    Sir,

    I bought Micromax A106 in May 2015 through Amazon.in. There was some problem in display of the phone, for which i approached the service centre on 2-January 2016 in Srinagar having address as:

    Micromax service centre Safviz Experts C-7 Municipal building, 2nd floor Opp. Appna bazar Lal chowk srinagar opposite Biscoe School.
    The phone nos of the service centre are: [protected]/[protected]/[protected]
    Email ID: [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com

    The service centre manager accepted the complaint and said it will be resolved soon and under warranty.When i went to collect my phone, they said, " we have sent the phone to the company for repairs and it will be delivered in 15 days".
    But when i went after 20 days to the service centre, they again declined to hand over the phone to me saying they have not received it yet. But when i ringed the helpline of the micromax in order to check the status of the phone, it was confirmed that they have delivered the phone after repairs. Now the service centre in srinagar do not acknowledge the same resulting in inordinate delay to receiveit. Also the behavior of the employee is rude in service centre mentioned above. I am so much dissatisfied and feel cheated by the company and the service centre that I consider suing the company as well as the service centre if my complaint is not addressed soon.

      Dear sir /mam
      my name is deepak kumar and my mobile is not opened after the update to lolipop version on 26/01/2016 and then i visited to service centre in vardmaan plaza on garh road on 28/01/2016. they sumbitted my ph with job sheet no-n[protected] and tell me we forwarded to company and your handset is delivered after 20 days to your addrss. they do not give me the replacement set. after 20 days wait my handset is deliverd to my home. but this new set is not working properly and restart many time in a day . i faced too much problem the correct soluation is not provided to me . i am very irrate from the company

      on 01/02/2016 i also visited to ganga plaza begam pul customer care in meerut but they updated my form and given to me . but my problem is not resloved . the job sheet no. is -n[protected].

        Respected sir, our micromax mobile eg111 submit in authorize service station in nagpur (Alraza mobile service center) on 08/12/2015.
        Till date no anny response on phone of service center, i visit five to eight or more times but counter staff not gave to me sufficient answer. My mobile in under warranty.
        Anny mobile number of service station not responding, and counter staff behivier very roode, i request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.

        We send many mails and call to customer care but not any response or sufisient answer to me. I realy harassment from micromax. Micromax care not provide any information regarding of replacement.
        Please solve my problem and take action against service station for rudge behavior and solve my problem. I am face a problem from last three month.

        We realy tired by micromax care, please put the request for replace my mobile as soon as possible.

                  I bought micromax canavas knight 2 E471, it had some problems like over heating ang hanging. I complained about it, the customer care executive said that they would replace the phone and give me a new phone. They took my new phone and gave me old used phone in the name of replacement and it too had same problem which I had in my new phone. When I complained about it they said to send the mail. I sent them mails many times but they are not replying to any of my mails. I even complaint on their site but no revert from their end. They are not reverting to my calls, mails & complaints. Kindly do the the needfull.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I had bought a Micromax Led Tv ( Model : 50B5000 FHD ) from Flipkart,
                    I had ordered the product on 21 January 2015 got delivered on 28 January 2015 and was installed on 29 January 2015 by the technician.

                    The tv showed problem in display on 23 January 2016, so the very same day we called up the person who came to install the tv similarly we tried the next day but his mobile number was now not in use.

                    So we called the Micromax customer care center and registered the complaint.
                    ( Date : 25 January 2016 Complaint Reg. No. : AM[protected].

                    As per the complaint a technician came from the local Micromax service center on 27 January 2016, saw the tv and left as he did not had the needed tools.

                    Again he came on 28 January 2016 with the needed tools and opened the tv and said the problem was on the main panel board and need replacement, so he asked us to pay for it but as it was in the warranty period considering from the date of installation, so he asked to talk to the Manager of the Micromax service center. So we visited him and discussed the matter and he had agreed to take up the matter with the company.

                    Thus he had a discussion with the Micromax office and accepted the complaint under warranty period and registered the complaint of replacing the panel board and work sheet for replacement of panel board was generated on 4 February 2016.

                    We submitted the tv on 6 February 2016, they said in a week the problem will be resolved but as it did not happen we called up the Manager of the service center and he informed that the panel board was sent to the main head office and will take time.

                    Finally after the follow ups the Service center called on 29 February and said the tv is ready and you can come and collect. As we reached the service center the tv was not repaired and was in the same condition. Then they told us that the replacement for your TV has come and they provided us with a different tv of Micromax.

                    However, we found that the TV they gave us is Micromax 50C3600FHD against our Micromax 50B5000 FHD which is a lower version than the one we gave. On complaining about this they told that, that particular model has been discontinued by the company. The provided model is of comparatively lower model with some technical features being on the lower side than the model which we had bought and paid for.

                    If the Micromax 50B5000 FHD is not discontinued by the company then we request you to provide us the same model or if that particular model is been discontinued by the company then we request you to provide us with
                    Micromax 50B6000FHD which has all technical specification same as Micromax 50B5000FHD.

                      this is not justice with me
                      they give me replace mobile Micromax selfie model 255 at the place of Micromax nitro a311 but there is also have the problem in the mobile in this phone i cant able to use two sim and sd card simultaneausly and and there is have a some problem in the sim slot so i can't able to use two sim. about this issue i had visited 5times at micromax care. i am suffering a problem with this micromax service about 3months but till now micromax not able to solve my problem so i am so frustrated and now i want to refund my money i dont want this type of replacement scheme.
                      please give me justice or give me a other way to get back my money from this type of fraud company.

                        Sir, I purchased a handset (Micromax Canvas 5) Model no. E481. But the phone has display defect. So, I contact nearest service center and they say that this phone has online service called doorstep service within 7 days. So, I contact with online customer care and they said that the phone was replaced by new handset and submit my defective phone as early as possible at nearest service center of micromax. So, submit the phone on 9th January 2016. After submitting the handset I contact online customer care and they tell within 7 days I got my replaced mobile. But still not received the product.                         This is to inform you that I bought a MICROMAX Canvas 5 phone. I found that it had some manufacturing display defect. I consulted the matter with the Customer Care centre here in Purulia and was asked to inform the matter to the Co. through online. After doing so, I submitted my phone to the Customer Care, Purulia. Afterwards I did not get any response. I lodged a complaint at Consumer Forum through online. One day some Mr. Srivastava contacted me from Delhi Customer Care, Micromax (as he informed me by phone no.[protected] and told me to submit my bank details and address for getting back the price of the phone i.e. Rs. 11, 600/- and someone would come and collect the phone.
                        Doing so, I found I have been cheated and a sum of Rs. 16, 000/- (approx.) has already been transferred from my account to the A/c of some Vikash Garg, A/c no. [protected] and transaction card no. [protected].
                        Therefore, I like to lodge a complaint and request to take necessary action from your end so that I can get my money back i.e. 27, 600/- (approx. / including the price of the phone.

                              I got my charging FPC replace (SPAMOB9136). While handing over my phone I asked about the backup. The service centre lady said the data will be flashed once the phone is opened. So I did not got the chance to flash it as the part was already opened. I specifically asked about the data as I had pics and bank apps on my phone. Once I received my phone I saw all the apps open and Facebook and other apps were in login state. Hence I want to complain about the privacy issue and the data should not be misused in any regards.

                                My micromax handset, E 311, still under warranty was given at the service center in Moradabad for software upgrade on 28/1/16.

                                After following uo several times the service center is not giving any information / reply / comment on the status of my handset . Its bee over a month, and im afraid the phone will run out of warranty .
                                I needa replacement ASAP ..and at the least someone to answer .

Whenever i click on software update it shows your software is up to date hence i would request you to send the ltest software update for my phone doodle 3 (A102) as soon as possible.                                       First please let me tell you its more than 25 days and my concern has not been solved.

                                      The product is purchased on Jan 3 2016. Your customer support doesnt really have a solution, first they said NEW product is shipped to your address, they will replace it. Now they are saying, show it to a service center. All they are doing is going back and forth with no solution.

                                      I do not really wish to even keep the product anymore. The customer support is pathetic and definitely tests ones patience. I will surely never purchase a product from Micromax ever! Just resolve this issue. The P680 Tab doesnt start.

                                        I was facing heating issue in the mobile. Even the mobile was getting restarted again and again.
                                        I submitted the mobile for repair on 12th Jan, 2016 but still not received it.

                                        It has been 55 days has been passed but I have not received my mobile back. It the call center, I get a response that my mobile has not been repaired and shall be done by 2-3 days while on toll free number of micromax i get an update that job has been completed.

                                        I need my phone back today itself.
                                        Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
