Dear Sir,
I had bought a Micromax Led Tv ( Model : 50B5000 FHD ) from Flipkart,
I had ordered the product on 21 January 2015 got delivered on 28 January 2015 and was installed on 29 January 2015 by the technician.
The tv showed problem in display on 23 January 2016, so the very same day we called up the person who came to install the tv similarly we tried the next day but his mobile number was now not in use.
So we called the Micromax customer care center and registered the complaint.

As per the complaint a technician came from the local Micromax service center on 27 January 2016, saw the tv and left as he did not had the needed tools.
Again he came on 28 January 2016 with the needed tools and opened the tv and said the problem was on the main panel board and need replacement, so he asked us to pay for it but as it was in the warranty period considering from the date of installation, so he asked to talk to the Manager of the Micromax service center. So we visited him and discussed the matter and he had agreed to take up the matter with the company.
Thus he had a discussion with the Micromax office and accepted the complaint under warranty period and registered the complaint of replacing the panel board and work sheet for replacement of panel board was generated on 4 February 2016.
We submitted the tv on 6 February 2016, they said in a week the problem will be resolved but as it did not happen we called up the Manager of the service center and he informed that the panel board was sent to the main head office and will take time.
Finally after the follow ups the Service center called on 29 February and said the tv is ready and you can come and collect. As we reached the service center the tv was not repaired and was in the same condition. Then they told us that the replacement for your TV has come and they provided us with a different tv of Micromax.
However, we found that the TV they gave us is Micromax 50C3600FHD against our Micromax 50B5000 FHD which is a lower version than the one we gave. On complaining about this they told that, that particular model has been discontinued by the company. The provided model is of comparatively lower model with some technical features being on the lower side than the model which we had bought and paid for.
If the Micromax 50B5000 FHD is not discontinued by the company then we request you to provide us the same model or if that particular model is been discontinued by the company then we request you to provide us with
Micromax 50B6000FHD which has all technical specification same as Micromax 50B5000FHD.
