I am pointing out an incident that happened to my friend Renjith. He had given a micromax canvas A1 phone [IMEI no: [protected]] to the authorized micromax service center at Kottayam, Kerala on Dec 15, 2015 for repair.

Since he didn't receive any update for almost 2 months, he complained to the micromax help-desk....

Raised complaint for my 4k led tv by calling at [protected]. Picture double & flickering. Got call from multiple engineers but everyone were asking whether it's a demo/installation, when I say it's a service issue the they state will visit by next day and cut the call. After that no response, even they pick the call. Followed up with customer care and they state I've refused the service from the engineer....

I purchase last year micromax mobile model A177 it always got hang I sumitted to micromax service centre kalra mobile and computer in Bhopal mp and got job sheet no.NO[protected] date 2/1/2016 after I contact many time to service centre but they are not giving any response and micromax customer care also not giving reponse 53 days have past but they allways say your divice under process HELP...
