I have purchased a canvas laptab of micromax, LT666, thro' infibeam online .right from the day 1 of the usage the battrey stood for 40 minutes only after full charging. but it is claimed in your website that the battery back up will be 10 hours.moreover, it takes morethan 7 hours for full charging.

of late, it has failed to start and a screen appears demanding the 'inserting a start up CD'.

KINDLY REPLACE THE PRODUCT.

    Sir, I bought the product from Snap Deal, delivered to me on 28th July 2015 in brand new condition original box packed. on using it I found that the Sim card was fitting a little loosely in the slot. On 03rd August 2015, I took it to the service center m/s Mobile World, Mangalore, for service. Very unfortunately the device slipped from my hand and fell flat on the floor while I was taking it out from my bag at the service center.Entirely my fault. I then had to leave it at there for replacement of the Screen of the tablet which developed cracks, no other issue. The touch was working fine. I was told by the counter staff that it will be repaired with in 15 days and have to pay for the repairs. Okay by me. When I called them after 15 days I was told that the spares have not come from the company i.e. M/s Micromax . and was that I should call their consumer support office. So I called them on 03.09.2015 and talked to the officer there who gave me a complaint number which is mmx[protected] .and told that I will get my device in 15 days time.As I did not get it after that period I again called them on 23/09/2015 and asked about it. This time it was a new officer who again gave me another 15 days. Till today the spares are not received by the service center and my device is still with them untouched. Sir I am a 72 year old retired person and do not have the energy to run from pillar to post..I have not used the tablet even for 3 days after purchase. I wish I had not gone t the service center at all. Please help me. I have attached images of the invoice and the Receipt of the service center.--- M Gurudath Kamath Mangalore

    Sir,
    After my complaint of 5th October 2015 I was contacted by an official of Micromax company( from phone number [protected]), whose name I can not remember, told me that I would get my tablet very shortly and that I will get a call from the service center and then I will have to collect my device from them. This was on 6th October 2015.
    I waited till yesterday i.e.15th October for that call which I never got. So I called the service center M/S Mobile World, Mangalore and was told that the set has been sent to the company as the spares are not sent by them. They had kept it with them for almost 2 months.
    I called the customer support center of M/s Micromax, where an officer who attended my call told me after checking my record on his computer told me I will have to wait for another 15 days but he is not sure of the where abouts of my device nor its condition. All he could tell me from his monitor that it will take 15 more days .This is the standard time given to me every time I called them. That means it is going to be more than 3 months from the date I gave my Tablet to the service center.And I am not sure if I will get my device back after the 15days.
    Now I wonder why did I ever buy a product of Micromax ??? It is very obvious that the Service center in Mangalore or the customer support team and the Micromax co . do not care about Plight of the customer like me who spent his valuable savings to buy their product.To this great company which boasts about “NOTHING LIKE ANYTHING” the customer becomes nothing and insignificant once he buys thier product. God Help me and people who have problems with Micromax products.

    Yesterday I was informed by the Micromax service center, M/s Mobile World, Mangalore that my device i.e. Micromax Tablet P 480 is repaired and ready for delivery . So I went for collecting it. There I was given a different model than the one I had given for service, was shown to me and told me to pay Rs 3650/- as their charges saying that it is an upgraded version of the tablet. I demanded that my original set to be returned to me. I was told that my device is beyond repair, hence the company has sent me the present one. Their job sheet said the charges will be Rs 250/-
    It was beyond my capacity to pay such an amount. So left the device with them and returned. I do not know if the service center people are trying to make money from me or the Micromax Co.is .
    I am completely lost as to what to do.

            I have purchased my canvas spark just 2 month back ... due to some reason water entered om my hand set... so i took my handset to patel nagar delhi sevice centre on 10 september...that time they said, ..they will repair my hand set with in 7 day but now it is one month to complete still they are giving me date...

                    I had bought a micromax canvas A1 on[protected]. It worked well for a few days after which some terrible malfunctions surfaced.Initially, the problem The sim card wouldn't be read and the camera wouldn't launch. I contacted the certified micromax customer support center whose address is given below; m/s connexion tc[protected], 3rd floor, menathottam chambers, pattom, trivandrum, kerala pin:695004 ph #1:[protected] ph #2: [protected] I have now submitted the phone no less than four times for repairs. After each repair, some new defect crops up. Now, the problem is with the headset jacket. The customer service is also very poor. I have got fed up with the phone and the customer support and demand a complete refund of the mobile cost .                               Hi, This is Surojit.I am from Kolkata.I have perched a micromax handset i used my cell ph about 3 or 4 months after that i was facing lot of prob like 'hang, no reply display not working.etc...then after that i have submitted my cell ph in Barreckpore service center in the month JULY then they told me i have to submit my cell ph ok.After that they provided a job sheet no. Then after 20 days latter i had to visited on that center they told u have critical issue in ur cell ph so i have to submit ur cell ph to our head office then AGAIN thet provided me a job no ok and they told me it will take near about 1 month but after 1 month i went there they told me no information.Then i called to micromax service center in Head office. I spoke with Divya and divya provided me a complain no..here is the no-mmx[protected].Then she told me it will take 15 days after 15 days i called then again they told me 10 days after 10 days they told me AGAIN 15 days...So still i am not get my cell ph.PLZ PLZ PLZ look into this matter seriously.

                                      Hello Team, I have bought Micromax Unite 2 A106 (IMEI [protected]) on 17- Feb -2015 and was working fine for atleast 6 months, then I started facing problem with the charging unit. Mobile phone did not charge properly and it did not power on without charge( Connected to AC supply). I reported this problem to Micromax service center (M/S SMART COMMUNICATIONS, ARNI ROAD, VELLORE, TAMILNADU - 632001) on 10/08/2015 and the job id[protected]-[protected] created for this. Service guys did some initial troubleshooting and told me that they have to send it to the head office for repair and it takes 3 weeks in general for repair. But after 1 month(15/09/2015) I had given a mobile which is not mine, when i asked about it they said only the motherboard has been replaced to repair the problem reported. However I don't believe their words, the mobile which I received looked awkward to me, the mobile cases had damage, scratch card was not there and even in the back side of battery cover IMEI no sticker had been replaced(some sticker job). The mobile which I was given looks like 2 year old phone and they never told me that motherboard had problem and it needs to be replaced. I reported this problem to the same service center (Job ID:[protected] ) on 16/09/2015 and asked them to give my original mobile but they filed the complaint simply and return the same phone after 12 days (28/09/2015) & they were saying they can't do anything about it. I refused to collect that mobile since I am not happy with the phone(2 years old), asked them to send it to head office and provide my original phone(in good condition), they had filed the new Job ID:[protected]-19422845 for the same. Now it's been more than a week, I have not got any update from the service center. I am fully disappointed with their service and behavior. Kindly look into this issue and provide the proper solution for this. Please let me know if you need any other details. Its been almost last 2 months since I reported the initial problem, I want my mobile back with good working condition. Thanks Suresh

                                        Sir, 3 months ago due to touch problem i submitted my micromax mobile to the NEw Alipore service centre, Kolkata, West Bengal.They had promised to give it back within 7 days.They did not and when i called them they said its not done yet.After 2 monts they called and i went and to my surprise i got a dusty, scratched and a side of it broken.I complained that its not my mobile, but they refused to believe.It was the same model but i thik they are trying to give me a faulty piece of someone else.That mobile also had touch problems.After a lot argueing, they agreed to repair the broken part and touch, so took it back.Now since then another 1 month has passed, but they refuse to give it back saying its not done yet.How can they take so much of time?They are even refusing to give it back, and chaging money for that without repairing the touch.Please help.They replaced my good one for a faulty one.Help!!!
