I purchased New Hand set of Micromax model No.AQ4501 dt[protected] Defect was noticed after week and given the Mobile to Micromax authorized service center to resolve the same. dt[protected]. But still today the Micromax company not repaired the Handset and they are not responding. Job sheet No. S[protected] Requesting to please provide me, with replacement of the mobile which is in Good working condition.

    We have purchased One Micromax Mobile Canvas Selfie 2, MODEL # Q340, IMEI # [protected], S.No: [protected] from Sai Mobile Jewellery Sector 18, Noida Vide Bill # 2538 ON 05/09/2015. Since the day we have started using the phone we are facing a problem in Reciever & Speaker and its really hard to use this phone as we are in the mist of communicaion. We have visited the customer care centres in Sector-27 and Sector 22 for the repair of the set but the parts are not available with them.
    Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    We have send it for Repair at Micromax Service Centre at Sector-12, Noida service centre and the part was not available there and they have kept the phone for 3 days and returned it back saying that the problem has been resolved but the problem is still there and nothing has been done to take care of it.


    We request you to kindly get the set exchanged.

    You are requested to take action against them asap.

        I brought one no. of MICROMAX CANVAS DUT II EG 111 BLACK mobile phone on dt. 18 sept. 2014 . Phone got defective on Aug 2015. I submitted the phone at Ramgarh service center, On dt. 17Sept.2015 service center return me another unchoice defective MICROMAX A310 mobile phone and told company sent new A310 for you. But this phone is not new and not choice for us. So pl. change or return .I also want to go consumer court.

          DON’T BY MICROMAX HANDSET By mistaken I had purchased one Micromax AE90 on 3/8/14, which was my fault. Bcz the handset is not worth of Rs.8500/-. The handset which you are providing is pathetic bcz its not work properly. FIVE TIME HANDSET SUBMITTED FOR SAME FAULT. AS PER THEM COMPANY CHANGED THE MOTHERBOARD FOUR TIME. First Time on 4th Jul 2015 (Book No.:01, Invoice No:080) that time they changed the Battery and Charging Jack for which I had paid the amount of Rs.1600/- Second Time on 11 Jul 2015 (Job Sheet No.: N[protected]) and its return on 27th Jul 2015 (17 Day’s its take to repair) Third Time on 30th Jul 2015 (within 3 days) (Job Sheet No.: N[protected]) and its return on 24th Aug 2015 (25 Day’s its take to repair) FourthTime on 5th Sep 2015 (Job Sheet No.: N[protected]) and its return on 19th Sep 2015 (14 Day’s its take to repair) and again service center told me they have change the mother board, Problem still not solved in between they given this handset to me on 16/9/15 and I checked in front of engg. But problem still there and they taken back telling me we will change the mother board now in our office. FifthTime again handset submitted on 26th Sep 2015 (Job Sheet No.: N[protected])

            Am govind from Coimbatore, Tamil nadu. i bought canvas a350 last December and i got some charging problem in my mobile so gave the mobile near by micro max service center on 15/7/15 and they dint response me . and they call me on 20/8/15 and asked for confirmation to send they mobile to company. they said me that the mobile will be delivered to me in 20-25 days but its already more than 80 days. they gave me the Bangalore office number, and i call them and informed my problem. the officer said me that the mobile will be delivered to me on or before 30/9/15 surly. but i dint even get an delay message or any information about the mobile.till now i have called and visited to the near by service center more than 10 times but i get a proper response from the service center...the worst experience am facing in your service center .. please help me to solve this problem..i need my mobile as soon as possible.

                I have bought a micromax turbo A250 on 19 march 2015 but after just 1 year this mobile is not working properly(like power doesnot switch on, display fading, battery overheating). then on july'15 I have taken it to the micromax servie centre and register my compaint where i have summited Rs4000 to renew or make my mobile to work porperly but still they didnot give my mobile till today's date as they said that they will return it within 17 days .i have also attached invoice copy and job sheet on my mobile.

                      I have 3 nos of micromax smart phone, in which 2 is A111 and last one is A37B. one A111 was brust while charging on Dt. 05/08/2015, but the same is out of warrenty. In the case of A37B, i deposit the phone to your authorised service center at Bargarh (orissa) on 02/08/2015, it's touch pad is not working nor the front camera. The service center give me a receving on a plain paper and told me to come after 7 days, after 7days i have contact the above service center, they told me that the touch pad of A37B need to replace and we don't have stock to replace it, we have make indent to our regional office and its take another 7 days. On dt. 19/08/2015 i have again contact to service center, they told me that they need more time to replace the touch pad of above A37B. then i told him to provide me a copy of job sheet of this phone and demanding a standby set in lieu of A37B. but, the refused to provide me a standby set and issue me a job sheet no. N[protected]. I am surprised to see the date mentioned on jobsheet, they issue the jobsheet on dt.19/08/2015 i.e. the date on which i expect to take delivery my phone after service. Now the story not come to end. On dt. 26/09/2015 i contact your area service head sri abhinash parida by phone and tell me all story, they assure me to deliver the phone after service maximum by dt. 30/08/2015. On 30/08/2015 i again contact mr. parida by phone but, they not take my call, after that i messeged him by whatsapp, and they did not replied me. finally today i have lodged a complaint to your customer care cell and the complaint booked under Referance no. MMX[protected] Now, some of following question in my mind, kindly reply me one by one. 1. what is the sales after service policy of micromax. 2. can micromax and its staff treating his customers as company paid servent. 3. why micromax does not provide a standby set to its customers. 4. in one year of warrenty period more then 2 month my phone is in custody of micromax service centre, can micromax extend my warranty period in the same term. lastly, I'm waiting for your action also a satisfactory reply within 3days, Otherwise i compell to go by legal action Yours harreshed customer Janak Kumar Agrawal Bargarh

                        I have purchased the micromax canvas park Q380, after 2 month phone stop working and i have sent it for repair to micromax service center located in sector 22 Noida.

                        Now, It's almost 45 days and there staff is saying that they don't have a motherboard for replacement and they don't know when it will be available.

                        The worst answer given by any service provider. Moreover, they are saying that they are just franchise of micromax and does't represent directly micromax. so this kind of answer and support are given by there service center.

                        It's look like company is doing fraud with there customers as they are sleeping from last 45 days and they just one answer to say that we don't have the motherboard.

                        i am writing this to just aware other customer to think twice before buying micromax product because, if you got any issue/problem with there product then it could be one of your worst nightmare of life. i won't recommend handset to anybody because you have theft my money in form of my mobile.

                          I had purchased a Micromax Canvas 2 A110 in Nov'13. After 1 1/2 year the battery was dropping gave to Service centre at Vile Parle for repair. Paid 850 for a new battery. warranty was 6 mths. after 4 months same problem was faced at the Parle Service Centre has closed down(told by an employee that it has shifted to Santacruz, Hi Life Mall) gave to to the service centre again, on 22/8/15, but Sorry to say that after getting a call from Micromax Service Centre after nearly 40 days I reached the service centre at Santacruz and then I was told that the phone was being searched by the staff saying that we did not call you, please tell me the name of the staff who called you. I was shocked to know that the phone was still laying at the santacruz service centre without anything being done and I am being asked whether I submitted my phone with battery and they have to check the CCTV footage of the day the phone was submitted whether the battery was given or not. If yes, from the footage then they will order the battery and I have to wait for another 10-15 days. Is this the services we get from such a company? What trust can we have with this company again? Please reply.

                                had purchased micromax juice 2 AQ5001 three month ago, after one month
                                its start problem, like camera problem close automatically and error media
                                not supported . then after 2 or three days later its shut down
                                automatically You had told me that time that i got the handset after 5 to 7 days, but till now i did not get it now and recently i talk to you service executive that
                                told it will take 20 to 25 days days later, but till now i had tired off
                                from this and i did not get it till now. He told me that this is last chance for inconvenience service and ask me time till 5 th of October . So humble request you to please do something as soon as possible .
                                Even i think i have to complaint it in consumer court, because u did not
                                understand the loyal language a loyal customer

                                  Hello, I am having Micromax canvas knight a350 model. I have given my mobile dated 11/08/2015 for microphone and power button problem having Job-Sheet number:S[protected] to M/S Mobile Fileld, Door No. 16-1-63/51 (Ff), Mangalore Gate Complex, Kankanady By Pass Road, Mangalore - 575002. They told me that my mobile will be repaired within their time constraint up to 25 days.Whenever i called them they used to say sir on next weekend you will get your mobile. But today is 01/10/2015, still they are saying it is not repaired. When i used to call them firstly they are not attending my call and when they attend they talk with unsuitable attitude. One thing they told me on 19/09/2015 that you are having new Jobsheet number: S[protected]. after getting this information i called so many times to customer service support of micromax. After having lots of attempts, my call is connected twice and both the time i told them to transfer my call to senior assistant, but i have not got any call from my micromax. I have a complaint number: MMX[protected]. This is not a first time last time i have given my mobile to same service center for charging port problem they took 40 days to return my mobile. They charged me rs.780 for that as earlier they told charge was rs.450, but they took more amount than they said. from past 4 months i have used my mobile for maximum of 10 days, and rest of the days it is with them. it means my 1/3 of the warranty time they have kept. For SMALL problems I am waiting like Hell. Even after so many mails and asking questions in their contact us tab, not a single response from a micromax. Micromax having no respect of customer's VALUE, MONEY and TIME. They dont think about reputation. This is the worst service ever i have expected. Regards, Anand Choudhary

                                    I'm Sunny.
                                    Few days back i went to Micromax support center to buy a battery for Micromax A120 model. But they said it's not available and they're not sure when they can arrange the battery. Moreover i can't find the mentioned model's battery anywhere in mobile centers in my city.I bought mobile for >7000Rs and the company doesn't care about it's battery which is very important.My advice is that the support centers should keep the batteries available. So that no customer will be disappointed and will have some respect towards the company and its service or else please stop selling those models in the market.Finally, i need the battery for MICROMAX A!20 which is 2000mAh. Hope this issue will be resolved soon.

                                      Hi, Micromax Mobile Canvas A111 which is out of warranty & having Touch Screen Problem. I have given it at Micromax Authorised Service Center on dt.[protected] & it is already 15 days. When i am going to ask them when will be my resolved they are not giving any satisfactory answer. If we will give our mobile in a authorised service center & it will take more than 15 days they must give us a standby or else it will must be resolved with in 15days. Hope for your best reply.                                       It have been already 18days more since i have posted this complaint but till date neither it has been resolved nor a single call from your end. How much more days we have to wait for a single service to resolved. It's really frustrating that from a well established company in mobile segment like Micromax we have to wait for 30days and more to resolve.

                                      Why the users will have to go for Micromax whether it will be cheap or it is more facilities than other company's if it have no service & like this much poor service.

                                      Waiting this time a fast reply atleast.

                                        I am very much regretted to inform you about the bitter experience which still I am facing from your service side against my Mobile handset of model: A109. For your information, I am to inform you that my spouse has purchased this handset from M/s Ambika, Tinsukia( Assam) on 21/10/2014 .It was running well only for 7/8 months and after that started giving problems like apps are not working, the phone shutdown occasionally, phone nos. cannot dialed or recd. Etc. Finally, the set has been submitted for repairing to your service center M/s SBM Mobile Care, Tinsukia( Assam) on 24th July. But, surprisingly after lapse of more than a month we recd. the set on 30th Aug, 2015. But, as we again faced same problems so once again we resubmitted the set to your service center on 4th Sept, 2015 vide their Job No.E[protected]. After inspecting the set they have conveyed us that the set is not repairable and it will be replaced with a fresh one soon. Regarding the matter we have contacted with your service personnel Mr. Sukesh Das also, and he also assured us for replacement of my set within a early date. But, in spite of our vigorous persuasion till date neither we have recd. our set nor any positive response from any body from your service side. Even, nobody from your service side can inform us exact position of the mobile set. Now, already only for repairing/replacement of a mobile set we have spent more than 2(two) months time( I feel this type of service is rare in world), so we would like to know how much time we have to wait only to know the position of our mobile set. Also, we found there is a big gap in communication among your service center with your service engineer with your customer care and with your head service center at Delhi. As service is considered as a backbone of Sales, then how you can expect a better sale in near future with such type of irritating after sales services. For your information whenever I visited to your service center I met lots of such victimize customers every time. At last I would like to request you to kindly inform us who will look after the matter. Whom to contact, weather we will get back our mobile phone or not? Also, I am requesting you before, advertising about your product in TV channels and social media please strengthen your after sales service first, people will keep more trust and faith on your product and your sale will be automatically growing up.
