    I have submitted my Mobile phone Micromax A102, for the problem in handset to Micromax Service Centre at AAYUSH INFOTECH, Raipur, Chhattisgarh as on 14th of Jan 2016, they gave me Job sheet & revert that I will get back my phone with 8-10 days with resolution. I visited there 5 time after that, but till date they have not given my phone or any replacement of that. each n every time of my visit to center they said that It will take more 10 days each time, now after more than 1& half month is gone through, but they are not giving me any replacement.

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            I have given my mobile micromax canvas Xpress2 for screen replacement on 26 dec 2015 in M/S Mobile seva in bangalore which is the authorised service center. Till now they have not return it back. when ever i am calling then they are saying that you will get the mobile after 10 days. Its already been 60 days they have kept the mobile with them. They are always saying the the mobile has been sent to the head office which will take atleast 10 days to come back. But its already more than 60 days gone. I am completely fed up with this type of service of micromax. Please help me out on this or at least suggest me what to do.

                I really feel very bad about your MICROMAX CANVAS DOODL 4 Handset, From the day of[protected] i purchase this product i am not Happy about your product. I will gave service 4 times to Our Nearest Service Center but they are not solve my issue here i mentioned lot of major Handset Problem is
                1. Automatically Restart every day minimum 20 times
                2. Unfortunatly The system ul service has stoped.
                3. Unfortunatley the google service has stoped.
                4. the sales track service has stoped
                5. unfortunatly the gallery not responding.
                6. The camera not work properly.

                These are the main problem my handset when i go to service center i Mentioned all these issue they are not properly repaired my handset i complained 4 times regarding this issue nobody solve my problem r u replacing my product or complained to consumer court please solve my issue I really not satisfied your product.

                      I purchased a micromax canvas spark in September 2015 and on 15december 2015 mobile phone was not swithced on so I have submitted to service centre and mobile be dispatched to head office for service and then I contact to service centre more than 50 times they only said that we can't do anything when the phone comes they will inform me bt I can't knew the actual status and I called customer care mote than 10 times because it was more than 2.5months so customer care executive told me that it will take more time and more again and again so please this is my request you to solve my issue and tell me the actual condition whenever I will get my phone back after service

                            but neither it has been repaired or replaced till date and it seems they are not interested to provide the service, they promise while selling a product.

                            Now more than 60 days have passed by, and for last 1 months or so, I've my self mailed @ Micromax Support multiple times with no result, I've called @[protected] once or twice every week for last one month, multiple tickets are created, and every time false assurance has been given to wait maximum of 15 days to get my tablet back. Till date, whenever I'm calling @[protected], different executives take up the call and ask me to wait 15 days and also they assure me every-time that my case is a priority, some one with higher rank of their department would call me back with in 24 hours, but that did not happen for last week or so.
                            Service center tells they have nothing to do with it. Micromax customer care is not providing proper info and delaying the case.

                            Now, after long 65 days, I don't have any other alternative other than filing a complaint after holing on so long patience and putting up with the harassment.

                            These are the complaints number generated during multiple calls:

                            These are the names of the executives who were unable to provide proper information other than false assurance:

                            Already shared my concern at http://micare.micromaxinfo.com more than twice, one or twice, they called me back and had given false assurance to return my P470 tab by another 15 days, and from then another month has gone by with no positive outcome. Hope you look into the matter with priority without asking me to be motivated on carry on putting up with the harassment so far as I seek your/Micromax's service accumulated with positive intention to return my P470 tab either repaired or replaced urgently.

                              I am pointing out an incident that happened to my friend Renjith. He had given a micromax canvas A1 phone [IMEI no: [protected]] to the authorized micromax service center at Kottayam, Kerala on Dec 15, 2015 for repair.

                              Since he didn't receive any update for almost 2 months, he complained to the micromax help-desk. [Complaint No. MMX[protected]]. He even requested to return the same phone back if it can't be repaired. Not only the phone wasn't repaired, but also there was no response from their part till now.

                              So I request necessary actions to be taken at necessary levels at the very earliest to solve this issue. Also as a customer, I need the status of the phone by the earliest. It's now more than 2 months since the phone was given for repair.

                                Raised complaint for my 4k led tv by calling at [protected]. Picture double & flickering. Got call from multiple engineers but everyone were asking whether it's a demo/installation, when I say it's a service issue the they state will visit by next day and cut the call. After that no response, even they pick the call. Followed up with customer care and they state I've refused the service from the engineer.

                                  I purchase last year micromax mobile model A177 it always got hang I sumitted to micromax service centre kalra mobile and computer in Bhopal mp and got job sheet no.NO[protected] date 2/1/2016 after I contact many time to service centre but they are not giving any response and micromax customer care also not giving reponse 53 days have past but they allways say your divice under process HELP

And inform about my complain reference no. ( SER[protected]/1/2016 SER[protected]/1/2016, SER[protected], SER[protected]/2/2016, SER[protected], SER[protected]/2/2016, SER[protected]. SER[protected], SER[protected], SER[protected] 9/2/2016, SER[protected]/2/2016, SER[protected]/2/16 SER[protected]/2/16 SER[protected]/2/16 SER[protected]/2/16 SER[protected]/2/16 SER[protected] SER[protected] SER[protected] SER[protected]/2/16
                                  then micromax excutive call me ( priyanka, adarsh, komal and other team member after listening problem, they allways say sir your device under process please wait for 1 week but I can not understand how many days in a week I think 7 but according micromax there are 60 days or more days my mobile stil in service centre but micare.micromaxinfo.com excutive says your complain closed please go to service centre and receive new complain no. than contact us.

                                        I bought a micromax handeset Q-450 on 9 sept 2015, after 2 months i had a problem in charging my handset.i registered my complain on 4 dec 2015.They told me to submit my handset to the near by MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER, i submitted my handset on 19 dec 2015.I was informed that my handset will be delivered within maximum 10 days.It has been more then 2 months till now i have not received my handset.now when i call the customer they say go to the service center and get a new jobsheet(complain sheet) from there and the service center members say that they have despached my faulted handset to the company because of which they does not have my handset and they cannot prepair a jobsheet without a handset.I just need my replaced handset.
