The plasma of my Micromax set(Canvas 5) has been damaged and it is a premium set so they are not repaired but replaced.I went to service center where they told me that it is home serviced.I called the customer care multiple times for almost 20 days and did not get any effective response from their side.They kept on telling i will be assisted but i never got a call back.They told that a payment link will be sent to me but i didnt get any link on my provided mail id.

    Dear Sir
    I had purchased a mobile of A96 model on 6th Feb. 2015. Before that I thought that Micromax is one of the best brand in India.So I pursuded my friends and my relatives to buy this brand. But after purchased the A96 model, I realised that this model is the worst one among all mobile. After 5 month of purchasing this mobile, the mother board already change by your service center.During this period of 1 year, the mobile is hanged frequently and software is updated 2 times. Last time the mobile is dead. So iI have submitted this mobile to your service center on 02/02/2016 at SRUTI TELE SERVICES, PLOT NO. N4/243, FF, IRC VILLAGE, NAYAPALLI, BHUBANESWAR, DIST-KHURDA.

    I do not need this model again. I am already faded with this mobile. Please give me a any model instead of A96. So I shall be obliged to you

      I have deposit my phone dated 17/10/2015 at rapid communication authorize service center of micromax company.till date i have no update about my phone.so many time times i visited at service center but he said that phone is under repair.when i visit last time then i have come to know that service center permanent shut down.i have log the complaint at call canter but i did not receive any call from micromax call center.

          They making new mobiles and no service.
          I called their irresponsible customer care and they said their technical assistant will call back me. Till one month there is no response from their sleeping irresponsible customer care or technical assistants.               I submitted my cell on 5 th jan 2016 and its been 30 days and ive not received my cell phine back. Seriously I am getting irritated. I have no other cell phone to use.please cooperate and I want my cell back with 5 days . Next time id rather choose iphone or samsung, as their services are very fast and good. Micromax if you dont cooperate, your customers will become less day by day . I seriously regret my decision by giving it to micromax service centre .worst service ive ever seen.not expected this from you. No use of being an indian company when it can fulfill their customers wishes.seriously like I regret. I want my cell phone back before 8/2/16. My compliant number is MMX[protected]

                        Dear Team,

                        This is to bring into your notice that the service quality and standards of brand have detoriated and lack of professionalism can be felt clearly from Micromax service centre very easily. I am a user of Micromax mobile phones from last 4 years and have used four of different handsets. I am using A102 canvas doodle 3 right now. I was facing display blank issue and so visited service centre in my area on 23 Dec 2015 where my set was submitted to repair.
                        I was told in the evening that my set will go to Delhi and no replacement set was offered or provided. From then I am continuously chasing service centre and I haven’t got my set back till now. I called up their tollfree number on 16 Dec and was told that I shall get a replacement set in 10 days but no response. I again called up on 28th evening and was told that 15 more days will be needed.
                        I expressed my anger and was told that someone will call me in some time but after FIVE more days no one has called me till yet. I have emailed also but no response from their side.This Is unacceptable from a leading brand like Micromax and so is Really very upset on this.
                        I thought of putting this for record after which I shall be left with no other option other than registering a complaint formally in Consumer forum .
                        So please resolve this if you can ASAP else I shall be forced to take legal action.

                            I have submitted my A300 Gold phone on 27/11/2015, i have submitted the phone because of touch issue and camera issue. I have been told by the service center that this phone will be sent to micromax office. After 1 month i called micromax call center i spoke with Pankaj Kapoor representative that your mobile is still pending it will take another 20 days. As per service center mobile repair takes 20 days however representative said it will take some more time.My job sheet no is -W[protected].

                            i have visited micromax service center after discussion with micromax executive on saturday i.e 23rd jan 2016 to collect the mobile on monday. when i visited at that time in service center they told that the phone is still not repaired we have to send your phone to warehouse. I am really frusted with the service given by service center.

                            I called micromax executive and spoke with prashant singh as per his comment the job sheet is closed on 16th jan 2016 however service center is not giving my phone they said they have change battery and all. i need all details regarding my phone when will i get and what all they have changed and it almost took 2 month but i havent received my phone so i need warrenty of 1 year now as i am not sure if anything happen after some period of time.
                            I spoke to pankaj kumar customer care executive as per his discussion mobile was delivered to service center on 16 jan 2016 and apart from the touch issue there was no other problem in my handset now the service center has not given me my phone on given date i.e. 18th jan 2016. They told me to come 2 days after to collect the phone again i visited the service center then they said there is an issue we have sent your mobile to warehouse and then i visited again as per there discussion to collect mobile on sat i.e 30th jan. Still on that day they said mobile is not ready please collect that on wed i.e. 3 rd feb 2016. They created new job sheet on 29 jan 2016 however in between that period mobile was not given to me they said they changed battery but there was no problem related to battery it was working fine. i will not collect my cell if they have given any wrong or old parts. i need bill of new battery with serial no then only i will collect else replace my mobile or give me refund of my purchase amount. its more then 2 month still i haven't got the phone give me warranty of 1 year else i will not collect the phone.

                            Today on 3rd Feb 2016 i received a call from service center i have been told that i will get refurbished mobile in replacement i want new piece in replacement or money i will not collect any old piece when i submitted my phone there were no issue apart from touch and camera issue now suddenly what happened i don't know. after so many time complain but i haven't got call from Micromax about replacement. i have tried the number but i am not able to connect any representative.

                            I have raised many complaint on provided site no one is responding or calling back. Really disappointment after raising so many complaint no one is concern. more then 2 months gone still not received my phone.

                                I have given my phone for repair here in Hyderabad on 23 October 2015 and have not got it since. When i went to get my phone repaired in the Micromax Service center in Ameerpet, Hyderabad they told me that it would take a month for the repair because they are sending it to Delhi for repair and after a month i went to the service center they told me that my phone has not arrived and it would take another 15 days i had complaint that it had already taken a month but they said that according to the company it would take more time and will arrive within the next 15 days i waited the next 15 days and went again to the center but again my had not arrived and asked me to wait another 15 days i had told them i could not wait because i had to leave the city for work in the coming days they told me that that they would try to get my phone and that they had sent a request and would call me when my phone arrives and i never got a call. When i came back to Hyderabad on January i had gone to the center again to ask for my phone they told me to call the number on the jobsheet[protected] to ask for my phone since my phone was still on warranty i asked if they could replace my phone instead they told me that if I called that number I could make that request. I called the number and they told me that I would get my phone in 15 days I asked if they would replace my phone instead with the same model since it was still on warranty they told me that they could not do that and asked me to wait for 15 days i waited and called again and again they asked me to wait another 15 days i could not wait any longer I told them that i would not wait any longer and wished to speak to a senior who could give me the exact date they told me someone would call me within the next 24 hours i waited and nobody called and i called again asking for my phone they said to wait another 15 days I told them i could not wait any longer and ask to speak to a senior again they again told someone would call in the next 24 hours again i told them that they had told me the same thing and nobody called they insisted I wait for 24 hours to get the call and again nobody called again i called them and again the same thing they said and told me they were facing technical difficulties for the 3rd time. I told them that I would complain to consumer forum if i do not get my phone and again they told me to wait another 24 hours and i told them that I had waited 3 times and nobody called and they told me that the last time that they told me to wait another 15 days for the last time had already passed and I was losing my patience and would sent a complain to consumer forum for this they told me not to complain and that they would make a top priority to called me within the next 24 hours about the status of my phone and again no one had called. They are not taking this matter seriously and ask for action to be taken so i can get my phone soon as possible either a replacement of the same model or the same phone repaired. Thank You.

                                  I went service center on 9th Jan 2016 as display was not working, handed my phone with sim, battery and 16 GB memory card. while leaving service center I got all things back except phone and back cover. I received replacement on 1st Feb, 2016 and noticed phone was not charging then went to service center and they told my battery is not working and I need to buy a new one as the its up 5 days from warranty period. I told them that battery must have been exchanged during giving back and they said its not possible. Then I contacted customer care where they told me that battery has a same serial number as on box which I checked was not matching with the battery I had. So once again I contacted customer care and told them everything and they said i will receive a new battery but have to visit service station. Did that contacted customer care and talked with the guy in service center and now they both refused the service.

                                  Tell me one thing when I gave my device for service battery was working perfectly and suddenly after 25 days when I received replacement for my phone, battery isn't working.How this is possible.
                                  Either replace my battery as told or it should be covered under warranty as 25 days my phone was with service center and battery I gave was working but the one I received from service station at time of leaving not working.

                                    I have purchased Micromax Q324 on[protected], so its in warranty. In November, i submitted my mobile, because battery is discharging so fast in Tech telecom, authorised micromax service centre, hadapsar, pune.[protected]/[protected]. That time they installed software & said to me that check now & if problem persists, we can send mobile to company after diwali season & also told me that it will take 45 days.
                                    Today because of MIC/speaker issue, i went at Tech Telecom, they said company seal is not available & i have to give them 250 Rs charge for same. As it is in warranty, i told them that i did not opened it & why should i give anyone to repair as i live in Hadapsar. Also why should i give any money, as phone is in warranty. Please look into this matter & told tech telecom to contact me to repair it without any cost.

                                    i have registered complaint on 2 feb till today i do not get proper solution. i do not want to use this defective mobile, please arrange to replace it or refund my money immidiately, as its warranty will be till 27 feb 2016.
