Sir,
i am mr. Bijay kumar nayak from bhubaneswar, i brought micromax unite2 from taj electronic shop, dated 15.10.2014.
one day my accident and my phone is broken, i go to service center and change this touch pad time period 1 month, and price 1050.and 2nd time problem i go there and change this 15days, no money.
My problem is i use this phone 1/2 month touch pad is not working.and i go there i said my problem, one lady misbehave me.
Please sir kindly listen my problem.

        Really bad service new phone is in service centre I just bought it on 1st sep and phone became dead after a week now your team is saying you have to wait for 2 months. My mistake is just i bought it and gifted it to my father this is the first time i purchased micromax and got worst experience for the first time. If they haven't checked the phone before delivering it why would I suffer and now they are saying we don't have hardware of this phone as its a new phone its not my problem am ready to pay some more just replace it and now am expecting a quick response on it.

              ORDER #[protected], I received Micromax joy x610 &F 145 along with other items today, it seen that no charger with mobiles. how the mobiles will be sold without charger, which is essential for the mobiles. how can one sell without charger, this one way of fooling the peoples. request to send us charger. kindly see that there should not be deal with any item without its basic requrements

                  i(vipul rajput ) my mobile is micromax knight a209.it is totally reajected mobile. ibuy my mobile in 15/06/2015 .In thismobile charging problem is repeated in first time i give my mobile in care, then it back in 2mounth15day.but in next 15day mobile regain its charging problem So I, m totally angry of this mobile and it"s company so plz change my mobile to another mobile.

                        I have submitted my micromax canvas fire(A104) on 14.08.2015 with Job sheet no. - N[protected] when i have gone to micromax care they have said the mobile need to sent to gurgaon for its repair ant it would take 3 - 4 weeks. Then i reached the care again on 08.09.2015 they again said it would take more extra week to 10 days to solve ur phone problem. On 17.09.2015 agian i reached the care they were asking another 10 days time. I have said them to give my phone back. but they said that they will call me in 10 days to give my phone. please resolve my issue, i think this is not the better to treat a customer.

                          Sir, very unfortunately I lodge complaint that after more than two and half months my complaint no E[protected] dtd 25/07/15, cell phone set Canvas A177 is not redressed. the cell phone was deposited to youy local centre at jamshedpur (Jharkhand) .Although I contacted to local and main customer care time and again but they only assured me but no action is taken so far.Aattitude of company is not positive and a wrong massage of the company is being conveyed.                             I (Ekta Shah) am really disappointed with the service of micromax and repenting to take the mobile of micromax. I had purchased a canvas4+ in feb-2015 which had some problem last month so i submitted it to the service center of micromax named 'Vishwakarma mobile service' situated at Maldahia, Varanasi on 23 Sep 2015. After 2 weeks on 9 Oct 2015 I have been called and give me an old mobile saying it recycling of mobile. What a joke it is? Have I paid so much money for using a second-hand mobile in the worst condition? I hadn't accepted that mobile and complained on customer care. I didn't get any solution yet. Clear all the mesh fast because i have no time to waste. Even i didn't get any service mobile for the period. If i didn't get the solution soon then I'll go for customer court Ekta Shah [protected]

                              Dear Team, I had Purchase Micromax Aq5000 under warranty period, with in one months time its display not working properly, i had submitted to Service centre on[protected] for repairing, till date they are not able to resolve my problem, i had mail to them but they are not responding, request you to do the needful.my complaint no:id- 97924, MMX[protected].                                 Sir i have already submitted a complaint against my micromax canvas knight before on 08 sept, 2015. but yet i don.t received any positive answer. now i further mentioned i am rushikanta kamila, my 1st complained id name is yuvi_rishi.
                                today i described all of my details problems here. first i bought this mobile from snapdeal online shoping on 29th sept, 2015. and after 8 moths it will started problems with touch response and slow on ram..and i will go to check the mobile at nearest service center in west bengal near barrackpore named M/S Optimal Solutions.on 11th aug, 2015.thereafter they sayit will send to our head office delhi please wait for 15/20 days it will delivered to you.and i will call all the helpline number and service center number but they just listen to me and says dear customer it will take 10/15 days to delivered please wiat for it.
                                i will complained against my repairing purpose on 10th sept, 2015. then i will call the executive of micromax and he say minimum 20 days forward from yhe complained date.so stay tune with our services. i can't believe the services provided by micromax company. my job sheet number is-E[protected]. dated on 11aug.2015. and i also attached a scan copy of my job sheet number with micromax service center details.
                                sir please help me to resolved my problems. its a hard to stay without a smart phone.i don't have a secondary phone...i just keep manage with my friends bar phone which is given by him... sir i obliged you and hope you will listen my tottering situations. please resolved my problems. please micromax take every care of your customer's every single phone...

                                thanks to mrs monica mam who really help me to get a replacement in qiuck time...she is a well behaved and ponctual, i really thanked full to god maa durga who also blessed me to get the new handset canvas knight 2 E471. i always said that just keep your nurves to get succes in your life...i always email to micromax company at - info.micromaxinfo.com and also write about my problems in social media like- facebook, twitter, whatsapp, akosha etc... and tray to call as much as possible to head office at regular basics... number is 01244811000.. and tray to explained the whole details about my problems...not worry about the call charges...its our motto...and human rights...so i would like to say to all of you friends don't panic just write in social apps like facebook.twitter, whatsapp about the micromax company's advantages and dis-advantages of service provides...and call every 4 days each...and i hope u will get resolved your problems..thats it friend...i am very happy today...i got a new smart phone before maa durga ustav started...and last but not the list...my love named...(blank) who really help me and pray to god every single day to my success in every format...she is my life and i can't live her...love you my dear love...who wants to get more information if required u can contact me in this number- 9038629424...please be serious...thank u micromax...a step ahead...

                                      I am purchase micromax p666 tab 8 inc sereen from amazon 6 to 8 month before .09/10/2015 tab screen damage .then i am going micromax kolhapur service center with bill .but the service center not receive my tab. they want mobile box it sticker also it repair to dheli city .but i am lost the box and sticker bez i am purchase mobile before 6 to month ago .i requested this center please submit my mobile with un- warranty i pay money .not provision to repair in local level .and it repair to dehli i am live kolhapur maharastra . am not able to go dehli and it get repair . i am alslo call micromax coustmer car they dont know rule about box and sticker please help me other wise scrape my mobile

                                        Sir, I'm having micormax canvas knight a350 (black gold 32 gb), few days back i find the issue that my is not charging and o went to service centre to repair it. They asked me to pay for the part defected and service charges, although phone is under warranty. But still i said - ok ! i will pay. They promised me for 7_10days to repair but i didn't find it repaired yet after 15days. Now they people are saying that we will confirm you once it is repaired, they have ordered for the parts to the company but they had not received it yet. Their reply is..dont call us. Pls assist me. Im feeling helpless as the parts of the phone is not avaipable in local market..whom do i refer the issue?? The worst services and products by micromax.. Harshit Sharma [protected]

                                        A 350 knight is not a good mobile.
                                        I have purchased it in March 15, and in 6 months it become useless. Phone is dead from last two months.
                                        I have visited three Micromax service centre in Assam and Gurgoan.
                                        And two local mechanics no body solved problem. An now it is dead.
