Company's complaint period time is 45 days but i didn't get my phone and i had submited it on 25/11/2015. now tell me what i have to do?? and your service center employs they are so careless they didn't give me any reason. i need my phone hurry.

we have given our mobile to micromax company for service on 21/12/2015 and they give me promise that they give my mobile with in one month and today it have gone two month and he did not provide my my mobile till now and give me excuse each and every time because my mobile have dead as micromax company said and making me fool also. Due to this problem i lost many information and my bushiness . Therefore we request you that please provide my compensation from micromax company and mobile also .

सर मैं अपना यूफोरिया मोबाइल फ़ोन 1 जनुअरी 2016 को अलीगढ दुकान से ख़रीदा और 18 दिन के चलने बाद मोबाइल ख़राब हो गया ठीक करने के लिए जैन कंप्यूटर को दिया 17 दिन के बाद उन्होंने ठीक कराके दिया उस के बाद मोबाइल 6 दिन के बाद फिर मोबाइल खराब हो गया फिर सविस सेन्टर मे दिया देने के बाद मुझे एक मेनुअली पेपर दिया फिर बताया गया अभी आपका जॉब सीट नही बनेगा मेल करना पड़ेगा कम्पनी टेक्नीकल इसु हो गया हैं आपका अपरूवल कराना पड़ेगा तब जॉब सीट बनेगा 9 तारिख को फोन सर्विस सेन्टर में दिया हुँ आज 21 तारिख हो गया अभी तक जवाब नही मिला सर्विस सेन्टर से मोबाइल कब ठिक होगा ना जॉब सीट के बारे बताया जाता हैं मै अपना काम छोड़ के बार बार जा रहा हूँ सर्विस सेन्टर बताया जाता है कम्पनी से अपरूवाल नहीं आया तुम्हारे इस मोबाइल का मैं परेशान हो गया हुं मेरे पास एक भी फोन नहीं है चलाने के लिए कृप्या आप लोग इसमे मेरी मदद किजीए/

The worst mobile I bought.my room was half burnt due to this mobile.mobile was completely burnt when u plugged in it for charging..I need a compensation for this cause if not Iam going to defame micromax.Iam going to upload photos of burnt mobile in social networking sites

Purchased micromax P480 tablet. After few months it stopped working. Did not start even after full battery. As the device was under warranty period, we took it to authorised service centre. They did not address the issue and returned it back saying its working fine. Post that after multiple followups the service centre folks sent it to Delhi for repairing. Its been almost three months, but still we did not receive it. The service centre people are not cordial and we are very disappointed after buying Micromax Product. Everytime we call the service centre folks they divert us to Delhi number and they always say it will take "15 MORE DAYS" for the device to be ready. Why cant they just replace the faulty Product?

I had Purchased a "Canvas Nitro A311" Smartphone on 14/11/2015 but Because of manufacturing defect in the handset, I had to return it to the service centre on 19/12/2015 . they said that the handset will be sent to the company and it'll take upto 30 days on maximum,

its more than a week of the next month, and it had still not been returned, the jobsheet no. which they gave me was N[protected].


kindly return my handset, else refund my amount, or replace the handset or take the desired action

I have purchased Yureka mobile on 12, march 2015 and i started facing hanging issue from december2015, so i complained Yureka custmer care and after there solution steps, they provided ticket Id:1976293 for exchange of mobile phone on 17january, 2016 which is supposed to be deliverd in 15days but it's more than month.
I request to act immediatly.

11/01/2016:- Care Centre Finally made Job Card ( Job Card No:- * N[protected] *)for my mobile & representative of Care tell me this mobile is stay in care for 3 Days. I will Check & Call to you after solve problem.
19/01/2016 :- Finally this mobile sent to Micromax Company Head office. & Again making Job Card ( * N 0 3 0 4 1 7 – 0 1 1 6 – 2 1 4 1 4 5 5 3 *)
I was received my mobile after 12 Days from date of submitting( 19/01/2016).

But after 2 Days this problem Again Start.

Finally

19/02/2016 :- I am talking with Customer Care Head office mam. I tell my problem & also representative of Nashik Care he is also tell my issue of mobile.
Mam tell me your mobile will be replaced within 10 Days.

I purchased the product ie micromax E481 three months back ...and i am not at all satisfied with the product as the phone is not charging ...the battery does not charge beyond 13%...i have complained regarding the product several times but i do not get a response from the compan...

Then I give centre Bangalore pin code just to check the truthfulness, that also she mentioned will not support (560034). She wanted me to go to some service centre and call toll free ? Then I called customer care again they said, they will support all the pin code mentioned .. The round robin continues

We have online purchase micromax YU5010 yuphoria mobile form amazon sale on dated 16 July 2015, order no.[protected], invoice no. HR-DEL[protected], Mobile IMEI:[protected]. we have face problem in mobile is it's hands free speaker sound not clear also sound of the speaker is very low due to unable to talk on speaker mode. one more problem is mobile screen automatically off during the receiving or calling the phone. It is under warranty period kindly request to you please replace or repair the instrument and solve my above problem. we are waiting for your positive response.

Sir, i buy micromax tablet p690 but its response very slow . i take it many times to micromax service center but problem remains as it is. This time service centre send this tablet to company and according to jobsheet my tablet is in replacement mode. But due to very bad experience i didn't want to use this tablet, so i request you to change my tablet to smartphone with same or lower cost and if needed i pay more amount. Sir i and my whole family (6 member) uses micromax smartphone's . so please do needful .

I found a problem on my phone since when i bought.. Several time i visited local castomer care centre. They are unable to solve my problem.So my request is that plz change my hand set. I had purchased micro max mobile before 6-8 month, after some days mobile battery was getting discharged fastly and also many problems such as networking, mobile hangs, call disturbance. I have been get repaired it 2 times(your authorised service centre didn't made jobsheet), last time i gave my mobile to service centre, new tirupati cellulars, pimpri for repairing but they didn't take my battery to repair only handset accepted.
