I am facing the same problem with same handset...A106.i hv submitted myphone at service centre in boriwali West (near by platform no.6) on 07December 2015 aand still they are not ready to return it back.i got twotime message from micromax India stating that job sheet now[protected] has been repaired please collect it from the servicecenter, when I went to servicecenter and asked about my mobile they said tome that ur handset not yet repaired and it will take extra 15 days..Theyare harrassing customers like anything. And they aremaking us fool andthey are mumbllig that they will returned it back with more additionalinternal problems and I don't have choice to repairedit because till thetime my warranty will be over ...we need justice where exactly we are, R uguys making us fool like this or should we move in other choice..Micromax company is just looting people of INDIA...My no. is[protected], I request to micromax executive please do the needfull or call me back as soon as possible morning 6am to 4pm.due to my job

    I am waiting for my cell by last 25 days the tat of 7days has been over, A worst experiance with u and ur cse agents too they dont knw how do talk.Finaly m asking for my cell and how much time more it will take now i would not suggest any my friends to buy micromax i knw i will not get satisfaction by this mail also because whole system of micromax is disgusting.

          I have given my problematic Micromax Nitro A110 for service on 28th September 2015. My job sheet ID is[protected]. Whenever I contact the service centre they said that I will get my phone in 10 working days. Almost, 3 months went but I did not receive my phone yet. Previously I sent a legal notice to Micromax head office (90B Sector-18, Gurgaon, Pincode 122015 Tel: +[protected] but there is no response. Also, I have sent mail to Micromax but they are not responding at all. Please consider and give me the replacement phone as early as possible.

            I purchased the above mentioned laptab on[protected] from Unit No 628, 2nd floor, GIP mall, sector-38A Noida for rupees 14, 500/-. Its touch-pad stopped working on 28th November 2015 evening. Since then, I am continuously calling its premium customer care executives, have even written on its Facebook page where I was given assurance to get my problem solved, but it has been almost a month now and nothing has been done to solve my problem yet. They just give assurance to replace its keyboard but not doing it. I am a writer/editor/translator and due to it, my all projects are pending and I have to bear a great loss. I am really fed up of the poor and such irresponsible attitude of Micromax authorities. If they are not paying any attention to the problem of a writer, what would they do with the problem of people who are unaware of their rights? Because of them, I have said no to many projects as without a working touch-pad, it gets tough to operate a laptab.

              Its been 41 days today i have neither received my mobile back nor replace by the company. please see the below mail i have written; Hi Team i have submitted my mobile Micromax Gold A300 Job sheet id is E[protected] on 13th November 2015 at M/S Paradise Telesoft Pvt. Ltd., Main Chakrata Road Near Hanuman Mandir Dehradun. (Contact No. of Service Centre [protected]). I had given my mobile for service due to Power issue (it wasn’t turning on), and Service Centre informed to me that its data card is damaged and they are sending it to Delhi to repair andwill take 20-25 days. It was on warranty period and was bought on 28th January 2015. As I wanted my mobile to be rectified on urgent basis I was keep on following up about the status of my mobile but I was receiving the same answer every time that you will get the mobile after 25 days, and then I called up after 25th day on 07th December 2015 than they said it will take a week, I asked why they didn’t have any clue about the status of my mobile. I finally went to the service centre and enquire about my mobile I spoke to the lady Ms Khushi who was the in charge, I asked how many more days will take, she was also speechless and cannot explained, I asked her to show me all the correspondence with regards to my mobile which she showed it to me and I was surprised to know that there was only one mail sent by the service centre to Delhi and that too on 07th December 2015, after 25th day, the day when I followed up. I spoke to the owner of the Service Centre neither he is having any clue nor he is ready to support, rather he was saying they are not allowed to share anything and gave me the number of Mr. Vinit Pandey([protected]) as per the service centre he is looking after for all the Service Centres, I tried his number but he was not picking up the call. Seriously this is one of the worst services and you do not seem to be proactively act on customer requests /complaints and no one bothers to look, poor after service from Micromax. this has become a long long wait and i feel like I am befooled, grave mistake by me trusting the product of Micromax...I don't know what the solution will be now...guess I will be approaching consumer court...if I don't get the full refund/replacement.                     Both SIM slot is not reading any SIM and memory card too. Previously I was facing problem with second slot which was for memory card and optional for SIM. I have given order of camera lense of My Mobile (Model A 106) 16 days back but I am yet to recieve it. when I call at service centre, Executives respond in very casual Behaviour.                         My name is Debanjan De, I have bought a Micromax TAB P690 from Amazon on 29/07/15. After few days the TAB got switched off and we gave it to their service centre for repair on 24/08/15. Attached is the job sheet. After that we have followed up with the service centre and got the TAB on 10/11/15 which is more than 2 month after giving it for repair. So after using it for 18 days, it again got switch off and we gave it to their service centre on 30/11/15 . Attached is the 2nd Job Sheet. They confirmed me that they will return it within 7 working days. But till date - 22/12/15 I have not received any feedback from them. As this is the second time it is occurring, the service centre as well as their customer care people also promised us that they will extend our warranty / otherwise they will give us a new tab in replace of it.                             I purchased one Yu Yureka Plus Moondust Grey - B011hy371E - IMEI [protected] through amazon on September 08, 2015. After some time the instrument was found to be a faulty one . The memory was gone not functioning properly. As per customer support of the company, I deposited the same with the service cente at B.R. Services, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on 2/11/2015 with the Job Docket No. N[protected] dated 2.11.2015. Till date neither I received the mobile back or replaced it with a new one. I am at a losers end. Pl. solve my problem without taking more time.

                              I have purchase this tab from SKmobile, Bareilly UP vide INV no 3370 dated 09 Dec 2015 and the tab is registered on 20 Dec 2015 online. the tab M_IMEI 1 : [protected] and S_IMEI2:[protected]. complaint: when I switch off the screen by pressing the power botton once, it goes complete shut down automatically. To wake up the screen then I have to follow the switch on procedure by long press the power botton .

                                I have purchased Micromax A300 gold on 19 January 2015 . On 14 October 2015 mobile screen get blank and on 15 october i have submitted my phone in micromax service center situated at lalbag lucknow under the JOB Sheet no - N[protected] dated 15/10/2015 for repairing which is under the warranty period. I was given a period of 10 days to collect the said mobile but regret to say that till date i have not got the mobile.                                 sir there is no benefit for calling i know the answer every time u make me call only u give me a time period of 10 days from last 30 days only i am getting a time period nothing else i am waiting only for 30 december 2015 after that i am going to file a case against micromax in consumer court
