On 8 of october suprisely my phone stop working and its had been 2 months and the service center has till yet not given me back my phone whenever i go to service center they say me to come after 10 days or 25 days this thing is ridiculous everytime they say "we are not getting parts for your mobile we are sorry" this is even other companys don't take that much time

Chor Complany (Micromax) ne mera 8000Rs ka moblie Le lene ke baad aur Chor Company(Micromax) se main paresaan hone ke baad ab maine 500 Rs ka Moblie Leliya hai..

        It is very unfortunate to inform you that within six months of purchase of the above product display problem occured. I gave it to the nearest service centre i.e R.K.Services, Howrah & they informed I will get it after 20 days. on 23rd December, 15 I have received a message that my handset is repaired & can collect from the service centre. After reaching there I found my handset as it is condition. They told me that only spares has arrived to them which is also defective, So they can not give it to me. After getting highper on them they told me to come on 27.12.2015.As usual I reached there at 4.45pm & finally I got my phone at 7.00pm.They are not prepared to handed over my handset by that day. There was others also who are suffering the same problem like me. Now my phone is running properly . I have a big question on your spares which getting defected very quickly. Your service team is so much poor. Your service time also very lengthy. Now a days a phone is very essential commodity. If you keep this 20-25 days for servicing then how we will manage?

          Dear concern, i bought a canvas 350 on 30/12/14 through online from cloudtail November 2015 it faced some sort charging problem and back cover damage so I submited my micro max canvas 350 for repaire an authorised service centre cochin kerala ph no is[protected] in micromax service center cochin on 30/11/2015 who jobsheet Number is S[protected] They provide us date of delivery is with in 21 days, But i did not get my phone till date phone is not repaired I have called several times by my phone number [protected], [protected] from your service desk i havent recived any assurance till now, whether Micromax your after sale service is this much poor than what the company is boasting about.             I bought micromax canvas A310 in april 2015 from JALANDHAR.surprisingly it stopped working on 4th dec without any reason/fault.i went to service centre on 5th dec.after 2 hours they told me that it is not a software problem, trouble is in the chip/motherboard, so they need it to be sent to gurgaon service centre..time limit told by them was merely 15-18 days, , , so i AGREED to leave my handset in their irresponsible hands..shockingly after 21st of dec i m daily visiting them to return my handset but they make irrelevant excuses .like handset has major problem, there is shortage of spare parts, handset is being repaired...MICROMAX EMPLOYEES R FULL OF EXCUSES...WORST SERVICE I HV EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE..MY CELL NO IS [protected]..My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com...can somebody plz tell me the procedure to file case in CONSUMER COURT

                    Hi, i have submitted my micromax handset A96 on 12/10/2015 at sec 18 noida service centre due to some issues with performance and display of the handset. They told me that it will go to the company and might take 20 -25 days, i accepted that and waited for over 1 month. i called back and one of there agent told me to wait for another 10 days. i waited again and still getting no reply from micromax, i registered a complaint regarding this with reference ticket id - 151330, another agent from micromax called me and again told me to wait for another 10 days and promised that this time i''ll get my phone back, again after 10 days when got no reply from them and i wrote a mail to their customer service, just getting replies that its been dealt with high priority team, but i have no clue that when i will get my phone back. Now its been 2 months i don't know where my phone is and when will i get it. Please advise me what to do next in order to get my phone back. i don't care if my phone is repaired or not, i'll get this repaired from any local vendor.                         Sir, I have purchased a Micromax Canvas Gold A300 handset from infibeam.com. (Online) on 30/10/2014 after 7 Month usage I found the Network Problem. So i submitted to micromax service center in M/S SAI RAM ELECTRONICS, Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) service center give a job sheet also I attached and service centre person say after one month your handset is coming after repairing. After one month hand set is come on service centre, but problem not resolved and again says the service centre come on the after one week. I come the service centre but problem is same. Four times come on service centre, but problem not solved. This time I many times call the service centre after three-four days beet been, but my problem is not solved. Here service centre persons is very poor communicating regarding my problem. They always extend the date i have called them 10-15 times they always take different date for the return of the phone i am tired of calling them many times they even not listen and extend the date. I requested to you please solve my handset problem or either giving me a new handset.

                        I have also faced Network problem in micromax canvas gold a300.
                        I have submit 10 times in service center but problem is not solved micromax is very poor brand don't purchase micromax mobiles.
                        I have a Micromax Canvas Gold A300, It's not having signal in 2G areas, only in 3G areas it's working as a phone should be, i submitted my phone to nearest Service center on 11/05/16, they told me to contact them the very next day, when I did they informed me that they need my permission to send the phone to upper office, can't be solved by them here. so I told to do so. And on 25th May 2016, when I called them to know the status, they told me that they did not have my permission to send my phone to repair to higher office, I was totally speechless against their that kind of liability to customers, without showing anger, I told to send it to their higher office. For my bitter surprise they called me the next day morning to inform me that I need to collect my phone which is not repaired due to they have not such hardware parts in their higher office too. And as my 12 Months warranty is over so I can't expect to repair my problematic phone any more. I think there should be any such kind of law, why one can't repair his phone after warranty period is over even if he wants to pay the cost for the same?

                          I had given my phone to a local customer care authorized by micromax... 2 months ago... and they told me the phone has sent to the head office for 1 month... it returned and i got it as the same...
                          nothing changed.. only the time did...

                          why this crisis for every customers... are u really customer caring or harrasing??? or is this the way u advertize ur company...

                          fed up ... none whom i knw will never take micromax anymore..

I have complaint many times to you customer services team ( case #MMX[protected] ticket no.1819945, & 195032regarding this, Every time I'm only getting empathy but there is no resolution for this. Now It's almost about to be 1 month now but still the issue is same, Neither I getting support nor my phone If this time I didn't get my phone back, I will escalate it with consumer court & also ask for the compensation for that mental harassment which caused to me from your side.                                 Hi Team, I had send phone for service on the 31 Aug 2015 as had issue with the Power button & Volume key Repair was within warranty got the phone within a weeks time. Phone had intermittent issue with same buttons. I had visited the service center on the 25 Nov 2015 was advise to send the handset again for service however was not happy on the 13 DEC 2015 my warranty will expire. I send my phone for service second time to be replace by manufacture in Delhi time frame was given as 1 month. I had called on the 14 Dec was advise to wait 10 days more. I called today no ETA is given as device is still not return to service center Waiting for a device more than 1 month for device that also within warranty.                                     I have submitted a mobile in service center at Laxmi nager, Delhi By 17/10/2015 and my jobsheet no is N[protected] but after 2 and half month they are unable to deliver my mobile, and every time they just say, you will receive your mobile soon.
