We bought, Micromax 43B6000MHD 109 CM FULL HD LED TV. through Amazon.
We open the pack and connected to the power supply and switched on Woww..there is almost 1 feet black line in the middle of the Display. We shocked and Contacted the seller, amazon and Micromax. No Use. for the past 10 days No service man visited . i think he will catch me next year.

Now we plan to record the invoice with purchased date and Micromax TV Display function and Spread to whatsapp and social media to get the awareness program to the innocent buyers of amazon and the quality of Micromax. As i am a SEO profession, its not a big deal for me to make this video viral. This is the last step i took forward before i move to legal side and my frustrated area.

Customer contacted immediately and the defective product issue has been resolved. Thanks Amazon & Consumer Complaints. In between by seeing this post there is a hacker attempt happens as from micromax service person and tried to get my bank card details. So people who use this portal be CAREFULL if you give your contact number.

    I have been contacting to micromax customer care for four days due to battery failure of my phone. model name is e455. they have been told me about two time that they shall resolve my problem with in 24 hours. but their 24 hours has not com yet.

      I have submit My phone to micro max service center in warranty period for a very minor issue (for repairing point of view) that it's keys are not working properly. and now My phone is with them from last 70 days and every time whenever i contact to them they says with in 15 days they will return my mobile. I received same response from customer care and service center. Only option to go on to consumer court and never Buy any product from micro max in future.         I had deposittted the device with your service centre at MGRoad Ernakulam with net work complaints on 31/08/2015.They had sent the set to Delhi for repair.On27/10/2015 I received device stating that complaint is rectified.When I tried to make a call, error message appeared as"net work not available"(the same old complaint)Today I had deposited the device for repair.I don't know how long it will take to repair.Tomy.v, dy.manager, SBI, CSD.EKM.[protected].
        Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Even after the lapse of two and half months, the company could not rectify the complaint.The handset is still lying int tehir service centre at Pallimukku Jn, M.G.Road, Ernakulam.Now the warranty period is over.Since the hanset is with the service.centre, I had to buy another handset of a reputed company.I have every right to get extended warranty period.Since micromax is a highly irresponsible company, they did not even arranged for replacement.

              I am the customer of micromax and on 8th october i have submitted my hand set Micromax A290 and till dated no any revert came from micrmax when i visited the care center they told me that you can do waht ever you want .parts are not providing by micromax at care center my Job sheet no :-W[protected] and when i have sent a mail on [protected]@micromaxinfo.com they are only saying We apologize for the inconvenience caused thats it so i need a proper solution and also need my mobile phone due to this i facing many problem.

              same here too..I had given A210 (Micromax) for repair on 15th October 2015. When followed-up with [protected]@micromax, they even confirmed the service center to have repaired the mobile. When I visited the service center they denied to have confirmed anybody on the status and a spare part is to be got to complete the repair. When I got back to [protected]@micromax, they apologized and said the issue has been forwarded to the concerned department. Not sure when I will get my mobile back.

                Sir mera mobile - micromax E471 KNIGHT CANVAS hai jo ki meine apne sehar sagar (m.p ) se purchase kiya tha starting mein to yeh set sahi tha par ek din mere haath se slip ho gaya aur niche gir gaya hala ki uski display brake nahi hui ...wo thik hai par wo kaamnahi kar rahi hai hamere city ka service center wale ne isko lene se mana kar diya hai ... isle mujhe yeh set replace karna hai aur isse mein doosra set chahiye hai aapka jo bhi difference hoga mein pay kar doonga thanks

                  I have purchased micromax canvas knight A290 throught the flipkart in the date of 23/01/2015. After some time i noticed that my phone is not working properly. hence i reported to my nearest micromax check point at khanna on date 21/09/2015.My job sheet no is N[protected] named as Navnit. Address of micromax check point- (Gt road, near lalhari road chowk, khanna, Dist- ludhiana, punjab, pin code 141401, tin no [protected], mob [protected]) Micromax check point gives the maximum time of delivery within 20 days from the submission date. After 20 days when arrive there time of delivery is extended to 10 days more. Again i reported after 10 days, this time again date of delivery is extended to 20 days more. Immediately i called to the micromax customer care and complained about it, then the customer care representative takes responsibility and give me maximum 15 days(15/10/2015-29/10/2015). After 15 days on 29/10/2015 I called to the customer care and from their side i got negative response and again extend the delivery to maximum 15 days. From the last 40 days my mobile phone is under repairing, if they are unable to repair it i request to the micromax please replace it or refund me cost of my mobile phone.                     Dear Responsible @ Micromax, Display of my Micromax P690 (IMEI/ESN NO. [protected]) tablet got damaged on 10.08.15 just after 01 month of purchase. I submitted the same to Micromax service center (KS Mobile) near old bus stand Ghaziabad on 14.08.15. Even after 75 days they are not able to solve the problem. Whenver I call them they don't have any answer and they told me that they have not received the desired part from the company.                     Nothing has been done till date...

                    Even I was called yesterday for refund of amount due to non availability of display. To get the refund I provided them the submission report and invoice of purchase of the same. They told that they will refund the amount and told me to get the amount through transaction code they generate to get the refund for that I provide them account number & ifsc code of branch. All these communication was done through email id. micromax.[protected]@india.com & Mobile number: [protected] (Nishant Garg)
                    While doing the same through ATM as told by them I was cheated and amount from my account got transferred instead of refund.
                    After receiving the sms of amount debit I called him and he told me that it was a mistake and total amount will refund (including what I was supposed to and amount debited from my account) by today 11:00am. Since then no reply from micromax side and phone is not reachable now.
                    Nothing has been done till date...

                      I have Micromax A350, it had charging jack problem within the warranty period. When I showed it to Micromax Service Centre at Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, they asked 14 days to fix the problem. I was so surprised to hear 14 days for such a small problem but I had no option. I gave my phone to them and called them after 14 days, they said our server still shows that it will take 14 more days. So we will call you after 14 days. I was so angry with such a reply. But again I had no other option except waiting. Then I called them after 30 days of phone submission, they said our server shows that it will take 14 more days to fix the problem. This is ridiculous, this 14 days time could not move further even a single minute in last one month. Now, I feel that I am not going to get my phone back even after these 14 days. They offer one year warranty but if they keep the phone for like 2 months in one complaint then what is the use of it. Please help me and show me right direction. It does not seem correct to wait for my phone for like 6 months. Please suggest What kind of action I can take against them?

                        Hi, I have submitted my phone on 19th October 2015 to Planet Cell, Viman Nagar Branch, Pune. JOBSHEET No. W[protected]. It has been told that, it will repair in 10 days. Again when I reach their after 10 days, they said it will take 25 more days as still handset is not repaired & need to send to Micromax office. Even after 25 days i received the SMS from company saying that handset is repaired collect it from service Center, so i again reached to service center to collect handset but office was close without any notice. Next day i visited again & same office was closed with notice that due to technical problem office remain close till 22 Oct. So i visited again on 23 Oct but this they given me another different reason saying that handset is still not repaired as it is failed in QC testing when received from Micromax head office & asked me to come Monday one final time to collect my handset.I was sure that monday again i will not get my handset & they will give me some meaningless reason so I visited service center again on Tuesday morning as i have taken half day leave from office for such worst support from Micromax. This time again they had given me same reason, handset is still not repaired & come to today evening. I was completely frustrated as i came as per the given time so may time & taken half day leave from office. So I am distressed with such a worst service of this company. This is the worst service i have ever seen in my life. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                          My Micromax canvas Nitro is very frequently taking its automatic reboot at any moment. I went to the Micromax service center at Madhyamgram called the pearl system. They claimed to have changed software but the problem hasn't resolved and the same problem is being repeated in my phone. Pls kindly do the needful.

                            I have given my phone to Micromax Care on Sep 2, 2015 for Changing of charging point as well as agreed to pay INR 380 for the repairing as this faulyt doesn't come in warranty. From that day I traching with them but neither they are reverting me or returning my phone. I am really very frustrated with this behaviour. Please do intervene in this matter.                               Dear Sir, i bought Micromax Tablet P666 in July'15 . ever since i have bought it, have taken it to service center 3 times . And every time, service center takes almost 25-30 days to repair it. As a customer, i have suffered a lot . I should be compensated for the time the tablet has been there at service centers. Currently, due to some issue in battery, i have submitted the Tab to "JABIL GLOBAL SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, GURGAON" (Job Sheet No : 19695067 / Submitted on : 12 Oct 2015) and they said that Tab will be repaired in two weeks. It's already been more than 20 days but no messages received from the service center.Even they are not attending the calls.                                     On 28/09/2015 i handed over my micro max P 470 tab at Annanagar /Chennai...It is in warranty period..service people told that battery bulged and it has to sent to DELHI for replacement, , , for which it may take 15 to 20 days...Now one month over and whenever i am contacting they are replying that no answer comes from head office...Now solve my problem immediately and return my tab in working condition...Action must be taken immediately..Please do the needful to save the reputation of your company...

                                      Sir, I have purchased Micromax Canvas PEP on 01.07.2015 and given for resolving problem with touch screen in your company's service centre i.e. M/s P. M. AGENCY, NEAR CALTEX CHHAK, GITAGRAM, KURUDOL ROAD, ANGUL, ODISHA on dt. 21.09.2015 vide job sheet no. E[protected]. Sir, it is great regret to say that since 21st September, 2015 customer care executives present in your company service station are playing with me. They simply says parts are yet to be received from Head Office and asks to come after a week. This has become a daily issue.                                         I purchased micromax laptap lt 666 from the flipkart site on 11 sep 2015. I got delivery when i try to switch on the laptop it was unable to switch on it shows error that windows have to reboot, i went around three service centre of micromax in chennai about this problem all of them said u purchased online so u have to give complaint online only. I gave the complaint online to number [protected] but they told i should complain on micromax premium number on[protected]. I gave the complaint and i recevied a call from their side on 8 oct 2015 stating that i will get my replacement in the next 7 to 10 working days. But till today i never got my replacment. After waited for 10 days, i again called the number they told wait for some more days there id technical problem i asked what is means they not replied and told to wait. I request them to speak high position person or technical depaartment. They said that they dont have these facility. I regulary call them and enquiry abt my product but i get same replay i should wait because they didnt get doket numbet. And even i mail daily but i get computer generate replay only. But i got two mail from vinod kumar and lalit regarding that my replacement problem will solve very soon. But till today i never got. I bought the product to use but i didnt use once. And they give replay in customer care that i should wait even i told them that tell me the where is your company so i come directly and take my replacement with my own expenses for that also they are not agreed. I send mail to mail id [protected]@micromax.Com, [protected]@micromaxinfo.Com, service.[protected]@micromaxinfo.Com. I recevie mail from mail id [protected]@micromaxinfo.Com. Even i complaint in their website also i recevied the call but same replay i should wait. But they are not telling the time frame. Iam annoyed i bought this product for my business purpose i used to daily browsing centre and spend nearly 100 rs. My invoive date is 11/9 /2015 my invoice number is tax invoice # f02qqmum_bndi16-640 my order number in flipkart is od[protected]. I got invoice from live technology from flip kart.
