I was purchased a device Micromax A096 dated on 14 aug 2015, letest os 5.0 lollipop version Wetch IMEI No. [protected] a & [protected] at cast of Rs. 6500/-, (documents are attached below) it was corrupted dated on 15 Oct 2015. Then i gived for maintenance they called me again within 30 days, (complain no. NO[protected] ofter 46 days on 01 dec micare was provided me another device these is very old and attrited with old os 4.4.2 kit Kat version, in witch device some features are not proper working or supporting, within last 4 days I have faced many times of hanging problems, so kindly exchange these device.
It is a humble request sir.
