O

Electricity has been sanctioned 4 months back but my bill is pending. Since 3 months i am asking MESCOM to give the bill so that i can pay my bill without any penalty.But still now they are not responding and not providing the bill to me.Then they will charge heavy penalty for that bill who will bear that thing.very irresponsible management and very harsh.solve this problem asap.I will be not be able to pay the penalty.I[censored] cant i will case on the company.My contact no:[protected]

This is to highlight how poor and terrible MESCOM services are Specifically in UDUPI and surrounding areas. They not only use faulty equipment's which causes power disruption causing hassle and distress to households and families. The complaint redressal mechanism is hopeless. It is better to route all the complaint call to IVR as the customer support team are inhumane and heartless. Lack of manpower specially during night hours add salt to injury as there are limited staffing and they will kind of ignore your complaint even though it means you face issues and are forced to sleep hopelessly. My old aged mom who stays alone had to face a lot of issues as there was voltage fluctuation and frequent disruption of electricity supply. Dtd. 22nd August 2022 since 7.30PM electricity was disrupted and a complaint was made which followed with a series of follow ups and top up complaints, however, even after waiting for like 4 to 5 hours the complaint is still not solved. Not only this a lot of times unnecessary power outage happens without any prior intimation.

We are coming under vitla KEB. From past 1 week there is an power cut for every 5 minutes or 10 minutes. We can understand this is rainy season and lot of problems will be there for electricity. But, this is not because of problem, they are doing for fun. Every day after 11 pm they cut the electricity and it comes on morning. Will every night they get problem on same time?? Not only that even before they cut electricity for more than 20 times in a day. this is ridiculous. If we call them they wont pick up even after calling 100 times. they are playing with us and targeting village people because they wont complaint for anything. But this kind of behavior is not acceptable. They should get warning from higher people.

I have been charged INR 80 Lakhs six thousand and 17/- (80, 6017only) for the month of May/2022 payable in June. The physical bill for the same billing period is INR1597/- (One thousand five hundred and ninety seven only). Please clarify this huge difference between the two bills. Which bill should I consider for payment. Expect response ASAP.

I am residing in a studio apartment here for the past 8 months.Since the past 8 months i am receiving an electricity bill less than 1500 per month. I have been using the same electronics in same timing and consumption. But I received an electricity bill of 3600 on 2nd June 2022 which is more than double of the usual bill amount I receive.My current bill of May was 1448 only. There hasnt been any additional use of power or any new electronics since the last 7months. I would like to rectify any error in the bill and do the needful .

Frequent power cut especially during night due to this we are not getting sleep lots of mosquetoes are also there have raised complaint about both but no action is being taken
