Hello sir/madam,
I have purchased micromax canvas 5 e481.
Just end of last month.. I had severe charging problems the phone was over heated, smelled like burnt plastic, i contacted customer care and they advised to charge it while the phone is switched of and then use. I tried, then when i pressed power button the phone doesn't responded, it was like completely dead phone. So i contacted customer care again and filed a complaint. And they said to charge it further one hour, and press power for 15 sec, i tried and phone doesn't responded. Amd now customer care executive contacted me, recorded my imei and address, and said they arranged for replacement. And said it will reach within 7-10 days.and my querry is how to know the present state of my case. Coz days are passing. Pls help me asap as soon as possible. pls contact me asap. or advice me if im supposed to get my phone to service center, my contact no is [protected] and [protected]. and the helpline is always busy. atleast pls make way for me to contact executive about the present state of replacement.

i had charging problem and the phone is completely dead, i contacted customer care and they said they will forward the details and replacement will be arranged within 7-10 days. but till now no information about the replacement. pls take immediate steps to replace the defective handset asap. I've been waiting for your kind reply. i cant handle my work without a phone this long.

pls kindly take immediate steps to help me get a solution. i hardly used my phone in 12 days from the day of purchase to the day of repair.
i just took some photos, browsed internet, and attended calls.

    I have submitted my Micromax Canvas Knight A350 at one of the service stations which became dead during the time of warranty with job sheet no. N[protected] on 14/12/2014. Inspite of several complains with complain no. SER[protected], MMX[protected], SER[protected] at your customer care no. I have been made false promises and each time i call they ask for 15 days more time .

    I would request you to look into this matter seriously and provide me with my handset repaired or provide me a new handset as soon as possible.

        I had bought my micromax 42" UHD tv from flipkart.com on the 19th of july 2015 . On 2nd of January there was a crack seen on the display while i was watching the tv. I switched off the tv to check if there is any physical damage on it. but there wasnt any, later i came to know that its because of thermal expansion. as there is a damage in the internal display panel due to heat from a faulty panel.

        I had raised a complaint to the micromax customer care and they havent sent a technically qualified person yet. they send a person whos comes and takes a picture of the tv and sends. later they claim its physical damage.

        when spoken to the micromax service manager, no response from him either.I want them to replace a new tv or atleast change the panel.

        Tried posting there twice, still no response.
        Sir, was this issue resolved? Its a pity the Government is not using Goods and Consumer act and is not taking these manufactures seriously.

        The manufacturers are manufacturing faulty design led tv's where is fragile and the internal screeen can be damaged very easily. And then the manufacturer fleece the customers to pay 80% of the product (Cost Internal Screen/Panel).

        This is definitely cheating, Don't remember the earlier TV's having these issues. This issue is common with lakhs of customers fallen pray to this issue called "Internal Panel Cracked and hence is a Physical Damage"

        Why would anyone damage their brand new full hd led tv's, the one bought with hard earned money!?

        Hope someone moves court against such manufactures.
        No its not resolved yet. The micromax service people not even bother calling even once since i first raised a complaint in the month of january. Would never in my life will i or let anyone i know go for micromax.

        And i really have no clue to how to go about it now to get a replacement from them. Can someone help me with this? Will be much appreciated.
        I have same issue and Micromax is not acknowledging the issue of thermal expansion is within their product

          I have submitted my mobile set Q380 for servicing at Tirupati infotech, ganpati plaza jaipur.job sheetno[protected]. on04.12.2015. it has been say to me that your problem may be resolve within one month but they are not responded untill today. all contact no. seems expire, all mobile no. having no response. all sttaff switch off the contacts.Ivisited there 4-5 time within 2 month, conceren person alway give me next date. always having some technical problem, server problem etc. if alll facilities has damaged then why service centre and for what?this is shame full for you and your entire units. this type of response is crimefull and mostly unjustify your cadre. plese think about it.

            Hello sir,

            I purchased a Micromax android one phone online through Amazon. A month ago its motherboard was crushed. I went to the Micromax care center. They told me that It will take a 1 and half month to repair and get back your phone. After a month when I went to get back my phone. They returned my phone without its back cover. I complained to them about it. But, They told me that we are helpless. So please tell me what should I do with my phone without its back cover? Can I get Its back cover through any source??

                Hello Sir,

                I am having really really bad experience with LED TV, I have bought this 50 inch LED TV few months back, This TV is having white patches issue. I am not getting good response from the service center, Every time I raise the compliant, the compliant is closed without any proper resolution and without attending the problem. Service center is asking me to bring tv to service center every time, I already took TV to service enter once, and they have closed the case without any resolution, now again the service centyer is asking me to bring TV to service center. It s 50 inch TV and I cant bring the tv as it is huge. I am really very much hurt with the Micromax! I need someone to look into this issue and take proper actions.

                  I purchased this micromax CANVAS FIRE 4 mobile from one of the stores on 7th of july 2015. Hardly did i use the handset for less than a month, the phone started making issues with many internal problems as related to wifi, signals and bluetooth. After handing over the phone to the service centre thereby I was so disappointed and in deep anger on getting the phone repaired after 3 long months. Such bad service and unbearable staff. And the worst part comes now that is after getting the phone repaired from the service centre again the phone is having issues and that too major ones just after a week. This is just such a black mark of expecting a good service from the decenet company. And this is what i face sheer ignorance and bad service. Its been months now, and people are not responding like at all against the issue. If this being the case i wonder how the company will even survive. I want people at micromax to atleast respond. Such bad personalised touch. Will never really look forward to buying anything from the provided company again.

                      HI Team,

                      I need your help to file complain as MICROMAX COMPANY have sold Defective mobile phone and not ready to return from service

                      center, I was facing some issues with my micromax mobile which was in warranty so submitted to Micromax authorised service

                      center 2 months back 12/12/2015.At time of sumission respective person told me thet you will get it repaired mobile or

                      replacement mobile in 7-10 days. i.e.expected date to get my mobile in working condition was 22/12/2015 but still I didnt get

                      it.

                      I had enquired with service center number of times but every time getting answer that call to company and check with them so
                      I am always calling to Micromax mobile service center and I am getting response that "you will get your mobile in next 20

                      days do not call check with service center"

                      Service center and Micromax company are playing with me and I really frustated due this issue.


                      Requesting you as I got the defective Micromax mobile phone and Micromax company is not provide the service and even not

                      return my handset so please help me on same.

                        My phone has problem of charging and speaker. On 1st of Feb 2016 I had submit my phone in the service center of micromax in nit 5(simran communication) they resolved the problems but one new problem rises in my phone that sim is not activated. Plz shut down your company and your service centers across the India just **** off from here go some where else in China or in Pakistan.

                            I have purchased one Micromax Juice 3 smart phone on 8th Feb, 2016(at 22:07 PM )from Reliance digital store of Dumdum road. It was in working condition means it was in switched on condition when I get back to home. But I have noticed that there is no tower showing in my new mobile so I have changed the SIM card.After that when I was unable to switch on my mobile means more or less in half an hour of my purchasing the phone was dead. Next day I went to Reliance digital store at 10 AM and tell them about the fact.They told me that they will send the handset to service center and will try to replace the handset and told us to come at evening. At near about 12:30 PM they call me and told that I have tried to open the battery so they can't do anything I have to give RS 700-800 to repair the handset. I have asked them to give the written from service center that I have removed the battery. Reliance digital is not taking any liability of the matter. Then I asked them is there any prove that the service center has not opened my battery and I have done this they are doing business like this.One more thing I want to add that the marketing man of Reliance Digital has not informed me that the battery of the handset is non removable he has told me about other thing of battery means the power etc. Today (10Feb, 2016) I personally visited the service center of Micromax at Dumdum Road to sort out the matter. I thought that I will repair the handset as I need it immediately and I faced an absurd problem they are telling that it will take 1 month to repair the handset because the part is not available. Not only that there were 2 more customer like me who are harassed like me. After that I have decided to complain in our forum.
                            I think there is no value of time and money of customer to the seller.
                            At a glance nobody will know that the battery is non removable it is written in very small letter in landscape view that the battery is not removable.There are many common thing written in portrait view which is eye catching but the main thing is not whereas maximum of the handset has removable battery. How can one ordinary user will know the fact.I think this is a cheap business scheme to cheat the customer.
                            What the customer will do if warranty will expire in half an hour?

                              i have buy the mobile named "MICROMAX Yu-Yunique", My bill no. is[protected] and order no. is MP[protected].
                              Therefore I am getting problem with the same, I have called the Service center and registered the problem with them, but still they are not giving proper response, they have said that they will send new mobile and will replace but till now there is no response and nothing is working any more.                                   I submitted my micromax canvas knight A350 phone to the micromax care center bangalore(jaynagar) which was in warranty.They sent it to Delhi(Headquarters).
                                  I submitted my phone to them on 28th October 2015, with jobsheet number S[protected].It was promised to me that i would get back my phone within 1 month but i have not got it still.When i call service center they always say its in Delhi and i would receive the phone next week, but i have not yet.i have provided the pic of the complaint registered receipt.

                                    I bought mcromax canvas 4g phn last two days ago I have found some technical issued.. So I were contacted ur service centre in chakrata road Dehradun... But I'm very disappointed cz ur service centre's service is very disappointing to me. .. They were wait to whole day to me for just only D.O... And at the last they told me toh come next day... Finaly m here but my issu is not short out.. They say that relative officer is not come yet, when office timing is 10.00 to 6.30... And he told me to wait for 2 hour... Realy I'm very very disappointed 😞

                                      I bought a micromax battery( cash memo no 0379 dt 10.08.15) S9081 of a110from khushi sales katni mp after so many times visited to his shop for not wrking properly he replaced my battery s/n v[protected] that was new one but it also defective piece he is bouthering me not giving the solution

                                        I have purchased mobile micromax A20.
                                        Purchasing date .. Jan.4, 2015
                                        I m facing a problem with my handsethandset. Problem is mobile fon auto on off.
                                        Thatswhy I went to service center.
                                        Date was 14/12/2015
                                        Issue..
                                        Service center not responding properly.
                                        Yet not received my mobile handset.
                                        10 to 12 time I went to service center.
                                        5 to 6 time I complained to toll free number.
                                        Sir I m very disappointed from. Your service and I never recommended for purchase micromax mobile.
                                        Please sir understand my problem and send my mobile phone as soon as possible.
