Sir, I'm using Micromax canvas nitro A310...in the settings the storage I selected was SD card but it stores it in phone storage...currently my apps like YouTube, instagram, games like hay day are not working...after I open them they just go black screen and I have to come to the menu. I really hope that you will fix my problem soon.

    VERY IMPORTANT Subject :- Replacement of Micromax Knight A350 White Gold – 32 gb memory Reference: Job sheet no. W[protected] DT. 13.08.2015 Confirm on Replacement – New Handset – dt. 12.09.2015 Complaint no. MMX[protected] DT. 25/09/2015 Dear Sir, With ref to above, I had submitted my cell phone (Micromax Knight - A350 White) to Micromax service center, Santacruz, Mumbai on dt. 13.08.2015. They confirmed that I will receive new replacement phone with 16gb inbuild memory instead of 32gb, after my confirmation dt. 12.09.2015 they assured me new handset within 1 week. But till date I have not received new handset nor my old mobile. Against my complaint no. MMX[protected] DT. 25/09/2015 they assure me that this issue will resolve within next 10 days but till date issue is pending at your end. I am not receiving proper response from your office. After co-ordinating with micromax office yesterday (dt. 05.10.2015) they told me to wait for another 15 days. Its more than 60 days from submission of my handset but I havnt received replace handset or repair handset. TAKE MATTER ON MOST PRIORITY OTHERWISE REFUND ME RS 15000 /- ATTACHED JOB SHEET OF THE SAME

      The words that I am going to pen here are aimed to make you aware of the handset quality that you are launching in market. I am sorry to say but the services provided by you are not up to the mark and require immediate attention of the senior staff. I purchased one of your handset Canvas Nitro 2, Model No-E3111.After the use of 10 days I face with some problem.Immediately I talked with the retailer.But he refused to do anything because you have 7 days return policy.So I talked at your service centre (M/S Sruti Tele Services, Bhubaneswar).They keeped my new handset for 10 days.After that I collected the set and used for next 4 days.Again I faced same problem.So again I consult at your service centre.They intimated me that There is some problem on my sim card so I should change it.As per their communication I changed my sim.But my issue didn't resolved.They keeped my handset for next 14 days and finaly they intimate me that the handset they will send to some where for further repairing. They given me a job sheet E[protected] on 17th Aug 15.And intimate me that the set I will get back after 20 days.So as per Micromax service provider commitment I inquired about my phone after 20 days.But alas 2 months gone but till date they have not return my handset.They are always giving false commitment.Cheating me. Micromax playing with customer by providing defectives material.This type of company should be ban.If any official of micromax reading this message call me at [protected].

          On 20th July, the mobile handset model A300 with jobsheet number (w[protected]) was given for repairing and the Service Centre promised to deliver the phone in a week, but till today 10th October, the phone is not delivered. We're facing huge problems. The Service Centre is not responding to phone calls. Kindly help us.

            Got the worst service ever. I have bought Micromax E471on July 26th, 2015. Since then I'm facing problems with my device. I called at the customer care, mailed them four days back but still no revert from them. Every time i call they say that the executive will call on priority but shamelessly they never call. I never expected such pathetic service from Micromax. I'm force to post this on social media because of your service. Its shocking to see that you guys give a old/used piece in the name of replacement. I would never suggest this brand to anyone and will pass on my bitter experience by every medium.

              I m shreeran joshi having micromax canvas xpress a99 mobile under warranty. it has outgoing voice problem. get to solve it from authorized service center named Al-Raza janki towar near vegetable market sita buldi nagpur. it is in hold with one and a half month or more than that they are not going to repair or return that mobile with very nicely bad service. after a long time they are claiming that your mobile is repaired but you dint give us your battery original which is taken already when my mobile is entered through job-sheet procedure, they keep mobile with battery and returned only back cover. now they tell me that you don't have any proof of battery kept by them. i dont understant what to do? jobsheet date 14/08/2015 W[protected] now i m going to consumer forum for my proble my request is to cancel the licen of Al Raza authorized service center. thank you.

                My Name is Gitesh Mane i had bought Canvas Gold online from Snapdeal on Dec Month
                after 5-6 month its not showing any network in my phone, then i had visit nearest Service Center on 20/07/2015 in Vashi Enterprises, Thane - Maharashtra with job sheet no. W[protected]. They told me it is having Motherboard problem which will solve by company it will take 20-25 days to return phone. I have no option that time.

                After 25 days i had visited Center office they told it is in company will take more 15 days to return. Again i wait 15 days and visit office again they said it is in process it will take 15 days more to return handset. they told me to contact Company head office. so i cantact them they are also told me that it will take 15 days more to received the handset. i had also lodge complaint in your service center complaint No. is[protected].

                I m frustred now, its very poor service provide by MM.

                Please i suggest you don, t waste your Money for advertising your Mobile phones if you are not able to provide good service to your customer pls

                Pls look in to this matter and return my handset as early as possible

                  this is disgusting for a customer who loved micromax a step ahead. so please sir do it now..i will waiting for my phone. please listen me.

Now the second new mobile also faces the same problem but now they are failing to replace even the period is within 30days now.                       I purchased Micromax A092 mobile on October 2014, Delhi . I got 1 year warranty with my mobile . But in the August month in 2015 it started to give problems like application crashes, power on off problem, Charging issue, hanging, display get blank, sometimes sim 1 not working, GET HEAT AUTOMATICALLY. I submitted it in authorised M/s The Mobile Care (Delhi) Micromax service centre, Delhi under jobsheet no.. N[protected] . At that time it was in warranty . and he told that your hand set to be delivered within 15 days But it didn't get repaired . So I told to M/s The Mobile Care (Delhi) micromax service centre to forward the mobile to Micromax company to repair . I submitted it on 19th August 2015, when mobile was in warranty of 1 year . Company did not given me mobile till 10th October 2015. Company kept my mobile for nearly 2 months . On Today, when i called to M/s The Mobile Care (Delhi) Micromax service centre, they but they are not giving satisfactory response .More than two and half months have elpased, my mobile has not been returned after repair. No satisfaction reply is being given by the call centre. I Call 7 Times On Your Customer Care Number ( CAll Centre ) and all time he told me that you to be received call back from our senior officer And 10-12 Times Visit in Service Centre at Laxmi Nagar But Everytime, I got a same reply that "YOU WILL GET IN A 15 Days TIME, SORRY FOR DELAY" So i am suffering so much stress without my mobile. I want my mobile for internet access for My Official Purpose This has caused me great mental agony .Due to micromax, i needed to purchase temporary new mobile . And now, spending lot of time -then also my mobile is not got repaired. I want my mobile repaired or want new mobile from company . As i spent my valuable 5500.00 Rs. M a working professional and I can't go to service center daily to fight with the guys present there. I really need a immediate response. On Micromax A092 mobile and within 1 year, it started to give problem and Micromax didnt givrn me Service . So i want Micromax A092 mobile . PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS ISSUE .

                          Just two months later it had faulted. It touch & software problem.Then i had reported my nearest micromax service centre m/s shivam mobile service centre (Tarakeswar west bengal)
                          They had informed 4105 power phone locks up & not responding 4703 mechanics touchpad... My job sheet no.E030981_0815_18736987
                          & dated 22/08/2015.
                          They told me that your service would be provided including 15 days. At that time when covered then i went but they told me your service is not provide because company could not sent your's mobile pair parts.They misbehave me & next 15 days given...
                          Then i went again and they told me that your service is under process your parts had not sent... My valuable time was wrested reagain..Now about three months later they told me they would not any service because they had no pair parts.

                            I own a Micromax smart phone A300 model whose display is not working.Its display touch screen in not working. I gave it to the micromax service center at manimajra NAC chandigarh. The jobsheet number is N[protected]. it has been 60 Days and i have still not received my phone back. I gave it for repair on 16/7/2015. This is the worst customer care i have ever faced. Please help.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, i am a customer of micromax company and have purchased a mobile on 13/07/2015, all of sudden the mobile has some charging problem and completely switch off, i went to the customer care center on 23/09/2015 in the ganesh nagar branch( rapid communication) the branch staff advised to me leave the mobile in the branch and they will send the mobile in the company for repair. during this period once i visited in the branch they did not give me any satisfactory answer in this connection, once again i have had a visit today on 09/10/2015 for the collection of the mobile, What the staff replied the mobile is awaiting for repair for want of spare parts, they have demanded the spare part probably mother board card defective. i have myself observed that there are so many customer hunting here and there whispering that the customer care of the branch is not satisfactory, will they repair the mob? i therefor request to you please take necessary action, so i can get my mob in time

                                    I did not received My Micromax Unite-2 A 106 mobile handset from Micromax Service Centre after 69 days as i have given the set on 03/08/2015 to Kanishkha Service Centre, Coimbatore, having some hardware problem. Job Sheet No. is S[protected] and also lodge d complain no. is MMX[protected]. But after 50 times repeated inquiry on customer care no good response is given and always again promising that within 15 days it will resolved. Now, i want proper reply from your side immediately or your services will be questionable very soon. Now, i also belive that your services is one of the worst Services in India. After several Complaints against you, this is second online complaint you today. Please try to understand the problem because our belive in your services is dwindling day by day.

                                      I have given Micromax Unite-2 A 106 mobile handset to M/s Kanishkha Mobile Care micromax Service centre, Coimbatore, on 03/08/2015 having some hardware problem and they given Jobsheet no. S[protected]. The set was within Waranty period. They promised to rectify the set within 25 days but now i am still waiting after having 69 days. After a repeated inquiry a comlain lodge by micromax Service Centre, Gurgaon, on 21.09.2015 with Complain No.MMX[protected] but having 5 times repeated complain no action has been taken.

                                        Micromax Service centre which is at Yelahanka new town is not delivering the mobile. Neither serviced nor unserviced. They are saying after 3 months it will go back to company automatically. They are repeating the same when ever i enquire or personally visit the service centre.
