I purchased the micromax phone X699 having the Item ID:[protected] on 27th January 2016 through eBay and got the phone around 31st Jan 2016 but facing the problem of very low sound. All my relatives complains for very low volume sound. I told eBay to return or exchange the product but eBay replied me to get the DOA first. i hv submitted my phone to haridwar service center on 16/11/15, under job sheet no. E[protected] and after so many follow up micromax give me replacement as another phone i.E. Canvas a350. This phone is not in a working conditions as it is frequently hanging and automaticly switch on and off.
Micromax did a fraud with me they gave me a damaged phone and continusely harassing me mentally as well as...

I have submitted my phone on 11th january 2016. My jobsheet number is: N[protected] but didn't received yet. The service center name is Hans services in sector 16, faridabad. The service center employees always tried to make false promises and fool me....

I request to micromax customer care department that please give my phone back my job sheet no is (n[protected]-[protected] .

Three months are gone and you are not able to repair or change that phone .Is this the way you handle your company ...Shame on you...

On 25 june 2015, I bought a MICROMAX E311 CANVAS NITRO 2 G Smart Mobile Phone from Hari Om Custom Collection, Borivali (East). I had given my mobile phone to M/S Mobile Garage, Shop G15, Opp Tato Hotel, Gerra Building, Patto Plaza. The phone refused to switch on and the company told me they would be sending my phone out of state to fix it since they wouldn't be able to do the repair in Goa. It has been 3 months now and they still haven't given my phone back. They keep telling me it will take 1 week when I call but nothing has changed....

Hello sir/madam,
I have purchased micromax canvas 5 e481.
Just end of last month.. I had severe charging problems the phone was over heated, smelled like burnt plastic, i contacted customer care and they advised to charge it while the phone is switched of and then use. I tried, then when i pressed power button the phone doesn't responded, it was like completely dead phone. So i contacted customer care again and filed a complaint....

I have submitted my Micromax Canvas Knight A350 at one of the service stations which became dead during the time of warranty with job sheet no. N[protected] on 14/12/2014. Inspite of several complains with complain no. SER[protected], MMX[protected], SER[protected] at your customer care no. I have been made false promises and each time i call they ask for 15 days more time .

I would request you to look into this...
