Dear Team,
i bought a micromax phone A102 in april 2015, phone starts creating problem very soon.. I went to service center for resolution of same. They Format my Phone and memory card also some software update done and said the phone is ok ..
After 2 days phone again starts problem (Reboot, Touch not working, hanged ).
October 2015 service center send my phone to their head office for repair / exchange of same and ensure me to they will change my phone with new one.
After four months in Feb 2016, i received a msg form MMX-SER that my phone is available at Service center.
The Phone i received is used one with Scratches all over first i refuse to take that phone as my phone was brand new but i need phone so i any how manage and received the phone.
But after 5 days the phone is received starts creating problem again and again,
(Auto reboot, , , Auto Vibrate, Touch not working, , , not even to receive call)
The JOb sheet no of my phone is N[protected]

My name is Gautam Kumar and I am using Micromax Canvas nitro 4G E445. Sandman problem is time of display setting like I have setting 30second but not off display in 30 secondssecondsthis problem has many Micromax mobiles especially Micromax Canvas nitro for 4G so give your

I have registered one time complaint against mobile to customer care . but after 6 to 7 days no body has answered about my complaint. Phone is too costly for me and now i m suffering . phone is under warranty bt the time is passing and it may be out of warranty period

This is the second time i have sent a complaint here for the same problem and is not yet resolved. The service number keeps telling me to wait for 15 days every time i called and this has been going on for 4 months now I had given my phone on 23/10/2015 for repair and and still not gotten it yet. 5 times they have told me someone would call me within 24 hours about the status of my phone and no one calls last time they said 15 days which was 15 days ago I asked them to give me a specific date on when i can get my phone so I can book tickets to leave for home since I'm here in Hyderabad waiting for my phone and they said on 18/02/2016 which its today and not later and when i call today they asked me to wait another 7 days and they have already said that they are sending a replacement and it is not possible to take that long for a replacement I am leaving day after tomorrow and hope to get my phone by tomorrow so please if possible this issue is solve as soon as possible I would be grateful. Lease note that we have submitted the subject mobile for repairing (mother board issue) at micromax service centre (B.R Services, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on 09/01/2016. Reference no. is N[protected]. Each time I call customer care no. thay told me to wait for 20 days.

They are not confirming when my set will be available and handed over to me.

I have given my mobile micromax mobile canvas a311 to micromax mobile service centre pune on 11 jan 2016 but till date i have not received my mobile phone. I hag given the micromax yureka mobile for repairing but the company send me the faulty piece and also didnot send the battery of mobile while returning it... i am wiiting since last 4months...

I have micromax canvass P650, 8 Inches tab.
Screen is broken. Want to know in which service center touch screen will available. That i can get it repaired soon...
Also want to know the original price of screen.
Hope to get positive reply as soon as possible.

My phone is A350 canvas night and i am not able to click pics..
When i open camera, after 3 seconds phone gets switch off

I am having the problem since second month when i am taken the tab, now also its getting many problems but they are not refunding my money¬ replacing new.the stupid company is that in india but some mobiles are good in that.now also my tab in that company only.i am waiting for since 18 days.worrost repairing in this company only.when am given tab first time to the company they are damaged &given to me.but i am given neatly&scratchless&but they are given with scratches & damaged.it is came recently to the market but its getting so many problems.bad feed back to this company.but they are not respond to the customer issues.plz dont do like that stupid staff.plz do maximum service better.

Now my request send to another service center in Mohali name of Shivam Commination from last one month but no repossessed. In recent time, i purchased a micromax phone which is fully dead after two months and other product such as headset are also not working good . the reason i don"t know .They are still in warranty period. for this i visit to nearest customer service in uttam nagar but i did't satisfy with their service . first of all for solving my mobile problem they take around 3 months very long process . when i ask about my headset problem they say from both of them one product problem is solved but i don't know after very long process my warranty period will be expired.
what can i say about this policy !not satisfactory ...i advice to all my friend never take micromax phone ...

I bought a YU Yuphoria model smartphone from Amazon in July-2015. it did not work from january -16 i lodged a complaint with call centre and i presented the phone for repairs to the micromax service center in Triupur. They said there is replacement, i received the replacement on FEbruary-2016 on 15.2.16. this replacement is still faulty and does not work. i do not know when they will replace if i send the handset from repairs to the manufacture. i want my money back Rs. 6999/- or a very good working phone.

As per your advice, by payment of Rs.5900/- I will get a replacement of my mobile E47i. Payment already made on 30.11.2015 and mobile submited at micromax service centre at Dharmanagar (Tripura State) on 14.01.2016. I did not get any further information whether its dispatch or etc. So I request you to kindly give advice at the earliest.

I have submitted my phone for repair just because of little issue
is there the issue is 2-3 dead spots on camera lens and its need to be replace.

I have submitted my phone on 18 January 16 and today is going to complete 32 days
whithin this period I havn't received any update from Micromax team. even I esclate
their diffren-diffrent team Ashwani (service manager), and Maninder singh

but still did not get any response from these all . is this your service policy ??
if they can not able to give service so please stop the making fool to user stop your
product selling.

I have submitted my phone on 18 January and
i called on 25 jen micromax center and he told me I will get the mobile within 15 days and they will call me also.
I was waiting and I have to called again on 2 feb and raised ticket (MMX[protected] He again told me you will get your mobile
within 15 days still I waited and again called him and again raised a ticket(MMX[protected] but still getting no response
and no body called me till now .and I am again reach center there is Abid and he toold me again you have to wait 15 days...
then I call escilation team Mr.Manindar he told sir you will havt to wait 15 days, i am ferusted when i am shouted on him then hi esclate my case
and told me please wait till this weak ok. after one week I called him he did not pick my call and called to Mr.Ashwani he also told me give dead line for 1 week more . I dose that
you will get the mobile phone and also I am escilating this again.and today after 1 weeks I called Mr.Ashwani he didn't pick the call and called to Manindar he told me
you have wait 15-20 day. what the hell is doing with me .these 15-20 days when willc be end... Now what did I do.and I

Now If you cant do within 4-5 days I will see you all your froudgiri in Consumer Cort with full evidense .
