Respected sir i have canvas spark mobile phone and it is warranty period but the problem is that it will not taking network i submit it in care but he returns me saying that your mobile do not have valid imei.then i submitted to care then he will say to me that you will have to pay charges for imei and he is not taking mobile phone.

    My micromax A120 phone has been undergoing constant repairs. Within the first year itself, it has gone for repair 3 times. Recenty it wa submitted on Jan 4 and recived the phone two days ago . Within one day phone is dead. Jobsheet No. N[protected]

    You can go to the history and find out how many months my phone has been with your repair centre. If the phone is with your service centre most of the time, why don't you keep it with you and give me a new phone. You cannot cheat customers like this

      I bought a Micro-max E 455 on 22nd October, 2015. When i started using it, there were 2-3 problems detected and the phone was replaced in between 4 days itself for the first time. The other phone i received was going alright when suddenly one day it stopped supporting the sims in the starting of Feb.
      And when i reached the service center i came to knew there is no services for this series of phones, all it's services are online. Since then when i complained about it to the customer care all i get in return is you will be contacted in between 24 hrs, but no one ever calls. It's always me who has to call them back. After calling for about 4-5 times they replaced the phone on 26th Feb, 2016 with a used phone which has been earlier repaired. And since then i have already called 4 times to the executives on customer care and they are being so rude and moreover no one is able to provide any right information.
      My phone is still in the guarantee period and this is how these guys are harassing me instead of helping me out. I don't have any other options whom i can contact or go for the services. I am really fed up of Micro-max in just few months time and really very very disappointed by their services. All i feel like i have dumped my money by buying a micro-max product.

        I am really disheartened about the service, life, performance of the phone.
        I purchased the phone July 2015, on Dec. '15 due to rebooting it was going to die. After servicing the phone-Fomatting, software & hardware. The new problem arised - network reception problem, touch screen problem, totally malfunctioned. I have gone to Service centre, they proposed to change the touch screen.
        I did not understand that Every phone of MICROMAX BEING DEAD AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD OR JUST CROSSING THE WARRANTY - NEAR ABOUT 14TH TO 18TH MONTHS--ITS HORRIBLE.
        Whether it is CHINA make or not I am really confused.
        WHY are you develop the business with FAKE product and playing with our faith.
        It is shameful to you...
        I think you are liable for the same, please replace the same or rectify the same.

        As discussed with you last saturday & today (21.03.16) for claiming amount rs. 8000.00 for transferring me as confirmed by you and your management against my Mobile Micromax A120.

        Today I have operated as guided by you but some keys input wrongly the claiming amount Rs. 8000.00 not received by me.

        But the amount rs.5000.00 debited from account (as refer statements)

        You confirmed me to refund the amount Rs. 5000.00 & claiming amount Rs. 8000.00,
        overall Rs. 13000.00 in my account as an urgent basis.

        Dear Sir,

        I have complained against Micromax A120, but Mr. Anuj who knew everything about the case.

        He (M/s. Micromax[protected] contacted me over phone and confirmed to return the money through net banking the whole amount (debited amount Rs. 5000.00 + claiming amount Rs. 8000.00) = 13, 000.00. but till time this could not be happened.

        Request your positive intervention to recover the same or any positive feedback.

            This is lollipop version.When i am downloading any appl.always writting not enough space.I want chang my previous version.can u help me.My ROM is 8 GB & RAM 1GB.Bt now total space 894mb ROM & 396 mb RAM.It is bad OS version. and apps can not moves to external memories. pl help me.

              Sir i purchased new micromax mobile model - A311 but after 1-2 month i got problem in mobile, i gave it to micromax service center on

              Jobsheet date: 23/11/2015,

              for repair they asked me for new replacement and also said it will take hardly 15 days from head office but still i didn't get my mobile. whenever i go there, they ask me it takes 5-6 days more, i am totally frustrated from micromax service,

                I purchased Micromax X253 on Mar 10 2015 at paytm, the phone lost its display in Feb 24 2016, i went to micromax service center vadodara (Saffron Towers, Vaodara) and after seeing my invoice from paytm they opened the lid told me that this is fake (not original) hand set an will not be serviced here. I asked them to give me something in writing saying that this is fake and they refused to give several emails to [protected]@micromax.com also resulted in no reply.

                The service center says original hand set IMEI # start with 911 where as my handset IMEI # started with 355

                Does not Micromax wants to fight piracy, does it not wants to stop someone who is abusing his company name by manufacturing fake mobiles.

                Where should i go and how should i fight this out.

                      As expected will receive monotonous reply I dont want any call back just want to know when will I get replacement of my mobile as promised? or do I need to go consumer court for this kind of pathetic service? I have already done what I was told to & was assured replacement (on 1st March) for my mobile within 7-10 days & apparently received a call today stating I need to visit branch as the policy has been updated today, I dont know whether or not your process is pre set or not but believe me this is not expected with company of this stature. I hope I am not being taken for a ride like many other customers of yours as I promise I will pursuer this case to extreme no matter the amount of time I got to put in, just wish this is solved amicably in interest of both.

                      On an ending note I am waiting for the replacement of cell by 7th to 10th March 2016.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        I have booked one battery of MODEL A110 ( canvas 2) against job sheet N[protected] Dated 01.01.2016. But till date I have not recd the battery . I have visited the service center number of time regarding delivery of battery .But not till date neither battery is recd nor money is refunded. When I discussed for refund they refused to refund my money by saying this that Micromax is a Indian company and will take more time as compare to other MNC companies.

                        I let you know I am Micromax user form last 6 years and using A110 for last 3.6 year and don't have even a single complaint till date .But response of the service center and your service department ruined all image of Micromax form my mind . there is near about 50 people who purchased Micormax on my advice .
                        If my complainant is not resolved on priority then I am afraid that Micromax not only loose their one of the valuable customer. But add one more good customer in the list of their competitor .

                              I have purchase micromax mobile phone on 15/12/2015. I found that mobile has issue with wifi and wifi was not working. So I submitted my phone to service centre in Bhiwani dist. state Haryana on 30/01/2016. Micromax company has not solve the problem and I tried to connect with them. There customer care executive were very rode and keep sending the system generate an email to email. Micromax company fail to solve the issue in the phone.

                              Please find the more details regarding the complaint. I have submitted the phone and I have sent an email to the company.                               Sub:- Complaint regarding service centre
                              Sir,
                              I had given my micromax A35 smart phone for replace of touch screen. When i found it was not working properly i again went to the service centre, who asked me to change the battery and he gave a battery which was unsealed. Again i found the phone not working and asked him for the reason. Now he says to change the board. I have spend around Rs 950/- for touch Rs 450/- for battery and Rs 900/- for board. Till now i haven't got my phone repaired from your service centre situated at jeypore in the Dist of Koraput Odisha. The contact nos of the service centre are also not working. Please do the needful at an earliest. I am running after the service centre for the last one week. your service centre is not a good service provider.

                                My mobile set send two time to company but not Repair my mobile Set and My warranty is loss.

                                So Please. one month warranty increase.

                                sir mera phone do baar aur do mahiny company ke headoffice main raha phone main koyi bhi sudhar nhi kiya gaya. Ab phone ki warranty sampt ho gyi hai pleeze sir warranty badhny ki krapa kariny

                                  I have purchased micromax canvas express2 and with couple of monts the screen went off, i gave it for repair under warranty at your ghatkopar micromax service center but i didnt receive the phone for 2 months, had lot of calls with call center/ customer care but all the 2 months time spent calling the call center/customer care didnt helped in any way, the staff you have is useless, then after 2 months i received a sms to collect the phone, when i went to collect the phone the phone was brutally handeled with all glue marks around the screen, there was no charge in the phone so i asked the technicians about the same he said he will charge it, so i demanded to charge it in front of me, but he refused saying that he will not charge in front of me and if i insist to charge in front of me then he will not charge it saying "do whatever you want to do", so i have to move aside and i have to keep waiting for 1 hr, after 1 hr the phone was handed over to me its charged now, i checked the charge there was some charge in it, i have to leave the service center without any satisfaction of the service provided by Micromax and a feeling of getting cheated for my hard earned money, after reaching home i again put the phone on charging and my doubt was right, the phone is not charging, the phone is still in warranty and i have no patience to deal with your un ethical and unprofessional company any more, my next step will be to file a case against micromax at consumer forum and at all level possible if i dont get the replacement or my invested amount back within 7 days.

                                    I have a A240 cell phone.in Bathinda punjab.here your service center i submitted a order .but why delayed... Company is good in word .why they have not completed the order said by customers... I feeling cell phone is a showpiece...

                                      I had purchased Micromax Knight E471 on 28 July 2015 .
                                      After 5 month, I got issue like phone get switched off and didn't work .
                                      So I launched complaint in Jan 2015 and got replaced my phone after 4 weeks .

                                      But the new phone also had issues like battery and network issues.
                                      I launched complaint again and customer care asked me to submit phone on service center, so they will sent phone to company .
                                      I have submitted my phone again on 13 Feb 2015 with jobsheet No.W[protected] .
                                      I didn't get phone yet, Its been approx 2 month from Jan, I am frustrated of this .

                                      I spoke to service center guy, he was saying that they got repaired phone but still have battery issue .
                                      Why don't you sent phone after proper testing ?

                                      How many times I have to submit phone to service center and have to wait for 1 month ?
                                      Please help me about this .

                                      I can’t trust on this phone any more, frustrated in last 2 month by following up customer care and service center .
                                      I got mentally harassed due to this .

                                        I recently gave my device mcromax p480 tablet for repairing work due to charging issues and the guy at the customer care center told me that it will take 1 month for the product to be repaired. After waiting for 2 months i got the product but not the one which i gave as the IMEI No. was different. I receive a 2 yr old product. I was not even told that if my product will be reopaired or repladced. Without my consent it has been replaced and that too with a second hand old model.
