Sir i bought my phone in February 2015 .
And within 15 days lot of problem incur like download failed, camera stopped suddenly, automatic photo deletion and many more
I check it on micromax service center situated at jodhpur
They check and update .nothing more and after 3 -4days the same problem occur
Sir suggest how i recover from problem

                      I gave my phone(Micromax AQ4501) in Micromax Service Centre, Palarivattom for touch complaint on August 24, 2015.. they gave my phone back on September 10, 2015. After coming home, i saw that proximity sensor was not working fine. so i again returned my phone there on September 14, 2015 (Jobsheet no. S[protected]), they said that there was some board issues in phone, it might take 1month. i called them today, they said that phone was not ready, it might take another 1 week.. i am not satisfied with the service providing by the Micromax service.. take some steps to get my phone quickly

                          Unfortunately I purchased E471 but within 2Months of purchase phone is unable to get switched on.

                          I called premium care and they arranged a call back(as this is a premium phone as per you) and on that call I have been promised for phone replacement within 7 to 10 days, which didn't happend even at the completion of 11th day(and still waiting).
                          I than requested a call with a senior person and I was told that will be done within 24 hours but I havent received any call back even at the completion of that time period.

                          Whenever I call your people I have been told to wait but they are unable to tell how long?

                          so my question to you is how long I have to wait?

                          Now my feedback:

                          your service is very poor.

                          Your are not adhere to the time that is given by you yourself.

                          You dont have a procedure to escalate the matter if customer want.

                          It appears that you are not running a company instead just a gang with no rules.

                          I can assure you for the failure of your company in the coming future and will never be able to get a market overseas where people give very much importance to service.

                          Have a good luck for for destroying a good Indian company which could have been a market ruler if handeld correctly.

                            Dear sir, i am rushikanta kamila this is third time i am complaint against micromax service provider. my canvas knight was submitted at m/s optimal solutions near barasat road kol-700122 on-11/08/2015.for reapiring purpose. here it seems to be more than 8 weeks has been passed. but no one listen to my concerned.
                            tomorrow i get a call from head office miss monika mam called me and said that she give a replacment againd]st my canvas knight a350(b). by a new canvas knight 2 E471.and promise to call me again today on-14/10/2015. but she never call me. so i am upset because it is going like a road without an aim.
                            sir please help me to quick asses my problems...please listen my upset mind. its really hard to stay without a smart phone. do you think is it i am wrong to get a micromax smart phone rs around 18000/-. i[censored] asked today i told you yes. but i think micromax listening me and providing me a easy and quick solution in next 3/4 working days...lets see how micromax solved my problems...or i will cry for ever...my job sheet number is getting easy to remember me writing too, much time..E[protected]. And i also complained on 10thsept-2015. the patient have been going wrong way...i can't explain more..

I have taken the mobile to Micromax service centre. They told that the short circuit occurs in the circuit board and need to replace both circuit board and tocuh. It costs Rs.2000 for service. Within 1 year and a month the product is out o[censored]se. I am very sad about that. One of leading company product like this...

I was go yesterday in micromax service center and give my phone for change display then his give me one day time means his told me you can collect your device tomorrow before 2PM so, I was go for collect my cell then his tell me now not repair your phone so, you will come before 6 o'clock then again i am going 6PM then again his tell me now not repair then you can come tomorrow. So, Really, You don't have manner and client value then please, . close your company and all services center. Because, I have notice many time at your office and your service center's owners and employee don't have manner to talk with client and elders person. Really, You can try to action with this issue other wise i am promote this issue in social media platform then i will go through legal action.
