Dear sir

I am deposits in our Micromax A311 phone in your service center in Chandigarh Sector 41D name of Future Commination on dated 06/10/15.But this service center also closed and I am not received my set yet. Now my request send to another service center in Mohali name of Shivam Commination from last one month but no repossessed. And I am also complaint in micromax care center from last 20 days.My complaint no is MMX[protected].

Now I am complaint to micromaxx claim refund employees he is called to that he is refund my mobile phone amount and he getting account information and he is debited 8000/- rs and not pickup the phone.Moblies no is [protected].


Please solve my problem urgent basis with debited amount and my moblies phone prices.

My mobile has audio problem in just 7 days of purchase and handover the device to your care on 25/01/16 but till now no response from your service center and when I visited today they are saying company is not sending the part. What is use of mobile when in 40 days 30 days is with service center, as it was used only near abt 7 days I want you to refund my amount immediately.

micromax mt500 given to micromax care on 03 feb, now your micormax service centre team told that they dont know how much time it will take to repair.

Already talked to customer care team [protected] they are saying the same .

Again complain in [protected]@micromaxinfo.com Reference to your ticket id- 258033, they email that they will respond back within 24 hours, still its 4 days gone still no revert from there site.

now i am hope less, please suggest what to do.

I'm given my mobile to my micromax service center. problem is power doesn't switch on..

Totally 70 days happen till i not received my mobile.

When i used to call customer care they say its under process take 15 days...

Whenever i call customer care they give same answer...(15 days)


To poor service from micromax very worst...

I had given my micromax mobile a311 model for servicing in your service centre Hubli on 13/01/2016, but till today I didn't get my mobile, my cell was having small issue, i.e handset getting hanged and some apps was not working.
today finally when I went to service centre to ask my handset they are giving some old serviced mobile which is used by some other customer,
when asked for my phone they are stating that my mobile is replaced and which ever they give we have to accept, but when I given my mobile I was told that due to hardware issue my mobile is going to be replaced with new one and due to that it requires 40 days time.

Is this the way to provide service,

kindly arrange to provide my old mobile or new mobile and take action against the sevice centre.

I owned micromax canvas E313(Black&Champ) in august 25/8/15 from Flipkart. After two and half month it gave problem; while charging it always restart/reboot... once 1 kept charging while switch off to charge fast but after that phone doesn't booted it got stuck and its totally switch off.
I gave my mobile phone to service center on 23/11/15 .
They gave me a job sheet and they didn't mention date of return handset they told me after 1 month, i ll get back my phone as phone motherboard has to be change; they're telling your phone has be sent to Delhi company. After 1 month i call up them and went to center they told me to wait again for more then 15 days as mother board has been repaired but some software problem has been generated. i waited for 15 days and called them up they told me to wait for more 5 days every time. And i called them so many times no one picks the phone.Today as on 23/2/16 i called up they told your handset came i went there to collect they gave me another handset Micromax juicy A2 which is older version then my handset E313.
I refuse to take that handset now they're telling to wait again for 1 month or more. They're telling your complain has sent to Delhi company. and they will give you the mobile of there choice .
Why i will take there choice mobile the model which i did'nt like. as the moble given by them has 8 mega-fix-cal camera but mine was 12; the mobile is heavy by weight and broad.
None company takes so much time. They take maximum 7 days but micromax took almost three month and more . micromax service center sucks.. i heard many complaints about micromax service center it really sucks.. i want my phone back or replace it with upgrade model or same model or give my money back as early as possible otherwise i wont keep quiet.

Please Take some action on this complaint..

Sir i deposited my micro max mobile model a350, imei no [protected] on o4 jan 2016 to micromax service center at usnaz tower, kochi, pin code -682016, it had minor charging issue, but till date they have not provided me my phone back, and they are not giving any proper answer to my calls, every time i call the say it will be givem back this week, i spoke to micromax coustmer care team also complaint no provided mmx[protected], as 42 days have passed i am not able to understand how can a simple repair can take so much of time,

More over the company should provide saparate phone to coustmer which he can use for daily use which is again not provided,

Pls look into the matter so i can get my phone back ASAP,

I purchased MICROMAX uNIT 2 IMEI no. [protected] on 26 april 2014 from Beauty Collection G 20 Indira Bhawan Civil lines allahabad. Set stopped working after 6 months and problem reported was "power does not switch off" and " sensor not working."i gave set for repair on 23 April 2015.
I approached SP-Radio Centre, shop no 3 Meena bazaar, Civil Lines Allahabad Uttar Pradesh several times .Neither i got my set refunded, nor repaired. I havent got my set back since then . After complaining several ti mes shopkeeper returned me an older used defective set which is not even the same model which i gave for repairing. its reallly very very disgusting. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and resolve it .

i have buy a micromax nitro a311(blue) mobile from shopclues.com, at date of 4 dec. 2015, but i have got a problem in the mobile like a heating, sim card not working, hang on charging etc so i complaint to the shopclues for return or refund but they told me there is no return or refund warranty for your mobile there is only manufacturing warranty, so after that i have gave that mobile to akhil traders 81, yaswant plazza opp. railway satation, indore. micromax care at the date of 16 dec. 2015 and they told me that your mobile will be back within 30-45days, but till now my mobile is not returned, about this matter i have many times complaint to micromax care but they didn't solve my problem they always gave excuse to me, i am totally fed of this micromax mobile service,
sir ! please take a fast action about this matter and give me justice, i want to replace or refund my amount from this company.

I purchased a handset of Micromax of Model D321 at Etah from SS Mobile & Computer Nidholi Road Etah at dated 10/4/15 & it got faulty at date 20-12-15.
It was given at local service centre of Etah M/s Chaudhary Brothers Kachahari Road Etah-207001 at date 30-12-15
From 30-12-15 it was sent at company call centre, but not returned till date kindly take imd note & arrange to return the hanset

I purchase micromax aq5001 in nov 2015, after one week phone got hang frequently, i submit the phone in customer care 65, vivek vihar, ranipur more, haridwar, uttrakhand, pin code : 249401, on date 3/12/2015 by hand .Imei/esn no: [protected]/[protected], model no :sermob0655.The problem reported is 5405 applications application crashes.
Today is 23rd feb its about 3 month, but still i did not get my phone back, please suggest me when i will get my phone back.

Till date no anny response on phone of service center, i visit five to six times but counter staff not gave to me sufficient answer. My mobile in under warranty.
Anny mobile number of service station not responding, and counter staff behivier very roode, i request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Please solve my problem and take action against service station for rudge behavior, otherwise i am going in consumer forum for legal action.

I am using Micromax canvas knight a350 since 1year(approximate). Initially there was good performance in all aspect but now suddenly the battery has swollen and lasts for merely 1hour when used in 3g network. Unfortunately my warranty period has just been expired. Even authorised service centres are not having the battery. I regret to be a customer of Micromax.

It has been pathetic experience of customer service. I have raised complaint many time (SER[protected]/SER[protected]/SER[protected]/SER[protected] and i have told i will get this fixed with in 1 week but it close to 1 month since my phone with service center. Look like you don't intent to repair my phone. If you can't repair my phone then replace it immediatelty. I bought on 5 jan and its with service center since 27 jan. I can wait any more, resolve this issue otherwise i will go consumer court if its hasn't been resolved by tommorrow.

I gave my mobile for service on 23-Dec 2015 as there was some display issue.

After that to enquire about phone I went thrice in personal to service center and their reply was it was delayed from company. Called several times to service center and even to Micromax customer care but the response is same and completely dissatisfying...

Initially they said it will be returned on 7th Jan 2016.. Way long back.. Then 2nd promise was on 22nd Jan 2016.. Again 3rd SAID date was 27th Jan 2016. Later 4th time they said 22nd Feb 2016. I was hoping.. But now they are telling it still takes 10 days more.

Not sure still how many times it will be postponed!! I also lost the patience. Let see.
Definitely Micromax has lost the brand because of its poor service. Why no proper information won't be provided to the customer. I lost so much money in calling to service center and transportation to there.. Better I could have gone to other BRAND phones. Definitely it's frustrating. Let see when you people will respond.
At last if you ppl are not able to do the service, return that mobile back.

I brought a Micromax mobile (18/02/16) but mic is not good, i already went to service centre today and told all the problem to Micromax executive (Executive Name- Lovely, Office at Mugal Canal, Karnal) but he told there is no problem and pressurised me its fine and we can't give quality in Micromax even i already compared to my small Nokia phone, He has denied and never listen my problem what i'm facing and finally denied me and gave excuse to can't make deo.

Kindly please take legal action and suggest them to replace or refund my payment.
