I had bought a Micromax canvas A 350 from Amazon on 11/11/2014. Micromax service Center for nearly 3 months for the same problem which is still unsolved. First time when my phone was giving trouble there service center kept it for 2 months and when I got it back the handset had the same problem and now again it is 20 days that my phone is in service Center which Make a total of nearly three months and over that my phone warranty is also about to lapse.

Now I have not paid for a defective piece I want to know if the problem in my phone is so difficult to be solved then why is my handset not begin replaced or are you waiting for my phone's Warranty to be lapsed.

I received my phone from service center on 17/10/15 but auto rotation is not working rear camera is damage and phone condition is very bad shape..

Service is not properly Ahmednagar, Savedi Micromax Service Center. Because I have go to micromax service center he told your problem solve 850/- Rs. you will came after 5 Day's. I am going after 5 Day's then he told your mobile is not repaired. he told your motherboard problem and total price 3200/- . I said please, order this motherboard (A102 Canvas Doodle 3) then he told you will came 20 or 21 day's. I am going service center after 21 day's three or four time he told motherboard is not available in company and give me mobile without repair after 40 day's. so i am not satisfied your service center. Respective Sir/Madam, I have submitted my micromax A350 smart phone to maicromax service center, Malad (west) My job sheet reference no is : W[protected]. as the phone has issue with the receiving speaker. The same was in warranty period. it was more than 20 days I have submitted to them, still they have not returned me the phone nor they are telling me the exact date when it is going to be repaired

This is to inform you that my Job sheet no. regarding mobile service is N[protected], dated: 4.9.15 at M/s AVJ Communication, 2 Shop no. 20, 2nd Floor, Hudson Lane, Kingsway Camp, New Delhi - 9. I have purchased a mobile phone by Snapdeal in March 2014. The mobile phone was not able to switch on from August end 2015, so I have submitted this mobile phone to Micromax registered service center (As stated above). I was assured to get service of my phone within 10-15 days, but it is almost 2 months of submission of my mobile phone. Whenever I make call to service center on numbers: [protected] and [protected] they reply as it is under process and within 15 days I will get my phone. But I have not get it till date. Now I get very much disturbed by this behaviour of your service providers. Now I am thinking of moving to consumer court for this disappointing and disturbing behaviour of your company. Finally I am requesting you to return my phone within this week (till 30.10.15) either properly repaired or return it as I have submitted to the service center.

Hi, I was using a Micromax handset A350, from last one year. Everything was perfect about the brand till i had some charging issues with the set. I went to a goodwill center of micromax. They said the phone need to be submitted as the charging point is damaged and they need to change the connector. I asked for a replacement handset for use till my phone will be repaired. They said they do not have any replacement handset. Its been 20 days since then, i haven't received my handset back. Everytime i am calling to check they are saying they have placed an order for the part but haven't received it and do not have any update when this issue will be resolved.

There behaviour with customers is really rude, they are thinking like they areone one ceo of micromax, when i ask something they reply ask to manager, they gave back my tab after 1 n half month that too fully scratched... Worst service provider... I really want some strict action against them... If they Dont know how to behave then why are they dealing wd customers? Every corner of my tab is scratched, n from 1 side it is open... When I asked them about it, they replied as they pity on me.. They said "on the notice board you will find manageno. U can call him". And when I tried that no was not working. Seriously there behaviour n there work was horrible n vl continue

Since 20 days i am waiting for my dead keyboard replacement which is under warranty and micromax is replacing defected products what a 3rd class service???? they are also sending replacements to wrong addresses after so many times noting down my right delivery address. So stupid a co. No one should buy their any product better to go for china products than these

Ihve given my micromax mobile since 35 days in service centre to replace the battery of doddle4 they are still saying for 15 more days what is this rubbish now ihve to take new mobile agai doodle4 is also 1/2 months old i dont want micromax again service is tooo baad

Its to much just like to hell my unite 3 just 6 month old battery draning unlimited 10am battery was full charge 100%and without use 11am its 88% and the service engineer tell sir give i think its battery leakage problem...give me your phone for 1month after they search what is the problem ...so m i use after given u the mobile for one month what is your service give me the solution in my mail id [protected]@gmail.com

I have purchased P407 around 8 month back and it was lying unused for initial three months then we started using it only for the purpose of checking few kids studies related app so does not even get used for an hour in the whole day in with this kind o[censored]sage my Tab went dead twice n both the time i had to leave it with service center for one month which was highly irritating. A indian brand increasing its footprint across globe sells a poor quality stuff is simply not acceptable so request you to replace the Tab this time rather then repairing it as it is lying at Ahmedabad service center now.The job sheet no- W[protected].

Micromax a104 purchased on 14 feb the touch gone bad in june i gave it to panjim, goa for repair they retun the device after 45 after lot of hasle complaints after one week the its again get damaged the same problem i was busy i stay in pernem so i cant go panjim so given the mobile in august 08 2015 for repair again its happening the same they told it will repair in 15 days now its almost a month todays date 08 october 2015, now what to do i feel ashamed why i purchased the micromax i heard lot good thing and its an indian product i feel proud when i purchased but now... I have no word after lots of complaints the mobile is not getting repaired every time we call the are telling the part is not yet recieve from delhi so its a humble request if the mail is reaching to delhi please send the mobile part to goa i am getting tired of all this again and again same now this is my last email because i am feed up i might be giving complain to consumer forums and put in all news paper whatever money is wasting wasted atleast people will know what the brand micromax i doing with there custome and i will pull live interview of all the customer like me from all around in india thank you and soory if its hurt you

I am Rajesh Rathor having Micromax mobile A104. In 8th Aug 15 this got switch off automatically and than I sent it in Micromax service center and submitted it for repair.

I got call on that this mobile has been sent to Company for replacement or repair and you will get in 30 days or max to max 45 days. Now from 8th Aug 2015 to till that I am waiting for the mobile. now service center person are not responding my phone and company care saying that wait for 15 days more.
it just going to be complete 3 month and I am waiting for mobile.

please please please help me in this issue

Respected sir, i saket agarwal purchased micromax canvas wundows w121 in the month of[protected] imei no. of my handset is:- 1.[protected] 2.[protected] i submited my handset to service center on[protected]jobsheet no. is n[protected]. and after 15 days i recieved my handset from service center on that time my imei no. is changed .and they said to me it is changed by company ...i confirmed on tolfree no. there is no a such issue .please take action or refund my money ...

Dear micromax team, please note that we pitchased one phone of micromax d320b from malviya nagar showroom also extended the warranty for more 1 year on 8.7.2015. Since than the phone is having lots of different kind of problems. We submitted in your noida sector 27 service centre( satguru commincation) . As per them they have sent the phone to factory 2 times but after repair again the problems are coming nd now phone is getting switch on but not going further after bolt logo. We submitted yesterday again the phone in service centre but the way these people are beaving is very frustating. They do not know that how to talk to the cutomer and also telling very rudly that it will take 20-25 days more to get it repaired...

I buying micromax selfi lens Q345 on 3rd september but phone dead with in 10 days and then i submitted to micromax service center jabalpur 0n 26 september 2015 phone is not repair and i have not detail about so plz provide my mobile as fast as possible

My phone which is a canvas nitroA311 is having frequent problems regarding slowing up of phone due to some apps like time survice, guard service, security plugin, adobe air, monkey test etc...and there is problems regarding auto installing of many apps like N locker, and many others. the problems cannot be fixed even after reseting the phone. this is creating much more problems while using internet.

Meine 3 month phele snapedeal se online phone liya tha or phirr meine micromax ki site par jake service centre par search kiya or phone edkar aayi une logo ne 25 days mera phone apane pass rakha or abhi 2 dine phele service centre se leke aayi thi but vapas se kharab ho gaya h.actually me mera phone apane aap off ho raha h.plzzz help me.
