Please see below complaint:

Micromax worst company, worst customer support after sales.

I have purchased my mobile Micromax EG116 price Rs 5000 on 6th Dec 2015 and from 2nd day touch panel is creating problem so I have submitted my device to Lucknow service center on 11th Dec 2015(means within 2 days mobile is started to create problem it means there is manufacturing defect)

From 11th Dec 2015 to till now so many times I visited to service center but no response. Always they tell Sir you need to wait for extra 15-20 days. They are not telling exact status.

2 times I have mailed my problem to Micromax Email id.
Toll free number[protected], busy all time or not reachable.

Till now 2 months is about to complete. I don't know about exact status When will I get my handset. I can't wait more, lot of frustration till now. No one is ready from Micromax side even service center or HQ to taking responsibilty.

There is manufacturing defect, I want new hand set or my money back ASAP. I don't want my old handset, Again if problem will arise then again i need to wait for extra 2-3 months for device to get repair.


Please look into this issue and provide me new hand set otheriwse refund my money asap..

    Sir/Madam,
    I'm facing very trouble from Micromax service center. I have submitted my mobile phone Android One(AQ4501) IMEI NO- [protected]/[protected] With Complaint ID[protected] in service center on 5 november 2015, They said the main-board of the mobile will be changed so it will take 45 days to repair. I want to know does a phone repairing needs 45 days?? Leave it.
    After 45 days when I asked about my phone so they told me to come after one week, After 1 week when I again asked for my Phone and now they are saying I will get my mobile after 15 days. They are delaying date every time
    Its almost 2 months I have no mobile with me this is because of careless service of Micromax.
    As I have previously complaint against Micromax Service center that they are not giving my phone back after complaining here they gave my phn after 67 days and they gave 2 months extended warranty after repairing phone.
    Now the phn is again giving problem not working properly. So I have again gone to service center on 3 Feb, instead of listening problem of phone they said you have installed third party operating system(Android Marshmallow 6.0) so warranty is discarded.
    The operating system Android 6.0 in my Phone is installed by Micromax upgrade through OTA and they are saying Android 6.0 is not valid which I have received from Micromax itself. The way of talking of the person in service center is pethatic not behaving properly and saying GO WHERE YOU WANT TO GO WE WILL NOT REPAIR YOUR MOBILE and go to Google they will repair your phone.
    Please help me.

        I had given my mobile to micromax m/s bright solution on 10 dec 15 . the had told to deliver mobile in my house but they are not providing i had repeted complain in costumer care they are telling 15 days but dtill tthey had not delivered my job sheet no. s[protected]. they had also make a new job sheet s[protected] without informing me.

          Dear sir,
          I purchased a Micromax mobile phone model: A119 in Nov'2014. The mobile
          was working fine but on dated 04/02/16, the mobile was not getting ON, so
          I went to the nearest Micromax authorized Service center "M.CARE" at
          Rourkela and handed over the phone to them for checking . (Scan copy of
          Service Job sheet no.2438 dtd 05/02/16 is enclosed). The next day, I
          went to service centre, they told me that the mother board of the phone
          is out of order & it has to be replaced with an estimated cost of Rs5000/-
          I told them to give back my phone & I shall let you know, whether I will
          change the mother board or not.
          That Sir, I went to my friend who is a mobile repairing Engineer, M/S RK
          Mobile, sector-4, Rourkela & told him to check my mobile. He checked &
          found to our astonishment that many components of the Mother board is
          missing. (photograph of mother board is enclosed for ready reference) This
          simply suggests that the components parts of mother board of my mobile
          was stolen by the Micromax Service center M/s M.Care since my mobile was
          never ever opened by any one else before giving to service centre. Hence
          it suggests that my mobile was OK with some minor problem but the service
          center M/S M.CARE has aggravated the problem so that I spent more money
          adding to their profitability.
          This is a gross injustice by a reputed manufacturer MICROMAX AUTHORISED
          SERVICE CENTRE M/S M.CARE at ROURKELA stealing mother board component
          parts from my mobile. This type of AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE OF MICROMAX
          INDIA should be stripped off, since they are playing with the belief &
          faith of customers. This type of fraud Authorised Service centre of
          Micromax India should be brought to JUSTICE & put behind bars.
          In this regard, I therefore request to your goodself to look into this
          matter & fix back all the component parts stolen by your authorized
          service centre " M/S M.CARE", ROURKELA so that my mobile phone is restored
          to its original shape & in working condition.

            Respected sir/mam, I am facing problem while operating my tablet. It does not respond when it's get switch off. I have to wait for exhaustion then it respond with charger.
            For cutomer care service people - I complaint 4-5time but they are not responding accordingly. They called me up and take information and said we will call in another 24hour bt didn't. Once I asked abt call then they said 24hr call means our working hr of 24 . now I am waiting for call since 3 days bt no response. Please let me clear whether you people will solve my problem or not so I can purchase another tablet from another company. I'll never recommend micromax for anyone.

              Micromax cust.representative promise for above mention complaint that mobile replacement within 7 to 10 days. Now 21 days are over .I am very Frustrated with Micromax because I suffer a lot. Since 15 January...E481 some problem ...deposited ad service centre...your suggestion...bring back mobile from ser. cent ...Bcoz ...you are our Premimum customer...then you promise of mobile replacement...I have been waiting for mobile replacement since then...how much time will you take? ...Are you examine the customers patience?...It is not good for companies reputation. If anyone ask me which mobile should I buy? Should I suggest Micromax?

                  Hello Team
                  I purchased Micromax Canvas A1 AQ4501 through Snapdeal on date 30th March 2015. From starting some of the apps started automatically stopped and displaying message “Unfortunately this app has been stopped” After five months all apps including system apps started automatically stopped even dialler also. Then I went to the Micromax services center Chandigarh and they told me it will take 2 to 3 days to repair it. But they called me after 1 week and told that the motherboard of the mobile had to be replaced at Delhi. I was asked to wait at least for one month. Then I received my mobile after one and half month however, after that it worked only for 20 days and this time it does not get even started. I once again went to the service center and this time I got my phone after 10 to 15 days. Now its 3rd time after working 15 to 20 days it’s again got that same problem. Once again I went to Micromax services center and this time I was told that the problem was because of the USB port and it would cost Rs 400 for the replacement of the same. After 1 week they called me your phone is repaired and you can collect it. When I went to service center and tried to start my phone it gave no response that means the problem was still. Here one thing I need to mention that the mobile is still in one year warranty period. Then they told me the motherboard is not working it need to replace. Now they gave me new Jobsheet at 20 January 2016 with Jobsheet number: N[protected]. It has been 15 days and I have not received my mobile. Its 3rd time they are replacing or repairing it’s motherboard on 30 March 2016 warranty period of phone will get expire. So I cannot afford to change its motherboard after every 20 days. My phone spends more time in service center then my pocket in this one year.

                  I have already submitted a complaint on Micromax website i.e. http://micare.micromaxinfo.com/ and complaint no is SER[protected]. Now please don't ask me to submit a complaint on your website in your comments.

                  Therefore, it is requested to replace my mobile phone at the earliest as I do not want to get involved any kind of legal proceedings.

                      I purchased a mobile and now it has been 29days..

                      MICROMAX CANVAS 5 (E481).


                      and now facing too many problems:-

                      1)excessive heating while running or charging..
                      2)sometimes system screen gets blank for 7-8 min, and phone gets restarted.
                      3)sim in slot 2 doesn't work properly.(even when i inserted the sim
                      it's not showing the sim)
                      4)battery starts decreasing 1% per 4-5min.(may be because of heating).
                      5)sometimes internet connection doesn't work well(websites don't open
                      even when i'm connected to 3g airtel)

                      seriously i had these much problems..(A big HEADACHE)..

                      I want to return this headache giver mobile...(not replace)..
                      i don't wanna wait for the return..(i hope it'll not take too much time)

                      make fast so that no more time is wasted..

                        This is Sanjay Jena from goa, I bought Micromax LED TV from Snapdeal. After Few days of time it got spoiled. As it was on under warranty i called up the micromax customer service to help me regarding the same. Mr.Amit from customer service of micromax said it will take eight days of time at it will be soughted. i waited for eight days and no one responded, i called up again to check regarding my complaint spoke to Mr. Amit once again and he gave me the number of Mr. Sunil Palande said he is Goa & Maharashtra Sales Executive. Called Mr. Sunil said the problem will be soughted within 5 days of time. i waited for another five days of time there was no response once again. I called up mr. Sunil after 5 days said i purchased the TV from Snapdeal thats why it is getting delayed said to call snapdeal and check. Then i called up snapdeal regarding same snapdeal said that it is not their duty and they cannot help me in any manner. Then i called up Mr. Amit once again said the problem will be soughted within 4 days i waited once again and there was no response. After tghis i started calling every day but when they use to take my register phone number and when they come to know that it was me they use to disconnect the call. I called up today and gave some other friends number then i got through tMr. Amit when i told my real name he said that will call you in 24hrs after listening to this i absued him but the call was disconnected.

                        I RECOMMEND ALL THE INDIAN PEOPLE NOT TO BUY THE MICROMAX PRODUCT FROM SNAPDEAL AND ALSO FROM ANY DEALER AS THEIR SERVICE IS VERY BAD.

                        OUR PRIME MINSTER SAYS BUY INDIAN PRODUCTS WHICH ARE MADE IN INDIA. I BOUGHT AND I AM FACING THE CONSEQUENCES FROM PAST TWO MONTHS.

                          I had purchased one handset of Micromax Q412 on dated 23.12.2015.
                          With after few days using i face a problem of error message on camera means camera not open
                          i had given it service center on 12.01.2016, but till now i m not getting my phone, i m going to number of times to service but i didn't get any proper response. i also called to its service center. but they always say under process. & will take more 15 days.
                          I m totally harassed, because of that my work is also suffer.

                              This is my second complain. After the first complain there is no responce from micromax.
                              I've submitted my micromax canvas express2 (model nu E313) at 18 december in Kanpur. It has touch problem. i've contact service center and costumer care many time(near about to 50-60times) but there is a no solution about my phone. Service center told me the service is pending. Parts is not available and costumer care always says, 'wait only 20 days'.
                              I always ask talk to your seniour. They told my seniour is contact you in 24hours. But no one seniour contact me.
                              And finally i am saying, there is no solution in Micromax. There is no value of customer time.
                              Please help me.

                                This is my 3 complaint about Micromax they take my phone on 27 january gave me msg about the same on 3 Feb that my phone is repaired by the service centre ahuja mobile Gwalior and when I go there to get my phone back they said sir last time we have ordered phone display which is not compatible for the same phone so u have put this phone on service once again now the problem is that last 1 year most of the time my phone is on repair and now I m not having any of the sense that my phone is mine or its company dummy plzz just look at my issue last docket no is no[protected] micromax is I must say have very fake services and they cannot repair a single phone

                                  Hi,

                                  I am facing the same issue, this handset has serious bugs. I purchased on 31 Jan 2016, 1 week is not past and i am facing issues. I tried to call Customer care team they are not interested. This phone reboots when Inbox of SMS is tried to be opened from Phone memory. Also it creates issue when I dial 1 specific no. Pl. help Me.

                                    I gave my mobile for changing touch screen and battery in micromax service centre on 6th jan 2016. they told me mobile will be ready within a month. still now i didn't got any call. i try them more than 10 times. but they told your mobile is still not yet didpstched from the head office. they told the same answer. i am really very upset with micromax service.
