I have purchase Micromax A311 Dec, 2015 after 15 day i faced many problem in this mobile like mobile any time switch off, this mobile hang every time and mobile battery is very poor. why? why? why? new mobile hang, switch off and battery problem in new mobile... who are responsible in this poor condition... after Expenditure Rs. 8500/- on micromax mobile. than customer not satisfied with this ... so, what the quality of micomax ??????? You are wiser than mine...

My phone micromax A092 IMEI M-[protected]/S- [protected], had given for servicing at micromax service centre, vatika complex, gurgaonwhich is in warranty period. The problem was it automatically restarts, service man said the mother board will be replaced. I left my phone for 1 month but again I m having the same problem.. What to do suggest me.

Micromax Model No. Q80, Battery Li-ion 3.7v 1200mAh Max Charging Voltage 4.2V.I want this type of Battery or equivalent type . Plz give me Suggestion/ solution.

Dear as i bought a new micromax canv nitro a311 6 mont before.after buying it was going nice but from last 5 days i am unble to open my mobile on as i am opening my mobile my wifi and mobile data is automatically open and unusual applications are downloading.my mobile data is going less continuiosly.advertisment is automaticaly coming after seeing this i reset my mobile but still its happening

Sir i am complaining continuously to micromax they call me but said, will call back by senior they try this cheap trick many time on me but not resolve my problem. complain which i sent to them i have micromax canvas turbo a250, imei [protected]( slot 1 ) and [protected]( slot 2) . i purchased it on 25 jan 2015, from that time i continously facing problem of phone heating and touch hang on incoming call, i cant attend call when touch is hanged . so i went to service center, they format it and given back me but problem was same continuously i again went to company, and again and again but not solved the problem . after that they send my phone to delhi in head service center for previous problem and screen flicking . i received my phone last week after 21 days . but again face same problem yesterday 3-4 time . now i have no believe on customer care and your repairing service . so i want to change my phone with new one so i can get relief. but service man is saying you have to wait of 45 days . i cant do this, i have not another phone so i want new phone in minimum days . so please do another process and send me a new phone . in absence of same model micromax a250, then which one model will you send, i want minimum these features as a250 at least 13 mp and 5 mp camera or more equal 1.5 ghz or more processor 2 gb ram 1080*1940 p resolution secreen atleast 441 ppi magetometer ( compass) 16 gb internal memory slim model metalic body microsim slot so which model will u send, i want to know in advance before sending my phone in head office . if you coudn't reply my mail or call back or ignore it, i am already frustrated, then i have to go consumer court i cant wait for 45 days blindly for unknown model . i want all detail in advance . so please help me .

This is regarding Micromax AQ4501 which I have submitted for repairing on[protected] and now today dated[protected], cellphone is not repaired I have called several times by my phone number [protected] on your service desk but not got assurance till now, one thing I want to ask from Micromax is that if your after sale service is this much poor than what the company is boasting about.This negative side will surely hinder your sales.If seniors are little bit free then please check your job sheet no NO[protected] and provide a suitable reply.

Dear Team I have very bad experience with you people.This is my 4th mobile of micro max but every time have a very bad experience. I just want to you know about my new mob ile.facts are below :- 1. [protected] they logged my complaint and give me assurance that in 24 hours you will get your solution. 5 on the same day i got the call from you that this was haapend due to security purprose, when will you chane your sim our system automatically has been locked for security purpose (I am the owner of the phone I have bill also so please tell me the password, ) 5 . Your people told that you are our premium customer we will give you the service on your doorstep but even after 36 hours i havenot got the solution.. 6. your people also told that now we can replace your device and you have to charge for it..i told to them that what is the charges that they told me that right now we havenot the information about it we will come to you very soon with the charges, still i have not recd any call... Why I should pay the charges... On June 2015 I purchased a Micromax Laptab from infibeam.com. Already it has been replaced once due to faulty screen. Now again same problem occurred and I complained about it on customer care helpline no. [protected] and[protected] but they are only giving false commitment of replacing the same but no steps are being taken. I asked them to refund my money but they are denying the same. Today also I called them up and asked the customer care executive to transfer my call to any senior person over there so that I could tell my problem. But they were so adamant that they did not transfer my call to anyone. Is this the transparency of any company for a dis-satisfied customer? I also wrote many complaints to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com but all my efforts went in vein. I even uploaded video of the faulty item and sent them as they said it was required by the technical department for verification. Therefore I request to take a strong action on this company and all crook people associated with this. These guys are cheats in name of professionals. They do not have any value of their words. I deposit my handset on[protected] at Bahadurgarh customer care center. They suggest me the date[protected] to get back my device repaired. But on that day they raise their hand that it will be available after 15 days. From that day to today they are asking for 10-15 days to get my handset back. Now this is ridiculous.

I Bought My Micromax Canvas 4 last year. From the date I bought i have been frequently facing issues with the mobile. Touch is not working at some region in the display, Worst charge slot, Most Important is Mobile is getting rebooted again and Again, I am really frustrated.Customer Service is Very very Very Bad.. I have been given my mobile in Authorized service center for 3 times. Till now my restart problem is not resolved. I would strongly Suggest not to buy Micromax.
