Dear Sir,

I have Deposit my A114 Micromax Mobile at your service centre (M/S The Mobile Care (Delhi), B-36, Guru Nank Pura, Opp V3S Mall, Near Maharaja Bequett Hall, Laxmi Nagar - 110092) vide order sheet no. N[protected]. there is only problem in my mobile is that power key become little bit of tight otherwise my phone works perfectly. on 12/10/2015 when i called to service center they told me that your phone was repaired. when i received my phone it was in damaged condition i tried to on the phone but it was not then i open the back cover of phone i saw that battary and other parts of my phone was changed and damaged parts was inserted in my phone even censor was not in the phone screen gard had been removed even it was not the phone i was handed over to them (Service Center staff) but they told this is your and not listening. when i visited again 13/10/2015 in your above mention service center they insert censor but even then phone was not on and atlast they told that your phone get moisturised and you have buy mother board and said warranty did not covers moisturised mother board. they given me dead in place of my perfectly working phone. I am very sure that service center staff have replace my phone mother board & battary with damaged mother board & battary.

I request you to please do the needful.

      I had purchase micromax 290 knight on 16 may 2015 after 2 months mobile stop charging, therefore i submit mobile in service center for repair, but they charge me 950 for repair cost stating that it is physical damage and as my information mobile was not damage in any way. now again phone is stop working and again they are asking money for repair.
      Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      When second time mobile stop working I send it back to same service center, and again they saying that amount will be charge for same problem. Now my question is that
      1) Mobile was under warranty then why they charged me?
      2) And once it was repair how it got damage within a week?
      3) Why mobile was damage when they return from service center?
      4) What is the use of authorized service center if the repair is not work for a month?

      I have full doubt on service center people that they have done something wrong with my handset, other wise handset would work fine after repair from service center.

        Date of purchase-28-may 2015 . I had complianed to micromax service centre in july and they retained it for a month for servicing but after a month they returned it saying it is serviced. but when i take it again it not taking charge and auto switch off . on 9 sep 2015 i complained again and service provider gave a time of one week but still they are excusing by saying still it is in service centre. complian no N[protected] i WANT MY MOBILE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE AFTER PROPER SERVICING.

          Led tv not working from 4 months and still problem not solved

          Hey, priyanka mam I am suresh from rewari my concern is regarding a micromax full hd television from snapdeal last year 25 December. After 6 months tv started showing malfunction and there was problem with on and off function on 20june I raised the issue with customer care and as a solution card was changed on 19 august and very next day speakers showed faults and didnt worked properly and I report it next day and than technician came and...

          Dear Forum, This is a complaint regarding the very poor service infact no service from micromax service center at sikanderpur metro station. While my phone was still switched on and was still working, the service center executive claimed that the motherboard is not working and the expense that will be there is 11000. This kind of silly reasons were given from the service center executive so that the customer goes away. Finally I got my phone rectified locally in Rs. 1250 and it was just screen connector that was a little damaged. I will never give micromax good starts in terms of service. They are the escape goats.               I was gone to micromax service centre in paschim vihar, ND. I was submitted my mobile in under warranty since 2 september to 17 september 2015. But micromax centre are don't finished my mobile's issue/complaint. Micromax care's Manager said to me submit your mobile once again 4th weeks. So, Micromax centre executives give me my mobile back without my mobile issue. Kindly take some action to Micromax care Centre.                   some one called me from this ... and try to cheat me??
                  He told me i m from micromax and give your account details they paid your mobile amount bcoz it is not repairable.
                  after giving my account details he try to transfer amount from my account???
                  Beware of this type of call...

                  Finally i have complained against this site.
                  Now cops are active and they already started searching.


                  Friends, Come forward and let them show ????????
                  I repeatedly call on this no. but no answer????

                    Dear Sir, I Had given my Mobile to Dani Industries, vasai for repairing on authorized Service center. 1st time they repaired it but on the spot the technical man called adrash again damage it while putting back cover on it. Again i had submitted the phone but still i m not getting any kind of resolution over it. I Have submitted it on 29th Sept. 2015. My jobsheet no. is as : WO[protected]. The service center peoples are not taking phones and when i visited over there they told me status as pending.it will take more 3 days, 4 days... The peoples are not at good manner.                       My Data cable of newly bought Canvas Juice 2 stopped working within just a few days. I had somehow lost the tag which was glued on the cable. Just because of this the I was told that the replacement cannot take place at the Micromax check poin. Please help me.

                                  I am using Micromax Canvas A63 set. Recently I encountered certain problems while browsing, anroid system & other processors were getting stopped. I installed new software at Micromax Care according their advice. Now the previous problem has solved but the OPTION of “Front Camera” is not being screened and image quality of back camera is not good just like before installation of software. I was told from micromax care that my camera was damage. But before installation there was no other problem in my mobile camera. I visited a mobile repairing shop, where I was told that the problem was while installation of the new software for which the OPTION of Front Camera is not showing and may be different version installed.                                       I purchased a Micromax canvas Q380 on 13-may-2015 from snapdeal. it started giving problems and its battery stopped working. I gave it to the costumer service centre of Micromax on 11-September-2015. Now its more than a month my mobile is still in the service centre. I called the costumer care and they are saying that it will take another 20 days for the replacement of the battery. when I submitted the mobile they said that it will hardly take 10 days and when i asked them about my phone one of the assistant said that I bought a cheap mobile so I should not expect fast service. I am managing with an old phone which don't work properly, from last one month. Please take proper action.
