i am buy the mobile micro max a290 in 6-6-2015 in raj mobiles but i faced the mobile mike problem since 2 mouths i am already giving the mobile for repair .but problem was not solved .please solve the problem immediately in urgent basic

[protected] I have given my A120 micromax mobile for camera repairing to M/s. Aarjey Associates Cochin. Now almost 47 days finish. As per the cochin office they have informed me the mother board is damaged and they send the set to Delhi for motherboard replacement and that will be replace within 45 days time. I have contacted micromax office and somebody called me ([protected]) promised the set or they will replace within two days time. Unfortunately nothing happened and today morning I called cochin and Delhi office regarding status of my phone. But they have not given any details. If you are a gentleman pls. keep the warranty and get back the repired sets within time schedule.

Shame on your brand very nasty and irresponsible dealings with customers.

I gave my micromax tv for repair he has taken motherboard from tv and said to buy new one, when i asked for my old motherboard he said he will not give old motherboard and forcing me to buy new motherboard with no warrenty otherwise throw away my tv please help

My phone when i purchaded new was having internal space full available to me
Bt after i downgraded it from service center to kitkat..they didnt did partition and gave back the phone to me after giving me just 890 MB available for apps
Earlier it was completely available to me
Now i want full space for apps

I am very suffering from your poor service. I am also speak with your care center person and your call center persons and complained so may times, but they are also not solve my problem, they are also make every time 15 days time for this work but, it is a long period, it is customer harassment only .So, I am requested to you please repair this phone and send to your office as soon as and confirmed to me.

My mobile have charging ploblem.it was submited in care center more then one and a half month at hazratganj but my problem was not solved so i take my mobile back from there. I also called micromax care no, executive told me it will be replace within a week but i dont get any response from there.please solved my problem otherwise i have to go consumer forem.

i gave my mobile phone canvas a300 to haridwar service center on 16/11/2015 (job sheet attached herewith) and even after 2.5 month i have not received my phone back. I have contact to micromax customer center many times over phone and email but no single reply has been received to me. My phone is still under repair condition.
I don’t have any other phone to use.
Please help me in this regard.

I have purchased the Micromax canvas doodle A102 mobile through Snap deal. After 2 months use mobile is not charging properly and finally it got switched off.I visited nearest service centre in Marathalli Bangalore on 30th Nov 2015 They sent it to Delhi office 2months over, still the mobile is not returned back. I visited Bangalore office many time no value. I don't no whom to contact. Please help.

I have contacted micromax helpline no. Several times for replacement of my faulty 'canvas tab p680', and every time they assure me that it will be replaced soon, but 1 months have passed and till now it has not been replaced.

They used to play with the customers every time . Every time they used to say the same thing.

Its been 2 months i am having problems with the device .
Service of micromax is so poor that it just try to get rid of its customers, in however way possible .

I deposited it in micromax care coochbehar (B) on 14 Oct 15 vide job sheet no.E[protected], now I received old n cracked phone on 29 Jan 16 i.e. after 3 and half month. I divya gupta, purchased the mobile micromax canvas 5 e481 ( imei [protected] & [protected]) on date 07/12/2015, but was found defective in cellular data connectivity problem from next day within warranty period, i complained regarding this to company on toll free no.[protected], they called us 5 to 6 times as they gave instructions i followed all the possibilites regarding connectivity problem, finally company told me to replace the handset, then company messaged me on my mobile no. to submit the handset in the micromax service center on date 08/01/2016, then only handset will be replaced within 7 to 10 days.i submitted the handset on 09/01/2016.
but still till today the company has not replaced the mobile handset.
so, i want that the company to replace the handset as early as possible without any delay, i have attached all the available documents.
kindly resolve the issues at the earliest.

I have a micromax tablet and its have some charging issue. I submitted the tab in to the service centre in ambala cantt. It will take almost 20 days.but still I don't received my tab.I will try to contact to the customer care but they do not give any respond to me.they have very bad service.

Whenever i call them they say that it will be done in short time.

I have visited Service center which is located near AEC char rasta for repairing my phone. Owner of that center was so rude and shameless person . He saw my phone without checking anything he juz said .. warranty would not be considering for this product as my phone screen was having one scratche. before having the scratche on my phone screen i was facing problem with battery charging, censor issue and speaker issue.

Owner of that center said .. this is physical damage so wont be considering the warranty.

but y so ?? my phone was dead before having scratch ... and no where has written that if phone's screen is having scratch then product would nt be considered under warranty and it would be treated as physical damage..

funny part was wen i asked what would be cost for repairing it then he said 3k .. lol.. cost of the Yureka phone is 8k n u want 3k for juz solving the battery issue.

Owner and staff are so rude. they dont have manners to talk. they are sitting for customer care .. seriously ?? a big question mark ??

I want my phone to get repaired under warranty .

Micromax company should take a action on it.. this kind of persons should not b getting licence for opening a customer care center.
