KINDLY INFORM YOUR SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM I AM NOT COLLECTING DEVISE from service center TILL I AM NOT GETTING PROPER RESOLUTION & compensation FOR MISBEHAVOUR & SPOILING MY VALUABLE WORKING HOURS
I have Registered Complaints under http://micare.micromaxinfo.com vide Reference No. Vide Reference SER145106328615 as on 24-12-2015 still not received Proper Resolution

Totally Dis satisfied Services From Micromax Informatics Ltd because Still Micromax Care Team not getting Time to Resolve My Complaints
Last Time I have received call on My M-9821306151 from No. +911243320100 as on 25-01-2016 15:38pm due to Network Problem officer commuted to call me at 5:30pm but call not received
Before That I have received call on My Mob. No-9323596512 as on 21-01-2016 at 03:51pm & officer committed to give Proper support within & call back with in 24hours with proper Resolution but Still Not Received Resolution From Micromax Informatics Ltd & Micromax MMX check Points
Kindly Note an early action in this matter will be highly appreciated as any delay can escalate the matter further.
