I am given my mobile for service on[protected] but till nw not give my mobile so i want justice so many times call to customer care but no response.

I am very disappointed with the 3rd class service you people provide. If you cant satisfy your customer why you people open up the
company. I have purchase 5 mobile for my family and every one is dissatisfied with the service center. I took one for myself. I hardly used that mobile for 6
month after that something went wrong to my mobile. I have submitted on 12/12/2015 and job sheet no- N[protected] and S/N V[protected] to service center of Varanasi.
Till date its more than 3 months and your service center provide non-sense excuse.
Kindly deliver me new hand set or return my money back.
I really feel cheated.
If i am not going to get in a week. As i am advocate by profession i will be serving with the notice.

This is regarding complain for micromax mobile purchased in oct 2015 from amazon.
In December 2015 onwards phone is not working. Have given the same to micromax service centre and no response is received from there. They have taken the cell for repair. Have called many times but no response is received.

We are middle class people. Have saved funds and purchased cell of rs 8000/-. Since the time of purchase we are in trouble and not getting any proper response.
I m attaching herewith my jobcard received from your service centre ahmedabad – Gujarat.
Request you to please take this complain as serious note and help for the same.

It has been more than 1 month. neither I have received my cell back and nor any response is received from your service centre . this service centre is worst and not responding and just answering that we are not here to help.if any problem you are facing – please mail to you. This mail id is updated on the back side of job sheet.

When ever I want to use print spooler application for printing online it becomes stop. There is a dialogue appears unfortunately print spooler stop.

Sir i amit mishra handed over my micromax mobile handset for repair at m/s meghna infotec kanpur nagar on 12 dec 2015 vide job sheet no.[protected] as my set was in warranty period and i was informed that it will be given back with-in 20 days after repair but till todate in spite of several telephonic conversations and reminders no action has been taken i i am fully physically and mentally harassed by micromax representative as they have not given proper support and still i am in dark that when i will get my my phone please help me i am scared to call micromax service support because i know i was receive the the same answer that your request in in progress and shortly you will be called back

Sir i deposit my 3 month old handset to the company service center 5 weak before but still not get my phone back i m working and cant go to service center daily now after so many times called on service center they are telling now your phone is not going to ok .Now i am help less as i have not my phone i belong to middle class family and i cant afford to by a new hand set i am really feel very helpless

I want lollipop update in my phone i dos'nt ring up in Rington and notification.And even not showing my photo and which are in my sd card.plzz i want lollipop update in my phone

My mobile submitted date.21/11/2015, not rsponed to any enquiries, toll free call me talk to 21 day mobile delivery service center, 3 moth llet her, replace my mobile hand set, not give properly answer, plz send my handset

Micromax company had gave me assurance that they will replace my Canvas Laptap LT666 within 10 days(Job Sheet generated date 20/02/2016, Job Sheet No- MH[protected] & complaint no is MMX[protected].
on calling after 10 days to know abt status call centre executive told me that it has been despatched through Delhibery courier service and i will received the product in 48 hrs and i wil get the tracking id in sms. Even after 1 hr when i didnt received the tracking id sms i again called the customer and that time i came to know that mat product is not yet despatched. and when i asked to transfer my call to seniors they didnot transferd the call but just disconneted my call. inshort they are not giving right info and giving false information treating customer just like anything. even dont provide any email ids of superior authority nor transfering our call its very pathetic making the customer IRRIATE

I went to service center of Bhilai (Sai Ram Electronics). They noted my phone's problem. I said them my phone is dead. They make my phone but they didn't solve it properly and take money also. I really totally disappointed from Micromax Service centre of Bhilai.

I purchased Canvas 4 plus(A 315) smartphone last week. The mobile screen glass was damaged, but the touchpad is working absolutely fine.It was hilarious to learn at service station that both touchpad & display will have to be changed, which costs 70% of the cost of the phone.Why is company pushing such exorbitant repair cost, which earlier was not the case. The company is pushing the customer for unnecessary repairing of touchpad even though it is not needed.
Now what choice do I am left with than to throw the phone than to get it repaired.
I hope you resolve my issue at the earliest. We buy from Micromax, to support Indian make, but eventually we are paying the heavy price for the same.

I bought Micromax Bolt Q 335 thru Poorvika Mobiles, Yelahanka, Bangalore in the month of November 2015. Since then it had a problem of low battery. I asked the vendor, he said i need to get in touch with the nearest Micromax Service Centre. So i gave my handset at my hometown (Coimbatore) for service. They sweetly took three days time to reset my software and even then my problem was not solved. Again on 03/02/2016 i gave it for service and they told me that it will take 21 days times for service. I left it to them and till today, i have no update from them. I am consistently calling up the customer care, but all the time, they say the mobile servicing is under process and will be delivered after 21 days (i wonder where this 21 days comes for them, probably Micromax has period cycle for 21 days it seems). My Job Sheet No: S[protected][protected]. I must have called up their customer service 20 times, and their answer is simple, they are arranging a call back and will get a call from their higher ups within next 24 hours. Till today, i havent got. I wrote my consent on their webpage, and some micky mouse will call, and they also say the same. Within 21 days times, they will give the handset. I really dont know how to reach the next level guy in micromax to screw. Just bunch of inefficient customer support team. I wonder how long it is going to take to service a mobile. Max 30 mins, if nothing seems working, just replace the mother board, and set it right. If it is taking time to do even this, then guys, there is a serious problem in micromax with regard to servicing. That much phones must have come back to them for servicing. MY HONEST REQUEST ALL MY FRIENDS IS THAT PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY OF MICROMAX PHONES. All are sub-standards is quality and very poor than china make (even this is a china make too).

i have gave my doodle 3 phone for repair to your sulekha service center in kolkata on dec 02 2015, but still it was not ready, they are constantly saying that when it will get ready they will inform me, for over 3 months, i am constantly contacted them but they are saying the same thing over & over, please help me out, i am getting really frustrated now...

I have booked new battery for my micromanaging phone model no A-092 on 3.2.16 from AVJ COMMUNIATION vide jobsjeey no.N[protected] but till date company has failed to provide new battery. I have requested many times to provide new battery on micromax customercare my complaint no. is[protected]

My battery was 1% only this morning and as soon as i plugged in the charger it showed 74%, what is the problem?? Its not even 2 months from the date i bought my smartphone. My model is Micromax E481 ie. Canvas 5. Please help me.

Sir, I submitted my handsets For repairing battery on 28 dec 2014. Afther complete a 2 month my handset is not repaired. Whenever I call your costumer care he said your handset is handover in 20 day's but my handset is not handover. I called ur service center he also not attain a single call.
Sir I say frankly your service is very very worst service I ever seen. I think it's my big mistake I buy micromax mobile. If there is rating I give you 0 rating out of 5. I am very very disappointed of your service.

I X-2050 model to the company on 12/02/2016 in Dhanbad(Jharkhand) Micromax mobile purchased from a store.The store cost me more than the face value to me.i was taken in 1750-/Rs. While in 1399/Rs.value.The face while the real value of this mobile is only 950-/Rs.which is significantly lower than in 1750-/Rs.i fetched it should compensation and strict action should be on the shopper. i am sending him to put together a Bill of Goods.

I am very unhappy to Micromax company's mobile phone.you are not listening me.and service center giving me trable.
I have given my mobile phone for repair on 31-12-15 but after 2 month they given my mobile phone with more problems.
After that i am going to service center again and again.but every time they all are not repairing my mobile.I have given 3 time my mobile phone to service center but they are wasting my time only still I am facing phone problem but I have not time to go again and again to service center. I am very unhappy. Durga communication paschim vihar that's the service center and I am not going to buy micromax mobile in my life.

Dear sir,

We have purchase a brand new hand set one month before and after 15 days we found a lot of problem in my hand set and we have submitted my micromax model no eg116 handset on 08/02/2016 in your service cntre but we have not receive the same till yet.It's already one month and after discussed with your customer care executive he said it will take 21 days more we have face so many problem and note my job sheet no is n[protected] and also note the complaint no is mmx[protected].

Kindly help us to provide us my handset after reactify the pblm on urgent basis.
