I have submit My phone to micro max service center in warranty period for a very minor issue (for repairing point of view) that automatically silent mode not working properly. and now My phone is with them from last 50 days and every time whenever i contact to them they says with in 15 days they will return my mobile. I received same response from customer care and service center. Only option to go on to consumer court and never Buy any product from micro max in future.     I am using micromax nitro a 311 dual sim mobile since jan 15. Whenever i use idea 3G network for internet or normal use it gets disconnected when a call or SMS comes to the other bsnl sim. I want a solution or opinion.. The problem started recently..awaiting your valuable reply...

      My phone Micromax A-350 is in micromax service center from last 3 months. I have went many a times there. But I never got my phone. My phone's display was not working. I am attaching the Job sheet from Micromax service center. Please look into this as it is ridiculous, M a working professional and I can't go to service center daily to fight with the guys present there. I really need a immediate response, and I will never suggest any of my colleagues or any one in my family to buy Micromax Phones because this kind of service is not acceptable. I need compensation this is not going to work like this. Please I am fed up, so, resolve my complaint whatever is best please do it. [protected] SADAR BAZAR, BARNALA, PHONE NO.[protected] BARNALA 148101 I have given Micromax mobile for repairs on 22/07/15 to BARNALA Service Center M/S DHALIWAL MOBILE REPAIR, SHOP NO. 25, SABHA COMPLEX, HANDIYAYA BAZAR BARNALA.PHONE NO. N[protected] Since more than Two months my mobile is under advanced repair Micromax center /delayed / no coordination from dealer or helpline in letting me know the deadline for repairs & arrogant behavior – I am just being informed that my cell phone is under repair.They are saying from first day i called them that your phone is under repair and will be given to to you in 20 days.This is the thing they say only nothing else no update, Due to which I am feeling insecure and being cheated.I am suffering very much without my android phone.               My Micromax CANVAS 2 A110 MOBILE got busted while in charging. I called your toll free number on 25/08/2015 and they gave me a compliant id (mmx[protected] they told me to go to the nearest service center for the further support.I went to the nearest service center and gave the mobile to the service manager of the center and given the mobile and they registered the compliant and gave me the job-sheet of the registered complaint.The service manager said that he will send it to the HO and will update in a week but i dint gent any update from service center.Again i called them after one week but still i get the same answer from the service center.I again waited for another one week to months but still i get the same answer.After that i called the micromax toll free number on 18/09/2015 the person said kindly wait for 15 days you will get your device and gave a new complaint id (mmx[protected] and ask me to wait till October 3rd.I waited but still no reply from service center or from micromax customer support.I again called to service center ask about the details they gave the service manager number i called him and he said that he resigned from the company.The service center people's itself don't know who is working in their company.They said the device is with and asked me to come and collect it back.Yesterday i want to the service center and ask them that the previous service manager has resigned and wait for another 20 days that new service manager will check and give me the update.Today i also called the micromax toll free number and spoke to person name is Mr. Himanshu he also said please wait for another 15 days i can't wait anymore i need the immediate reply form micromax are else i will take this issue to the consumer court.Here i'm attaching the images of the busted mobile phone.                 I purchased one unit of canvas a 1 after it functioned good i went for another unit purchase of same model. it got upgraded to lollipop. it worked ok. few days back a message flashed for upgradation to marshmallow version 6.0 which i duly downloaded. as soon as i downloaded my 32 gb - sd card got corrupted i am unable to operate whatsapp, gallery, photos, videos. Pop up of two calculators two photos two galleries applications have occured.- when i approached micromax care centre at Moosarambagh, hyderabad, telangana state, they cooly said this is new problem which they will not be able to solve. It is still in warranty period. a message flashes to unmount SD card or remove. How to unmount care centre does not know.                         Sir i have already submitted a complaint against my micromax canvas knight before on 30 sept, 2015. but yet i don.t received any positive answer. it is my 1st complained id name is Manvendra Pratap
                        today i described all of my details problems here. first i bought this mobile from Sector 14 GGN and after 5 moths it will started problems with touch response and slow on ram..and i have submiited the mobile at nearest service center in gurgaon, named M/S Shree Sai Telecom on 30th Sep, 2015.thereafter they say it will take 15/20 days it will delivered to you.and i will call all the helpline number and service center number but they just listen to me and says dear customer it will take 20 more days to delivered, Please wait till the time.
                        i will complained against my repairing purpose on 27th oct, 2015. then i will call the executive of micromax and he say minimum 20 days forward from now complained date.so stay tune with our services. i can't believe the services provided by micromax company. my job sheet number is-N[protected]. dated on 30 Sep.2015.
                        sir please help me to resolved my problems. its a hard to stay without a smart phone.i don't have a secondary phone...i just keep manage with my friends bar phone which is given by him... sir i obliged you and hope you will listen my tottering situations. please resolved my problems. please micromax take every care of your customer's every single phone...

                          I had given my phone at the service center in pune swargate branch on 21-09-15 the phone is in warranty. the problem was with the the vol rocker keys job sheet no W[protected] i was told i ll get my phone in a month max now today is 27-10-15. i have done multiple mails to the company but no quality information is given also made complaints over the phone complain id MMX[protected] WHEN i called at the service center again last week i was told my phone was not repaired and it is sent again with a new jobsheet no W[protected] but it is today i found out when i went to the service center that the phone is damaged in transition and they haven't received no proper information of what is gonna happen i want a refund from the company

                            सर मेरा Phone 3/10/2015 को मैंने आपके सर्विस सेंटर में दिया था उसका जॉब न.[protected] था, उस वक़्त उसमे सिर्फ चार्जिंग की दिक्कत थी मोबाइल चार्जिंग में लगाने पर बैटरी फुल चार्ज बताने लगती थी, तब उन्होंने मुझसे कहा की इसके कनेक्टर में प्रॉब्लम है और मेरे पास अभी नहीं है तब मैंने कस्टमर केयर बात करके कनेक्टर की कम्प्लेन की तब जा के कनेक्टर आया उसके बाद उन्होंने मुझे कॉल किया की सर आप का मोबाइल बन गया है आप आकर उसे ले जाये पर मेरे जाने पर उन्होंने बताया कि आपके मोबाइल का मदर बोर्ड ख़राब हो गया है फिर उन्होंने मुझे शुक्रवार तक का समय दिया उन्होंने मुझे फिर कॉल किया की सर आप का मोबाइल बन गया है आप आकर उसे ले जाये पर शनिवार को जाने पर उन्होंने बताया कि आपका मोबाइल डेड हो गया है, अब ये दिल्ली जायेगा बनने अब आप ही बताइये कि इस तरह सर्विस दी जाती है आपके सर्विस सेंटर में अब उन्होंने नया जॉब न. खोल दिया है[protected] और उसके बारे में कोई भी सुचना नहीं है कि मेरा फ़ोन मुझे कब तक मिलेगा, मेरे फ़ोन कि तो लाइफ ही खत्म करदी है उन्होंने मुझे उस फ़ोन पर अब विश्वास नहीं है शयद दो-चार दिन बाद फिर ख़राब हो जाये कृपया इस मामले को आप अपने स्तर से देखकर मुझे सही जानकारी दे | धन्वाद

                              Hi am Shailesh Yadav From Gurgaon. I am so much facing problem from your side. I have given my mobile to your service center on 26th Sep 2015 in sec 12 A. They told me maximum 10 to 15 days you will get your handset. According to them I called in your service center on 5th Oct 2015 and they told it will take more 20 to 25 days. Then I contact to your customer care they arrange my call in iconnect they told me any how you will your mobile till 20th Oct 2015. Then again in 15th October i called in service center they said again it will take 20 to 25 days. Then i post complaint in www.consumercomplaint, in then on 20th oct 2015 i got call from your head office from number[protected] and talked the person Miss Monika she said, we are giving you new handset on replacement and with in a 5 to 6 working days you will get in means till 27th Oct you will get new handset. I did recording all the audio of Monika whatever she committed to me . Today on 27th oct 2015 again i called in service center they have no any idea regarding the same for replacement of my mobile. Then again I got call from[protected] person name is Miss Deepa she said they are also no idea for replacement and said your get wait . This is very fraud and cheap service from your side . Micromax is fraud and Burglar company. I have posted the same on facebook, twitter, and consumer compliant website . And tomorrow i am going for legal case on micomax and the person monika who said they will give me new handset. I have all audio recording.                                 I bought a new CDMA mobile set CG777 the internal ringtone volume is very low. And not able to set ringtone from memory card with same format though having option Browser is also not working . kindly take appropriate action or refund the amount .

                                    In july gave my mobile to service centre in nagpur for repaire.but till now i not got my mobile replace or repaire from last 4 month.after that i gave again coplainted to micromax consumer complait website.but still today not solve my problem.plzz consider my complaint & reply me.otherwise i will file complaint to the consumer forum..

                                      Dear sir/madam, I have purchased a mobile phone micromax canvas a106 unite. It was working fine. But after 2-3 months i have faced a technical problem. It was the microsd card slot which is not working. So i visited the micromax service center to get it repaired. They told me that the problem can not be shortout by service center so they will send the phone to company and i will get a new handset by replacing this. My job sheet no. N[protected], Dated-31/8/2015 My imei no. [protected], [protected] So i agreed to replace the phone and they said i will get the phone in 20-25 days. But after waiting they have not contacted me so after 30days i wisited the care again. Then they said the phone had not arrived from the company and i will be informed when the phone will arrive. But even after waiting a long period they have not contacted me again i have faced so many problems witout my phone so i contacted on there costomer care no. on on 26/10/2015. But they said the phone has not arrive i have requested them a lot to get the phone early so the said they will cotact me afternoon. I have lost my all patients and called them afternoon and they said my phone has arrived i feel very happy and tention free. But the happiness is not for long when i vsited the care i got the phone but i am confused is the phone new or already used because it has scratches on the camera glass and not even that was enough when i inserted the sim card and microsd card both of them are not detected i have tried several times but it was not detected i am totally surprise how they are fooling customers. When i showed it to them then they said the phone was not checked properly by them before giving it to me so they said me they contact me tomorrow.It was really so much frustrating now and also shocking how an company like Micromax can do this for there costomers. I belong to a midle class family so buying a new phone is really getting out of my rech. So kindly response and solve my problem its my humble request.                                         I purchased this mobile on 11/11/2014 after few months the mobile suddenly switched off so I have given at nizamabad andrapradesh 503001 service centeron 31/07/2015 and they gave the jobsheet no S[protected] after two months they successfully repaired my mobile and device was handed over to me but after using few days again new problems started charging sachet of the device not function so I am unable to charge the mobile and my out going voice is very low so other person s unable to here my voice on basis of these two problems I approached service center again on 13/102/2015 but at this time job sheet was not generated due some technical problems it was not done any how so daily I visited service center to get new job sheet but no use Sevice center executive failed to solve it and they suggested me to approach customer care so with patiently I approached cusmercare many time by call and by mail every time they are asking from starting without knowing previous summary I am worrying about the warranty period it is going to be on 11/11/2015 how I have to solve my problem I am unable to understand so approached this way
