I purchased mobile in OCT last year 2014. its started to give problems. i submitted mobile in service centre they took almost one and half month to repair that and again after one month its showing same problem, now i submitted and again it took one month and 10 day. now still i am facing the problem they still saying it will take more than 50 days so its still pending in your service centre. its almost completes my warranty. i am not satisfied with this phone . so my humble request to you please replace my phone. i am attaching my bill and job sheet. and in job sheet they changed my address please correct this House no. 496 rajeev colony sector 17 panchkula m-[protected], [protected], [protected] email. arjun.[protected]@gmail.com Please resolve my problem...         Good Morning sir/Medan. This is Murthy from Visakhapatnam, Andharapradesh, India. I I purchased canvas p480 tab 10 days before. First it was not charging. Then I went to shop they change adaptor. After three days. It was getting heat. I am using only for watsup, browsing in morning time only. So it is getting heat and hangup tap. I gave complaint to shop. That persons said we don't no . if any compliment give to device. sevice center.and some times switch on tab it tip tip sound.just like wire sorting sound. What I do ?

            The phone micromax canvas nitro a311 suddenly stopped working and stopped responding to touch. The phone was not damaged in any way(neither dropped nor put in water). When taken to authorized service center of micromax. they say the phone has been damaged due to water, which is not true, and are also saying that there has been a short circuit in the touch pad mechanics. They are not repairing the phone even when its under warranty period. The phone has been damaged due to a malfunction in the parts, which is not my fault. Micromax is charging rs 5000 for repairing touchscreen. When told to repair without charges as it is in warranty period, they are refusing to take phone under repair and demanding a charge of rs 5000. Which is against the laid down terms and conditions of the mobile phone. There fore I request my complaint be registered and necessary actions be taken to get my phone repaired free of cost.

                Dear sir/ma’am This has the reference regarding my Micromax phone Canvas 2 colors purchased in OCT last year 2014 But from past five months the support from micromax service is not at all satisfactory. My phone got some motherboard problem so I submitted it to MOBILE DOT COM, micromax service center, SRIRAM towers, Hazratganj, lucknow. After service also I faced many problems in it like touch not sesing, battery overheating, display issues and many more. again I submitted four time to the center this month but the people promising to replace the unit with new one since it is under warranty, but they are not ready to replace as they are doing something in it and giving it back, and while using, some other problem happens on my phone each and every time.Those people are just passing my warranty time I feel. I am escalating this issue because I have got fed up with the worst support of micromax and I need a new phone instead of getting my current phone serviced as its just a pieace of crap.                   We had purchased the phone on 17 th April 2015 from Jasmin mobile Vadodara. There were wi fi issues for which we went twice to the authorised service station where the phone was factory reset twice still the problems persisted then for the third time they sent the phone for a motherboard replacement. We received the phone after around 15 days saying that the problem was resolved but to our disappointment the problem was still there and a new problem had developed.Now the camera has stopped working completely .this is so frustrating and disappointing and is not expected from a company like micromax I would be highly obliged if the company gives me a replacement. Kindly do so at the earliest.

                    I was purchase one canvaa knight A350 last year with November 2014. And this hand set was unable to connect with charger or hanging problem showing after I had visit to your lajpat nagar service centre. He has checked my phone and asked me about Money for repair cost is 1950. As per service report attached. Now I have called you care no. He saying this is under warranty cover you don't have pay. But these person are not accepted under warranty and received money 1950. After given phone to me. We have sent mail many time on his id but till date no response received.

                      Oct 21, 2015 I want to raise a complaint against micromax service centre. They took so long to repair the phone, employees doesn't even have sense to talk to the customers. Most of all they locked my device without my permission, i didn't check that at the time of delivery but later. Now when i called them they denied to accept that they locked my device and was very rude to me and they hung up on me. After that they've been dodging my calls, not answering, what is that? They really pissed me off i mean is that the way to handle a customer? Kindly look forward to it, resolve the matter, i want an action against them, I would really appreciate your help.                           My mobile micromax a311 is have purchesing on 25/may/2015 i am using only 2 months and mobile start so much problems like hanging wifi is not working etc. I am submited my mobile on micromax care on 23/aug/2015 and recive my mobile after 2 days i'll check but mobile was not working properly than i agin submet on 27/aug/2015 and still today is 21/oct/2015 my mobile not give me.i well call agian and again but executives say after 15 days you will racive your mobile but next 15 days i call agian the answer will same.                               I want to complain about service center, 3 months back I had given my Micromax Canvas Knight A350, white colour phone for repairing, there was a battery and charging issue. Though the phone was under warranty period but customer executive of Micromax told me that the issue that my phone is facing cannot be repaired under warranty so i asked to repair it and was ready to bear the additional cost for the same, they asked me to collect my phone after 15 days but now it’s more than 90 days passed away (Invoice date: 20/7/15) till now they have not called me and whenever I am trying to reach them they are not responding properly they keep my call on hold and disconnect it, whenever they pick they kept saying that you will get your phone after 4 days but that day did not come so finally I asked them to return my phone if it is not repaired till date. On my request they got ready to return me a phone in place of my Micromax A350 and offered me a black coloured different model damaged phone and when I refused to take it they responded very rudely and forced me to take that damaged phone by saying that this is the phone head office has sent to us so service centre cannot do anything else for you. Then I called head office in Gurgaon but again customer care executive told me that this request will be entertain in Service center only. Right now I am very disappointed the way Micromax service center is treating their customers and going onwards I will suggest every one not to buy any Micromax phone. Also because of this sick attitude and bad customer service of micromax I really got mentally harassed and lost all my business contacts for more than 3 months, which also caused me a huge business loss. so now I want my full money(Rs 14500) to be refunded which I paid initially for this phone along with additional money of Rs 50, 000 for the stress, depression and mental harassment caused by Micromax. Kindly look into the matter and respond at the earliest. Below mentioned is the service center & Invoice details.                               I just receive a call from mobile no [protected], Mr Rahul Gupta Bangalore asking for my debit card no of National/Canara bank so that amount of 14500 can be transferred in 5 minutes.

                              I suspect that this was a fake call please confirm.

                                I sameer from Hyderabad, I have given my Mobile on 7/9/2015 at sri dhatre mobiles secunderabad .there was a charging problem in my mobile and today it's almost 40 days since I submitted my mobile but still i didn't get any positive response from the respected service center . I hope my this complaint will taken into consideration and also I'm expecting a positive response even though it's quite late

                                  I had submit my micromax Q-380 mobile to micromax chek point, maruti enterprise, bhavnagar on dt.21/09/2015 he told me that ur phone will be repair in just one week, we have not parts of this phone so we well give ur phone in just one week after a 1 month he dont give me a suttisfied answer and i m also complain in micromax care 2 times but they are told me ur phone is repair in 20 days so whats my foult in ur communication gap, im waiting n waiting, i say when u have not sufficient parts so why r u laounching new mobiles customer are waiting for phone in ur mistake, give me a valid reason for this

                                    I have purchased this mobile in march 2015 and there are many issues like heating and rebooting from the initial stage. The issue was intermittent hence I was leaving with it and from past one month the Mobile get hung or reboot unexpectedly many times in a day and I am not able to use this for the purpose I brought. I have called up their customer case many times and they always tell to reset, reflash, try in safe mode.. after long 1 month + exercise finally they agreed to replace the part. but still I am not getting the replacement yet. Ticket ID: 14171141 This very pathetic service and I request no one to buy fro yu as they are not interested to provide any service at all.

                                        I bought a micromax a310 on 22/10/2014. There was some problem with my phone so I given it to Micromax authorised service station (chinubhai tower, ashram Road, ahmedabad) for repairing purpose on 01/08/2015.. Still it is not coming.
