    Dear Sir, I bought a Micromax Canvas Android one with IMIE No: [protected] / [protected] From M/s. Nigam, Cuttack. Unfortunately, this mobile has not performed well and the service is inadequate because since 50 days I submitted my above mobile at their service center M/s. Mobile Care, Cuttack, Odisha, on[protected]Job Sheet attached) but so far I am yet to get back the same, when I spoke with their customer care executive, she/he just assured me that it will take time. I am disappointed as well as fade up with this type of service. Already I have send several mails regarding the same but there is no satisfactory response. To resolve the problem, I would request that please take strict steps against them so that i can get back my handset or replace me a neq handset. phone at [protected].

After 2 months company has sent me a old scratched phone which is in much bad condition than the phone which I deposited . This phone is not mine and I did not receive it.         I have purchased a micromax phone model cg777 after one month it gets hang switched off when i plugged only then it can open. i go to the service centre he keeps the phone and told me it will take atleast 25 day so why i bought this just replace it . its very fraud deal.

          I have submitted Micromax A104 on 28.09.2015 for the problem of screen touch issue. Since then we are not getting the mobile back form the service center after almost completion of 22 days. Till time I do not have any other mobile with me & I am out of touch with my important works. I have requested to service center persons to give me a other mobile till repairing of my mobile but they are not ready to do same. Request to take note of the same by governing authority of Micromax & do the needful ASAP.

Then i go to micromax care He said to me your phone tower ic problem .with in 15 days u r mbl prb wil slv . But after 20 day over go nd ask mbl they saying wait for 1 mnth . Very worst service. My fav mbl is micromax frist i buy canvans hd the gud after 2 yrs brd prb is replaced. After only i choose to buy this fire last time serivcis gud mcrx care . But this time service careless answer . We planned to buy micromax 42 ich tv for dawail . Now i dissed this type of service.my ref my frnd also buy micrx fire this mbl also touch prbl wait for 1 mth . Plz replacement my mobile has soon as possible . Pondicherry micromax care very worst to handing the consumer .

              I purchased canvas knight 2 from an authorised shop of micromax 2 months back. From the very first day it was having problem of overheating. 15 days after my purchase I received a message that my phone is a premium phone and in case of any problem, service will be provided at my doorstep. I registerd myself for that by calling a number that was given in that message. Then one day my phone got dead(unable to switch on) On 3rd october icalled the same number(that was given in the earlier received message regarding premium care). I have been told that their technician wil call me back, I got a call back on the same day then they tried few steps but phone didn't get switched on then they told that my phone will be replaced within 7 to 10 days at my doorstep. Than gradually 7 days passed I didn't received any response than 10 days passed and I still didn't got any response than I called them again and I was told wait for 24 hours I still don't received any response. I called them again and requsted to talk to their senior, they told that I will receive a call back from their senior within 24hours but even at the completion, of 72 hours I didn't received any call back. I called them again and received same response that I will get a call back within 48 to 72hours. Now the situation is that I call these people almost daily and receive same response that you will receive your doket id within next 1 or 2 days and our senior will call you today. I am having mainly 3 issues: 1)I am not getting doket id and subsquently information that when will I receive my phone. (This shows the level of your dedication towards providing service.) 2)I am not getting a call back even after my request.(which shows your dedication towards your customer) 3)I want warranty of my phone to be extended for nuber of days between my complaint date and the day I will receive my phone. Earlier I was of the view that Micromax is a Indian co. Which will make we Indian proud but now I request you people please don't expand your market in europe and america because that will bring loss for you and shame for my country. Even when i call customer care they told to wait for 15 Days...
                Really Pathetic Service from Micromax.

                    Product is Knight 2- E471, I had bought this phone just 4 months back and already got it replaced in July, now again i'm facing some problems and they are not able to resolve it.                       I had bought a micromax canvas A1 on[protected]. It worked well for a few days after which some terrible malfunctions surfaced.The sim card wouldn't be read and the camera wouldn't launch. I contacted the certified micromax customer support center whose address is given below; m/s connexion tc[protected], 3rd floor, menathottam chambers, pattom, trivandrum, kerala pin:695004 ph #1:[protected] ph #2: [protected] I have now submitted the phone no less than four times for repairs. After each repair, some new defect crops up. Now, the problem is with the headset jacket. The phone frequently clashes with the sim card, the camera still becomes unfunctional, and the battery keeps the phone alive hardly for an hour upon usage.The customer service is terrible, to say the least. I have got fed up with the phone and the customer support and had demanded a complete refund of the mobile cost . I received a call from Micromax offering a phone replacement at the nearest customer service center. But there was no follow up after that. I have submitted three complaints and my grievance has still not been addressed.                             Hi, Since Three Month i am jumping in between Baroda Service Station (Mobile Mania) and Delhi Main Micromax Service center. 1st Service Req: *W[protected] (25-July To 19-Aug) 2nd Service Req: *W[protected] (20-Aug To Till Date) Complain Number: MMX[protected] MMX[protected] MMX[protected] Dimple (Representative Name) MMX[protected] Sandeep (Representative Name) As i have mention my Request number above you can see my phone is with Micromax more than 3 Months. First request it won't started so they sent to Delhi and take 25 Days to make it started and next day when i tried to use **repaired** phone then it won't detect my SIM. so i again given back on 20th August 2015. they have done Full RnD on my phone for 10-15 days then again sent back to Delhi Service station on 4th Sept 2015 (i don't know what is meaning of such service station where they are not able to make part correction). Till date i have made 4-5 complain and around 200 E-mail ([protected]@micromaxinfo.com) for inquiry about my handset but still they don't providing me any update on my handset (Even all my mail got failure delivery due to their mailbox is Full). This really spoil our Indian brand mobile and will never trust any local company for any useful items. Every time when i call their (Single) customer care number[protected] they told me: "Sir, your Handset will be deliver you within 15 Days" (They never told me from which date i start counting this 15 DAYS). I would never ever suggest anyone to buy micomax phone. Can anyone help me to over come this issue.

                                I took Micomax A1 mobile in March 2015. It gone with problem since July 2015. 3 times sent to service centre but still I have not received it in condition to good. I paid money to use the mobile and not for show piece of Micromax service centre. IMEI No. [protected] & [protected] The job code is W[protected] Dated 14/08/2015. It is worst service provided by Micromax. I hope by reading this you might give me possible satisfying solution.

                                  I have Micromax canvas turbo a250. My cell is out of warranty. I have submitted my cell on 06 October 2015 for the replacement of the battery. They told me to come after 1 week. They also told me that call us on ([protected]) and then come I tried so many times after a week but no one was ready to answer the call. After that I went to the service centre they told me it will take more 10 days. Now its 10 days I HAVE submitted my cell but till now I didn't get the cell back. Please take some action. THANK YOU

                                    I bought a laptab lt666 on 10th of may which went full gone in 3 months only everything was dead
                                    totally money waste
                                    i lodged a complaint regarding it on 9th of sep and finally i got replacement by by 5th of oct
                                    i was myself following up for my laptab calling these people 10 times a day
                                    they didn't had any pain
                                    finally i got part by part my device
                                    1.They replaced the tab which was by god's grace in working condition
                                    2. I got the keyboard by 10th of oct which was again full dead
                                    it showed hardware failure which was really awesome to see.

                                    How can a co. Replace defected products in replacement that too in warranty period????

                                    now since 8 days i am following with this defected co and no one has courtesy to call back neither no returns
                                    god only knows when will i get a full working device now...

                                        As per insurance company terms & condition if not active insurance within 15 days from handset activation hence your claim is not under insurance coverage. i purchased mobile at 10/3/2014 on that day i also purchased insurance (apps daily insurance). when i claim for my mobile then they told me my handset date & insurance date is not match. they know that why they give me insurance. At your service center saffron tower fateganj baroda deep shah told me my was not covered due to insurance claim date is expired.
