Dear Sir, I had purchased a Micromax A350 (Black & Gold) mobile phone some 9 months ago. But my phone had some problem with charging port just after 4-5 months. I visited the micromax customer care centre Door No. 16-1-63/51, 1st Floor, Mangalore Gate Complex, Kankanady, Mangaluru, Karnataka 575002 Tel:[protected]. And since 4 months my phone is in your service centre, till today I haven’t received my phone back. I wonder why the hell it takes this long to mend this small problem. Don’t you people produce the spare parts? Why are you taking this much of time to fix this issue. In these 4 months 5 times I have been called to collect the phone from your service centre, but everytime I collect the phone I notice the problem still exist, they never fix it. What hell your staff doing? Are you going to give me a new phone? Every time I visit there, they give me a new docket number. And my latest docket number is S[protected], Job sheet date is 07/10/2015. This was the last date I went there. Now again almost 2 weeks passed, no call no reply from them. I am very disappointed by your service. This is the worst company & worst customer care I have ever seen. I had suggested many of my friends and relatives to buy Micromax brand & they have purchased also. I never thought it would be this much of worst company. In future I never suggest to buy micromax. Samsumg is far more better than your phone & service. In these 9 months I used my phone for 4-5 months only, rest of the time it was (is) in your service centre. When are you going to give my phone to me? after the warranty lapse period??. Give my phone back to me at the earliest in good condition. And also with the 5 months extended warranty, or else for sure I will go to consumer court, you will burn your hands. Seriously!!!

    I want to file a complaint against Micromax, i had bought a Micromax canvas A1 phone from Magnet, i had network problem. I have given the phone in Magnet with job sheet number:12017, its been more than 10 days still the phone has not been repaired and they are saying it will take more 10 to 15 days.

      Sir i buyed a micromax mobile its cost around 20k and just after 5 months its started to give problems and after 2 mpnths its stopped completely working, and i submitted mobile in service center they took almost one and half month to repair that and again after one month its showing same problem, now i submitted they saying it will take more than 50 days its almost completes my warranty if again its not working after one month i have to pay repair bill and they taking too long time for resolving problems and no proper response i mailed 10 times but they will rep-ly only after 24 hrs, and no proper response too..

        I submit my phone at MMX Service Center On 4th Sep 2015, and Today is 20th Oct 2015 still not have my phone. When i Call customer care ([protected]), they always say that sir be patent we deliver your phone with in 10 to 15 days but they didn't. What should i do, Is my phone deliver this year or Next year. Seriously the Gadget like Smart phone, Tablet, LCD are good but the Service is Worst Service in India...

          I m Jesson from chennai. I m using Micromax canvas knight A350 (imei no. [protected]). I bought it last year on 22/10/2015. But before it reaches it 1st year my mobile making problem. I went to micomax chckpoint in kodambakkam on 6/10/2015 and registered my complaint. They told water went inside ur phone thats y ur touch not working. But in my Mobile keypad only 456 numbers are not working. and i didnt used it in any water areas. Is this the way u care about warranty products. Its not water its sweat went through earphone. do u manufacture a mob that a sweat can go through earphone. I m dissatisfied with this. The display Charges 5500 rs for me they told.

              I gave my phone on 2/09/2015.for repairing the display problem. My phones display was not working. they said, phone will be back in one month. but they are taking too much time. phone is still in their hands and didn't repaired it. and just delaying us.

                  I have a Canvas Knight A350 which had a faulty Power button that seldom used to respond. On 26th September, after waiting 2.5 Hours(Lajpat Nagar 2 Service Center), I was told Phone was in warranty period, which is why I decided to get it repaired. Neetu, at the counter informed that all Data will be lost including Contacts. So I went back on Monday, the 28th after trying to save some Data. Neetu was very sweet to accept the Handset without making me wait. I was given an estimate of Rs672 for change of broken Glass Back Panel and rest was covered under warranty, because phone was bought around 20th of November 2014. The recipt carries Complaint Number - NO[protected] original Print Number on slip was NO[protected]. I was told that Phone will take a minimum of 10 Days for repair and return. I was given Contact Numbers to call and confirm status. The numbers are NON CONTACTABLE. Even after leaving sms on the Mobile. I called[protected] innumerable times and ONLY 1 TIME, with Much difficulty, got through. The man on the phone simply said Parts not available and will take at least 15 days for return of handset. So I went to the the Service Center again on 9th Of October. Spoke to a tall Supervisor( who walks with a limp) who convenced me again that I will get the Handset back before 20th of October. While he would not give anything in writing, he said he will call back personally to inform. It is 19th Today and I have still not received the call. I can't feel comfortable thinking that I again go there and get late for my office - for the sake of a blessed Mobile Handset.

                    My name is ARUN Y and iam working as a Lawyer in the High Court of Kerala. I purchased a micromax E311 Nitro 2 Smart phone about 3 Months ago. I think am Unlucky by Buying this phone, and this phone have no Quality than a Chinese phone. After 2 Months this phone is not Working, i don't know the exact reason ... As a consumer i follow the right way by handover complaint Handset to the Authorized Service center in My District on 15-09-15 mentioned above. Now 34 days over, there is no responses from their side... So i understand your way of servicing... as a Lawyer i need a smart phone you know... now i have no phone to use... So i just decide to take the Second way like giving Complaints against the Company, Company CEO and The Authorized Service Center too. So Kindly do something otherwise after two Days i must got to the Court and Press also...

                        I had purchased Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 Mobile phone through online from Snapdeal.com on 29.04.2015 & within 4 months period the black shade appear on the display screen. In this connection, I had contacted customer care division of Micromax and as per their suggestion I had visited their Service centre held at Gandhinagar, Gujarat on 30.09.2015. After checking my mobile, they informed me that this is display penal related problem & it will be changed after receive from company central stores. They have generated the service job sheet vide no. W[protected] with information that 10 days time for repairing this problem. And then after my several reminder/follow up with Micromax but to till date I have not received my mobile. The following are communications with Micromax in connection with a grievance faced by me, which was self explanatory:- • Two different Job sheets are provided by Micromax Co. authorised service centre against my complain: 1. W[protected] – 30/09/2015 2. W[protected] - 12/10/2015 • The following Ticket Ids are received after I had registered my complains through your email id providing in Micromax company website “[protected]@micromaxinfo.com”: 1. Ticket id – 59326 -01.09.2015 2. Ticket id[protected]/10/2015 3. Ticket id –[protected]/10/2015 4. Ticket id[protected]/10/2015 5. Ticket id –[protected]/10/2015 • I had registered my complain again through: http://micare.micromaxinfo.com/ then I had received the following mentioned reference no: Reference no is SER[protected], date: 14/10/2015 • I had three times contacted your executive through your helpline number:[protected] & I had received complain ids against my complain: 1. MX[protected] dated 08/10/2015 2. MMX[protected], dated 19/10/2015 I am writing to you for register my complain against Micromax Co. for replacement of my mobile free of cost with immediately.                             I bought A350 model of Micromax close to more than 1 year back. After 1 month of my purchase I started facing issues with phone. it was not switching on. that time i was in Mysore and so submitted my phone in one of the customer service centre. after 3 months i got my phone back and again it worked only for few months and now it is with the Kalkaji customer service centre of Micromax for more than 3 months. Till now i have received 3 job sheets and yet no response from them. Staff there has been telling and us it with the company. i just want a new phone now. i have spent 22, 000 on this phone and this is the worst experience with any phone company. Micromax is in the business of fooling customers and not manufacture phone.

                              I had bought a Micromax Canvas Tablet before 9 months from Kolkata. Now I am facing battery charging problem with the same. I went to the service centre( Bangalore and Kolkata also) and requested to repair within the warranty period. They asked to take the Tab after 1.5 months. I am unable to find the reason behind this. Please do the needful as soon as possible and revert back in case of any query regarding the same.

                                I am Shailesh Yadav From Gurgaon (H.R) My Micromax Mobile i.e AQ4501, there was a problem in touch key, it was in guaranty period on 26th September 2015 i have given in service center in Gurgaon sec 12A, they told me maximum with in 10 to 15 days you will your mobile.(means till 10th october 2015) According to commitment, I called them on 5th October now they said i will take again 20 to 25 days, and not responding well said if you want you can call anyone before 20 to 25 days we will not provide you mobile. After that on same days 5th October i called to micromax customer care [protected] they were apologizing and saying any how we will give your mobile till 20th October. After that I got call from Micromax side and they said we will give you mobile till 20th October. And Finally Today on 15th October 2015 I called again in service center now they are saying it will take more 20 to 25 days and not responding professionally . and On 17th Oct they called me via[protected] number and said any how we will give your till 5th Nov 2015, other wise we will give new handset and refund amount also. If till 5th Nov i did not get my mobile then i will do case against the company in court because i have all audio recording which they told me . My JOB SHEET No : N[protected] Regards Shailesh Yadav

                                  I have given my micro max mobile for repairing in authorized service center by micro max. I submitted my mobile for resolving the problem regarding, 4305 connectivity no USB cable connection, 4403 No incoming Audio, 4407, No audio in loud speaker, 4911 display touch screen not working. (these data from from the job sheet) my mobile has repair warranty, but whenever i contact with the service center they are not giving any replay. They always says that will resolve the issue soon..Its already one month over(169215).

                                    Sir after purchasing the mobile phone Micromax A311 there was a problem of touch in the phone and I went to the service centre to show the problem in authorized service centre of micromax mobile named Service zone tele centre, 92 ambedkar road, ghaziabad and after seeing the problem they kept the phone with them and said it should take around 15 to 20 days to get it repaired as it is in warranty so it will go to the company and gave me the receiving with job sheet No.[protected] dated 08.09.2015 where they have mentioned a contact No. to check for the mobile phone status if its repaired or not. The representative also told that i can check and then come to the service centre to collect the mobile phone. sir but this service centre dont pick the call whole day after ringing continuously they take receiver and put it apart and phone starts coming engaged and again after 15-20 mins they keep the receiver and bell starts ringing this process continues but they dont pick up the call and the toll free No. tells that it will take 15 more days. this is the repeated statement by them

                                      I have purchased Q392 micromax mobile from mehta agency ahmedabad on dated 12-09-15.But phone is hanged every time..During phone calling phone is hanged and automatically its dead.i submitte my phone at m/s sai infotech ahmedabad gujafat for repairing they submitte my phone and after 3 hours they called me and talled me your betrry is leckage so we dond replace it..so Take a nessecerry action about this..
                                      My experience is very bed so i suggest to all never purchase micomax mobile..

                                        I gave my Micromax mobile Model no A106 to Service Centre, "M/S Mobile dot com", Lucknow on dated September 18, 2015 for USB Connectivity Problem. He take more time around one month.but take after more time he send me mobile with damage back panel and broken back Camera glass and also scratched in back panel and also changed back panel My back panel was grey but after service they give me old back panel.After service picture of my Camera is not clear. For this I went to mobile dot com Centre, Lucknow.but they do not give response and misbihave me.
