Sir I purchased MICRO MAX CANVAS DOODLE 4 product[protected] mega mobile stores after purchase 2 months the system automatically restarted continuously i reported this issue to our nearest (Vidyaranyapuram Mysore city ) service centre they are serviced 4 time but the same issue is repeated again and again i want to replace this product please solve my issue

the above Complaint I registered on on Feb 26, 2016 after 1 day back there is[protected] the person who calling from your customer care his no [protected] he told me to we will refund your amount 8800 Rs through your savings account that we need your ATM Card no and 3 digit no so i will give all the debit card no and account no instantly 1000 rs amount debited to his account please reverse my amount what debited amount gone here i attached transaction slip

I have submitted my phone for repair just because of little issue
is there the issue is 2-3 dead spots on camera lens and its need to be replace.
I am also doing so my Job sit - N[protected]

I have submitted my phone on 18 january 16 and today is going to complete 32 days
within this period I haven't received any update from your team. even I esclate
your diffren-diffrent team Ashwani (service manager), and Maninder singh (Escalation Team)
but still did not get any response from these all . is this your service policy ??
if you are not able to give service so please stop the making fool to user stop your

i called on 25 jen micromax center and he told me I will get the mobile within 15 days and they will call me.
I was waiting and I called again on 2 feb raised ticket (MMX[protected] He again told me you will get your mobile
within 15 days still I waited and again called him and again raised a ticket(MMX[protected] but still geing no response
and no body called me.and I am again reach center there is Abid and he toold me again you have to wait 15 days...
then I call escalation team Mr.Manindar he told sir you will havt to wait 15 days i am frustrated when i am shouted on him then hi esclate my case
and told me please wait till this weak ok. after one week I called him he didnot pick my call and called to Mr.Ashwani he also told me give dead line for 1 week more
you will get the mobile phone and also I am escalating this again.and today after 1 weeks I called Mr.Ashwani he didn't pick the call and called to Manindar he told me
you have wait 15-20 day. what the hell off with me ... Now what did I do and Now..

This is to bring into your notice as I am yet to receive my phone. this phone is submitted to your MG Road - Vatika Center - Gurgaon Service Center on[protected] and got the job ID - N[protected]. After a month as well i am not able to understand as what is holding service center to repair the phone and why they are not able to fix this issue.

There was only a minor problem with the camera and this could have been resolved if I would have taken this services from market, but this is really disappointing as MICROMAX never care about the services. this is not only me who is suffering due to this, infact whoever is buying Micromax always has a fear to by any additional / new product from Micromax due to services.

This email i am writing with a hope as this would be taken care I would get my phone back. still Micromax is not able to resolve the problem then please give my phone back I will get it repair from market, considering Micromax technical capabilities.

I have lodged a complaint on 24th feb regarding my recently bought Canvas 5 (E481) cell, it is not getting on & not able to recharge it successfully, tried resolving the matter through call & i have had my share of bad experiences nobody called me back within the stipulated deadline of 24 hours, again called yesterday & came to know that my complaint wasnt lodged in the first place again when i called to know the status apparently i am told its 24 'WORKING HOURS', how long does it takes to follow the process and resolve the issue, First time ever I have bought Micromax cell and i am highly disappointed with the after sales service, I want my cell to be replaced ASAP as i am not having any other alternate mobile, if the issue is not resolved i guess i got to approach consumer but prior to that will need to aware people on online forums & social media sites to think twice.

I want say to micromax team this is my last and final request to return my hand set . After than I will complain in consumer forum and you will be liable for all expenses.

I have baught a mobile handset of micromax cg 232 on april 29.2015 which was having major fault in earpiece output so i gave it to servicve centre on may 7 2015,
after that repeated attempt have been made by them to fool m.since then i have visited hundreds of time to their service centre but they were not able to solve my issue.at last they were ready to replace it with other handset on few days back but it was also defective and the process started again.tired if this thing, they should issue a new handset to me as it was defective from day one of purchase.plz help

Iam P. Prem Anand, working as Chief Manager in State Bank of India. Sir, purchased your Unite II model during July 2014. Being a banker, I had lot of contact numbers of my clients stored in the mobile. As my mobile did not function and frequently got hung, I gave it for servicing to M/s. Sana Communication, Naicker New Street, Madurai on 27.2.16. They received the mobile and just started loading the software in it without asking about the fault and without diagnosing the actual problem. Later, to my shock, they told me that all my contact numbers will be deleted. After loading the software, when they tried to restart the phone, it did not start and they tried to check the battery status which should have been done before loading the software. They made me wait from 12.15 PM to 1.45 PM and asked to come in the evening. When I went in the evening, they gave me another shock that the board in the phone has gone and it will cost Rs.5000. Thus, all the valuable information have been deleted, besides wastage of time. This is not the way. Many consumers turned up with complaints that the micromax phones which they bought 4 months back were not working now. Please improve the customer service and product quality.

Physical assault and abuse by Micromax service centre staff on[protected] evening 6 pm when I requested the status of complaint regarding the problems with mobile handset. I gave the mobile for repair at 1 pm in the afternoon. When asked about the solution to the problem they ignored abused and physically assaulted me and even threatened to file fake complaint against me. The service centre is Micromax located opposite green Park hotel beside state Bank of mysore ameerpet hyderabad.

I did n't get my phone from service center 40 days is going on till no response from the sevice center, kanchipuram.
only 15 days only i having my mobile micromax unite 3, 40 days is going on till i didn't get my mobile from service center.

I own micromax knight a350, I had given my phone for charging point replacement, and when i got my phone back, the vibrator was spoilt. This is the kind of service they are doing at micromax care( chandralyout, bangalore). Please rectify it. Now they arr charging me rs 550 for a new vibrator

I bought the micromax handset Aq5001 juice2 on snap deal in Oct.2015 within the warranty of 4 months on 18/2/16 the handset bettary stopped working so I went to micromax service centre unit no.28, basement Hi life mall, santacruz(w).for the resolution but they told me that they will charge rs 1850/- from me, its not the damage so why charging?

On Saturday evening I called to micromax customer care and there executive disconnected my call 3 times, after that I called Ms arihant enterprises (Micromax authorized care point, jaipur) they also disconnecting my calls continuously.I never expected this type of service from Micromax .
The name of executive was neelu and 2 other executive.

Hi, No one buy micromax mobile because of very worst customer service. I bought micromax mobile which is a network issues. I gave to micromax care in west mambalam on december 26th. they gave that mobile on feb 26th only. there is no call from micromax care. I have to only call and ask the details about my mobile.Mostly they willnot attent that call . If I tried 100 times to call to micromax care they will response once one time. Finally they missed my back cover. service centre name is Deprosys Technologies. very very worst micromax service centre.

Customer service worst, responce very very worst. They missed some parts. They will cut the call if i asked questions about my missed parts otherwise they willnot response

I purchase a micromax mobile E455 on 12/11/2015. It has some inbuild problem for that I registered a complaint with micromax . It reference ticket no is 12412. The admit fault in phone and promise to replace set at my door step with in 10 days. But company did not replace my set till date.

I have purchased a Micromax Canvas Tabby P469 Tablet from Flipkart on 28th June, 2015.The price of the tablet is Rs6499/-.After using the tablet for a few months I noticed that I cannot connect to the Internet from my Tablet. I took the tablet to my nearest service centre on 28th November, 2015. There I was told that I have to deposit the tablet with them for servicing.I would like to inform you that till date I have not received my device back from them. I have been calling and mailing Micromax Customer Care Office constantly with no result.My job sheet number is E[protected].
