Hay, my self manoj.i take one micromax 3g dongle adn feel vary proud but within one month it stop working, i went to service centre there they told me that whair is cap and unknowingly i missed that anyhow i perchase anotherone for cap to subbmit faltyone.that thim they not asked for cap and subbmit the dongle without cap.forget it now i have two dongle .from last 5 month this is my 7 time i submit it for not working.and from last one month both dongle are subbmitted for not working.

    I was submit my micromax canvas juice 2 (aq5001) smartphone in micromax service centre in lajpat nagar 2 and submit date is[protected] and after 4 days i receive an msg from micromax that was my mobile was repaired and when i was enter in service centre to pickup my mobile so micromax executive said my mobile dispatch from micromax company but but receive in service centre and he convence me to come on[protected] and now i call them so he says my mobile still not receive in service centre and he wanna more time to back my mobile
    now what can i do

        I've submitted my micromax canvas express2 (model nu E313) at 18 december in Kanpur. It has touch problem. Service center gave me 15-20 days.
        After the days i've contact service center and costumer care many time (near about to 50-60 times) but there is a no solution about my phone. Service center told me the service is pending. Parts is not available and costumer care always says, 'wait only 20 days'.
        I always ask talk to your Senior. They told my Senior is contact you in 24hours. But no one senior contact me.
        And finally i am saying, there is a no solution in Micromax. i've not another phone to use.
        please help me.

          Dear Sir/Mam,
          I am currently shifting to a new place in 4 dayz and i am worried about my phone since last 1 month [29/1/16]
          i have sent many mails but no reply!
          My micromax a109 has not yet returned, It has been about 1 month.. i have been told your mobile will be returned within 2 day but after 2 day i have been told that my mobile will be returned within 20 day as most people say i have observed as if now 27/1/16 it has been more than 20 dayz .please help me i dont know what to do ..
          All the no. which i am trying to contact is wrong when i dial from my mob i cant even contact your tollfree no when i try from my another mob.

            Complaint against 'd.S.Mobile' of vadodara.

            On 28th january, i took my faulty screen mobile to ds mobile. They opened it, repaired and told me they reshouldered display wire of my canvas hue aq5000. They demanded 200rs for repairs as my mobile was out of warrenty. I paid 200rs and demaned receipt. First they said we cannot issue receipt as mobile was not under warranty. After some argument they give me receipt with 'software' change mentioned under 'spare parts use.

            I objected to type of repair mentioned on receipt, as they said soldering carried out on my mobile initially. After some more argument they changed type of repair to 'hardware issue - display not working'.

            My complaint is - d.S.Mobile, vadodara is taking micromax customer for a ride charging randomly for type of repairs done. Initially they charged me 200rs and when i demanded receipt they demanded 350rs saying it was hardware issue. They never mentioned on receipt that they carried out 'sholdering on mobile'.

              Dear Sir:

              This is the complaint regarding the Micromax company's servicing policy as well as the fraud advertisement of the company. I purchased a Micromax Mobile Bolt, Model #Q324 from a local outlet on October 14, 2015. After using 10 days, I found it is a defective piece and charger is not working. So, I immediately went to local store, they said they will send to servicing center, but I immediately forced them to replace it, but they did not, as far as I know that as per company policy, if any defect found in any mobile within 30 days, the mobile has to be replaced, but they did not do it. After repairing ( I do not know they repaired or not), they give me the mobile, charger was working at that time, but 2 to 3 days, I found charger is not working, I again went to the local outlet, and they gave me the same answer as they previously did. After 15 days, they give back my mobile, again working, but after 5 days again got the same problem, again I forced them to replace it, but they said they cannot and this time they said there is motherboard problem, so they sent this mobile to servicing center and still I am not getting my mobile from servicing center. When I called to servicing center, they are very rude and said we do not tell you to buy Micromax (what type of answer it is) and also they said some slang languages and as a gentleman I am not sharing this. I am really fed up with the servicing of Micromax Service Center. The mobile still is in the Service Center, when I called them, they said we will give you within few days that few days still not come as of yet. So, could you please look into this as my hardworking money has been gone and I am really earning heard to buy a smart phone.

                I purchase a micromax canvas doodle 4 on 2-10-15. it will functioning properly but suddenly on 27-01-16 the phone is restarted and never switched on . only logo of micromax are displayed . i visit the micromac service center in patna, and i submit my phone for checking, the assistant said me come after one month and they take my phone, and give me a recipt. my complain is why they take one month, its very long period. so please solv my problame immideatly. i face a lot of problame due to mobile dead.

                      Sir I have given my phone in lajpat nagar care centre on 4 Nov 2015. It's reference no is N[protected]. Whenever I call the concerned member they ask me to wait for 15 days. According to the return policy of micromax if they are unable to repair the phone within 45 days. They are supposed to provide a new phone. I have already waited for 80 days and still there Is no response from there side. On 28 Jan 2016 they called me up and said phone has been repaired and you can collect it when we will ask you to. But according to their return policy they are supposed to provide me new phone and they promised me for that but now they are not.
                      Sir I want a new phone of same model from their side or the cost of that phone which I have paid for buying and also the money which I have waisted on them on calling.

                            Sir,
                            Suffered a lot due to poor services provided by Micromax Service Centres:
                            I Purchased micromax canvas fire 4(IMEi-[protected]) on 15/07/2015 phone was not working fine due to battery problems.
                            for that issue I gave my phone to service center in gurgoan on 15/12/2015 and they told that the battery was to be replaced and would take about 2 week time.
                            The time passed and did not recieve any reply from your esteemed service providers.
                            Then i again got to the service people and they told me a different story on 05/01/2016 and said that the phone needed to be sent to the company and told me come after a week .
                            again after a week a different story was made and they told me that we were changing the battery and now the motherboard is damaged.
                            I Wanted to know which story of yours is to be trusted.
                            In my suggestion their is no fun of your company if your company cannot serve the customers.
                            the last time I saw the phone, it was in a very distorted condition.
                            Can you tell me who is going to pay for the losses faced by me.
                            Now i want my handset to be replaced with a new one.
                            And If their is no one to pick up your customer care number then why are you providing us with those fake numbers.

                            Hoping now your behaviour will change towards customers.
                            Try to make customers satisfied with your services.

                              Response i get everyday that ur phone is in gurgaon.Jalandhar service centre staff is so arrogant and misbehaving...They say that u r as u have bought micromax indian company phone ...Hahaha...Further they say that u must hv purchased samsung or apple...They r such irresponsible fellows...And today one of the fellows mr. Chander bhanu dogra of sehaj telecare (Jalandhar micromax service centre) said what can you do else more than going to consumer court if we dont return ur phone, it might take 3-4 more months..Their staff needs personal behaviour management classes also.Worst experience of my life buying micromax phone

                                    i submit my phone on date 04/01/2016 to the service center of bilaspur (c.G.) for repair of the power button which went wrong, i received it back within a week after repair but saw that now its keypad got damaged! so i gave it once again for service, they said that they don't have the part so it will be sent to the raipur head office for replacement.
                                    Now it is more than 20 days and i calling the service center and head office regularly but they are just asking me to just hold on for about 15 days, than few days more etc. Nonsense..
                                    I want my phone back it is urgent i said they are just saying we are mailing it urgent, they can understand my inconvenience and all that BS!!
                                    you kindly give me a solution and give my phone back i just gave it for service because it is under warranty period right now. Please take action on it as soon as possible and give results

                                      I purchased a brand new phone micromax A311 on 07/07/2015 that was my bigest mistake of my life . that i buy a failure company phone and now i will tell you exactly what i faced after 20 days of purchased of phone my phone not work properly and i submitted to my phone in micromax care centre which is in nirman vihar after 15 days company return my phone and i use my phone till 22/08/15 and on the same date my phone start trobling again so that i again submitted to my phone in the same centre under the gurvillance of swati and manish who is care centre manager and after 45 days company return my phone but unfortunately on 09/11/05 same problem occured again till today that means 75 days i even not received my phone i tried so many times to connect the manager but they people are useless . manish and swati they both are made false statement and both of them argued with me

                                      so it is humble request to you kindly look into this matter and take strong action against them specially manish and swati

                                        I had purchased this Mobile Handset Micromax AQ5001 from Sahibabad Shop on dated 6.06.2015 for Rs. 9500/-
                                        2. The mobile Handset had inherent technical problems especially the display of the screen became white occasionally and the mobile was difficult to switch off most of the time. The Handset was deposited the Micromax Service Centre to M/s. the Mobile Care (Delhi) B-36 Guru Nanak Pura opp. V3S Mall near Maharaja Banquett Hall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 on 24.10.2015. More than 3 months have passed but the Handset has not received back from the company. The Service Center always gives stereo type reply that whenever the Handset is received back from the company we will call you.
                                        3. For none of my fault I am being harassed and despite paying the money for the Handset I am deprived of the same for the last 3 months. It is therefore requested that I may be provided new Handset immediately.
